I am a relatively new patient to this practice and started seeing dr Katie Ohis. She is the most amazing, kind, caring doctor and a beautiful woman inside and out… The minute you walk in through her door she makes you feel very comfortable and special. I would highly recommend this clinic and thank you so much for your wonderful support doctor Katie!

Personable, warm & professional reception & skilled friendly nurses. Brian Ohis has a broad & comprehensive field of knowledge but especially regarding brain & mental health. He is attentive, responsive, committed & highly intelligent. Have attended this practise for years & intend to for years to come.

My first visit to the centre which was a pleasant experience, friendly greeting from the receptionist to the doctor. The centre has a good ambiance. I felt comfortable with my meeting with Dr Guldali who was professional and considerate.

Had a Whooping Cough vaccination. Nurse Franny was delightful and very gentle. Hardly felt a thing. Front desk staff were also very nice to talk to.

Brian Ohis what a legend of a doctor he is.. the most patient, dedicated,caring,super knowledgeable,understanding,and not forceful . Have been seeing Brian for about 18 years if it wasn’t for his diagnosis my husband wouldn’t be alive today, when others failed him misdiagnosing. We just love him, I could go on an on and on.. all I can say is thank god for the Brian’s of this world.. legend…..!!!!

excellent medical centre, the doctors and the receptionists both are very nice people. I have been going there more than 10 years. even when i have moved out that area, and i am still going back to the same medical centre. even though it talks 30 mins go to their but is worth it.

Dr Yucel Guldali is fantastic - my health concerns are primarily dermatological, and he has been great at managing them. The reception staff and practice nurse are also lovely and efficient.

Attended to get 4th Covid 19 vaccine. The nurse was very professional and the visit was completed quickly, on time and incident free.

Appointment @ 2:30 pm with Nurse Fiaona Yao. For my booster. I arrived @2.20pm and reported to the reception. Unfortunately Waited till 2:50pm then she returned back from lunch after I asked the reception whether was she in. The jab took less than 1 min. What is the purpose of making an appointment online

Nurse Fiona was wonderful. Both mom and dad were full of praise after getting their booster shots. Fiona was caring and most patient when answering all their concerns. She speaks Chinese which was really helpful for my mom. Thank YOU, Fiona. Booking appointments online was a breeze too.

I have been attending the Progress Medical Centre for approx. 4 years. I have always found the Reception Staff extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Dr Guldali is an absolute gem, very knowledgeable, personable and a fantastic doctor. He is also wonderful at reducing my fear/anxiety caused after diagnosing myself via Dr Google.

The receptionists here are simply the best. Always smiling, very sincere and welcoming. They go way beyond just to help you and ur request… this place is gold. I never wanna go somewhere else to see the gp again. And it’s just because of the receptionist (sorry I don’t know their names)

Called the clinic to get my covid booster injection and was offered one within the hour which is great. It was my first time there as well. The receptionist Tim was very polite and helpful and the nurse Franny was prompt and excellent and quick. No issues whatsoever. In and done within half hour which included waiting for at least 10 mins after the jab. Thank you so much.

It was our first visit to the clinic and from the first phone call the service was outstanding. Even though they were down a Doctor today and busy they still managed to fit my son in. I’m so grateful. The Doctor we saw was really lovely and helpful. Will definitely try and go to this clinic instead of our regular one.

During my telehealth appointment, Dr Yucel displayed a lack of empathy and compassion, which is unacceptable for someone in the medical field. Instead of addressing my questions and concerns, they brushed them off with an air of superiority. It was clear that they had little interest in truly helping me. I have an extreme anxiety disorder and I needed a medical certificate for my online school (Swinburne university) and for Centrelink as I needed to defer my studies until I feel more confident and comfortable. Dr Yucel wouldn't let me get this certificate and said he didn't want to support me, on top of that he said to go find another GP. He is far from a medical professional in today's society and should loose his job based on how he treated me, someone who has been through a lot of trauma which many other people have been through. It is outrageous!!

We have been seeing Brian Ohis for close on 17 years and honestly, he has never missed a beat in providing us with the care we need. Thanks Brian for your empathy, understanding and good humour.
