Not a pleasant experience in my visit on 30 Jul. I am late for the appointment due to traffic but the doctor I consulted, Raymond, became unfriendly by asking me if I were aware of the lunch time. He said there was just a few minutes left before lunch time and seemed very relutant to carry out any consultation. Finally, I had chance to state my two issues, he only listed to the first by referring me to another clinic , and totally ignored my second issue. If lunch time is so precious, I suggest you cut off the booking time one hour before lunch to avoid any disappointment. Not recommend this clinic.

Dr Law is the best GP. Gave us all med information and also, very friendly. However, the receptionists seems very angried. Too much workload or for their business wise, they have to consider about how they make them happy(?), for the customers.

The receptionist was extremely rude. Due to long wait to see Dr Sandra, I was advised to call first. When called, I was asked to physically go into clinic to check in. When I got there physically, the receptionist refused to check me and told me to go to Asian grocery to buy mask to be able to check me in, one click on her computer, in a very rude tone. In the end, I had to cancel the appointment after waiting for more than 1 hour. Heard this receptionist is even the supervisor of the receptionists in the clinic. The medical services in Australia shouldn't be like this. Very disappointed.

The doctors are fine all these times I visited, but the receptionists are ALWAYS rude, uninformative, and unhelpful. Act like they don't want to be there or talk to you. Very disappointed and will not visit again. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you like being bossed around like a second class citizen when you're already not well. (isn't that the reason for most who visit a medical clinic?)

Dr Tiesheng Wang is the best GP I’ve seen so far in Mel. He is professional, patient and caring to his patients. Both myself and husband are keen to see him when we had any health queries. Strong recommendation for him!

My partner did a blood test twice here. They were nice and very quick, also a good price. The location is a bit hard to find, GPS may take you around and around. Just go to Boxhill Mall or Boxhill central where the train station is, they are exactly across the Boxhill Mall main entrance.

Firstly - I have been using this clinic for a number of years now and have seen quite a few changes with the front desk reception staff, some can be a little confrontational and over board, but I think sometimes this just might come down to the language communication barrier. However, Jess is one of the best in the business. Always lovely and provides good service. Secondly - Dr Nadia is the best doctor here, she has been mine and my family’s doctor for a few years now. She is kind, compassionate and cares about all of her patients, you are not just a number. Nadia takes the time to get to know you, listen to what you have to say and then is very thorough in finding you a solution, and not just a short term one. If you are looking for a new family doctor, I 110% recommend Dr Nadia. ❤️

I’ve been to this clinic a couple times, and only ever for last minute appointments. The reception staff, one lady in particular who always seems to be there, have been rude and condescending every time. I work reception myself and I don’t understand the need to have an attitude with every single customer. Honestly I prefer taking the bus or driving to guardian medical centre which is 5 minutes down the road, where the staff are much nicer. In my opinion, the extra transit time is worth it. I will say that Dr Nadia is lovely, seems like she really cares about her clients. But it seems that overall, the reception definitely negatively impacts the reputation of this clinic.

Been attending Box Hill medical centre for twenty years ; great service, very caring and routinely obliging. Needless to say i'd rather not visit the Dr but if necessary it's good to see familiar faces. Top notch!

It is a very comfortable medical centre for all my family members. The staff and doctors are thoughtful and friendly. We can find proper treatments or test, check or any other medical resolution here.

*Disappointed* I was booked for a 3:40pm appointment. The receptionist checked me in. I noticed there was a brief 10 minutes where the doctor did not have a patient and I thought maybe he is doing a telehealth appointment(but realised he just forgot about consulting me) . I noticed at 4pm a patient who came in a minute ago and was immediately directed to the doctor in front of me. So I prompted the reception whether I was in line. The doctor had overlooked my booking. I thought that the doctor would attend to me first before the new patient. But that did not happen. I waited and waited till 4:20pm. I could not wait any longer so I left. The thing that frustrates me is that I could have been served before the person who just came in out of principle because I was meant to be first. This was not taken in consideration. Also while I was waiting , the consulting room door was opened so I could hear the conversation, which I found very unusual and not private.

As soon as I walked into the clinic I was greeted and respected by receptionists at the front. They were lovely and caring. Very patient and very efficient. Dr Wang was my GP last Thursday. He was very friendly and respectable to my health needs. Always knowledgeable and kind. I was even offered an immediate blood test in which I kindly accepted. Waiting time was not too long. It was rather quick :) Thank you Dr. Wang and the lovely receptionists at Box Hill Mall Medical Center. I will be back again. 5/5 excellent service :)

I gave 3 star because services were prompt Body language was neutral Not much waiting for appointment But being disable,and to climb steps with walker was difficult specialy I was in pain but I managed it slowly climbing the step. No one was there to help to climb with rollator on step as they were busy. That service was lecking disability access for normal person no problem One thing I didn't understand about Dr that why she was insisting I should go back to my regular dr as she don't have knoledge of my past record and I should keep one drs should not go from here to there , and was not ready to listen what I was trying to make her understand, I find bit difficulty in communicating with her But still she addressed my problem for what I went there. She gave me referal for blood test,xray and medicine but to be frank due to hearing problem half of stuff gone above my head So my reviews neutral some good some ok and some lacking overall not bad I can recommend it to anyone..

Being know Doctor Aloysius Law about 10yrs .....he is the best GP ....special very good for child as well ....I have 2 kids ....we always feel satisfied after visit Doctor Aloysius Law ......... Only one thing need to improve is the centre Reception lady .....a fews lady who work at the reception desk always make up upset..... So those 5 star is only for the GP .....

I can highly recommend Dr Law - he’s worth driving for! It’s great to find a doctor who is astute, personable and thorough. The office staff are wonderful and do their best to get you into a doctor at short notice.

The center located on the main thoroughfare and is easy to locate. The waiting room is roomy and the medical staff are patient and experienced. It is a good clinic.

Dr Nadia is super amazing. Dr Nadia has been our family doctor for years. She is very dedicated,compassionate,kind & most importantly she takes the time to see & talk to you - wonderful doctor. Rude and unprofessional receiption staff, my wife went to see GP last week and she's waiting for result, the receiption who answer the phone was very rude and argumental and almost made her had a heart attack again.

Thank you to the staff and Dr. Wang for urgently attending to me yesterday. I truly appreciate the thoroughness of explaining the problem, the examination process, and the practical recommendations on the way forward in addressing my health situation. More power to you all!

Receptionists are helpful. Sometimes appointments run behind but otherwise patient care is great. The nurses are very gentle and reassuring with injections.

It was the first time I visited this clinic. Dr. Law was very attentive and explained my health carefully and in detail. He arranged necessary examinations including blood tests and imaging for me. Thank you so much. The staff are very efficient and understand your needs. Very convenient location, close to the train station and tram station, only 2 minutes walk.

Reception staff are friendly and advise if long wait I have regular GP there who is aware of my medical needs and is very thorough

I have been going to Box Hill Mail Medical Centre many years. The staffs and doctors are very efficient and patient caring. They are very considerate. The doctors explain you health condition in detail and answer your questions promptly. I highly recommend this medical centre to you.

I normally see Dr Nadia who is fantastic very thorough Dr. Dr Nadia is away I saw Dr Law he was very approachable very easy to talk to and very helpful

Absolutely delayed all the doctors are always late. I had to wait 52 minutes. Dont go there.

We see Dr Aloysious Law at Box Hill Mall Medical Centre. He is highly skilled and is very personable. He has seen our children since they were babies and has been a great family doctor for our family!

My experience was very positive, while they accept walk-ins (I believe) I recommended booking ahead as there were no appointments available on the day I visited. I felt well looked after.

The receptionist who attended to me are very helpful. The doctor was great. He sent the medication to my phone since I was unable to attend the appointment.

Dr. Nadia is one of the best DR here, but the receptionist lady is so rude. I am not judging in first time every single time i went there she behave like she don't wanna work. i also run business and have to deal with clients everyday. i think she need to learn communication skill specially when you working in health industry. Because that's the job she need to do and she not doing that at all. Best advise stay home if you don't know how to talk to clients.

Disappointed this Centre no longer bulk bills, but Dr Kueh is a brilliant doctor, whom I've been going to for the last 15 years, and will continue to - as long as the cost doesn't get exorbitant - the reception team are always pleasant and welcoming

It is required to wear a mask at Box Hill Mall Medical Centre. I hope this clinic could provide a mask for free if the patient forgets to bring one.

I made my booking at the last minute and was able to get good service. The doctor is awesome and very reliable.
