Mum and I came to see Dr.Hapani after much search for a good GP. He was recommended by a friend. He has been able to treat several issues we had that no other GP could. He’s compassionate, kind, understanding and listens to all your concerns. In all my years I have never found a more professional and knowledgeable doctor like Dr.Hapani. His medical front desk staff too are extremely professional and friendly. If there was 10 stars, I’d give him that but Google only gives 5! I can’t recommend him enough.

St Mary Medical Centre at Greensborough is an amazing Medical Practice. All staff from the Doctors to the reception staff are all so friendly and helpful. Myself and my children are always greeted with a smile making us feel very relaxed and welcome. We have been attending the Medical Practice since 2017 appointments have always been easy to assess. The experience and knowledge that the Doctors have is is so reassuring and we have been well looked after by the practice. Through Covid their education and help through those hard times were outstanding and compassionate. I recommend this practice as you are always looked after and followed through.

I have been going to this practice since 2018, The doctors are professional and have gone above and beyond what I have experienced at other medical centres. I have moved 3 hours away but I still go to see Dr Hapani as my GP and will continue to be a patient at this medical centre.All the staff are friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to attend the medical centre as the care taken with patients is five star treatment.

By far the most caring doctor I have been to. He really cares for his patients and gives a comprehensive diagnosis and provides treatments accordingly. This is the best clinic I have ever attended - everyone from reception to the Doctors are top notch professionals. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and understanding when it comes to scheduling appointments. Dr Hapani is an actual god send. His diagnosis are spot on and his treatment is holistic. He is actually invested in getting the best outcome for patients and gives it all to make this happen. Dr Hapani also explains everything in great detail to ensure that you understand what is happening with you and how you are going to get better. A wonderfully caring GP practice where you feel like you are being heard just like in days gone by when things weren’t so rushed. From the excellent front of practice staff who smile and make you feel right at home to the beautiful gentle nurse and the most interested caring GP I’ve ever come across, actually listening to you and going the extra mile to try different things to help you get back to better health and mindset.

I had a scheduled appointment at this clinic, but unfortunately, I couldn't attend due to a severe migraine. To inform them, I replied 'No' to their automated appointment confirmation message sent two hours prior. Despite this clear communication about my inability to make it in person, when I called to request a change to a telehealth appointment, the receptionist insisted on a $50 cancellation fee. Despite explaining the situation and the health reasons behind the change, the receptionist seemed uninterested in my circumstances and was solely focused on enforcing the cancellation fee. It was disappointing to experience a lack of empathy and understanding from a healthcare facility that should prioritize patients' well-being over strict cancellation policies. This incident has left me with the impression that this clinic values financial considerations more than the health and needs of its patients. I have decided not to return to a place that prioritizes a cancellation fee over genuine concern for someone's personal health, especially when I had proactively communicated my situation by responding 'No' to their confirmation message.

St. Mary Medical Centre Greensborough is the best clinic we ever experienced in our many years of receiving medical supports.
