    I’ve been waiting for a 10 minute consult for at least 1.5 hours and still nothing. The receptionist keeps telling us we are next but other people are going in first… The worst receptionists I’ve ever seen. Extremely rude and think the person they’re talking to is dumb. I asked the receptionist to give me a receipt invoice when I payed and she said she’ll give it to me after I saw the Doctor. I come out and all the reception staff are gone. no one could help me out and I’ve paid $85 which I needed to claim it back. Last word, UNPROFESSIONAL…

    I’ve been going here for over a decade. The doctors are mostly great. The biggest issue is sometimes you book an appointment, get there and they say it will be a 1-2 hour wait. Or they don’t tell you at all and you’re waiting. They do walk in appointments (which I like). I feel like this place depends on a high volume of patients and it does effect the service you receive. The receptionists can be abrupt and rude. There have been many times where I have called and they don’t pick up at all. I only continue to use this clinic because it’s close and the doctors/nurses are professional. It just has poor administration.

    I had the most horrendous experience at Bulleen Plaza Medical Centre. The wait time is beyond unacceptable; it's outrageous. Booking an appointment feels like an exercise in futility because they couldn't care less about your time. Even if you arrive early, be prepared to waste countless additional minutes of your precious day just waiting for your appointment. Sure, they might have a few decent doctors, but it's absolutely not worth the excruciating wait and the complete lack of respect for customers. This place clearly has no concept of good customer service. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more considerate medical centre.

    I would like to write a review for Bulleen Plaza Medical Centre. My experience at the center was unfortunately quite disappointing. The lady receptionist with curly red hair was incredibly disrespectful and appeared to be quite angry. Her behavior was so unacceptable that I felt completely disregarded. Despite not having any issues with anyone, I was treated very rudely at the front desk. It seems evident that the staff may lack the necessary training and professionalism needed to provide a positive patient experience. If the current staff members are unable to handle the job pressure, it would be advisable for the center to consider hiring younger staff members who can better meet the demands of the role.

    Good afternoon to all of team members at the medical center, my name is Maggie and I am your loyal local supporter. I really have to say that the front desk service and the quality of the doctors at this clinic are very trustworthy. However, in the last 3-4 weeks, my partner and I came here to see the doctor individually, and the waiting time actually reached 50-60 mins, which is a very unacceptable waiting time. Everyone's time is precious and valuable. I really hope that the clinic could improve the waiting time of patients. Thank you.

    Nurse on call recommended I take my mother to the doctor within the next couple of hours after a lengthy evaluation over the phone. She gave me the details of this clinic but the woman who answered the phone basically said she might be dying and I should go to emergency after chatting for less than a minute. Disgraceful. Raising her voice, cutting me off, absolutely ridiculous. Next time say you’re too busy, not outright refuse medical service and contradict nurse on call advice.

    Firstly receptionist behaviour very bad. Secondly I booked phone counselling, but Doctor never called me. Next day another doctor called me and asked me "do you have an appointment?"my appointment was 630pm they called me 1230 of next day which is 18 hours late... Doctor never said sorry and why different doctor call me suddenly ? If Doctors don't polite patients means they don't treat patients well too. If busy and no time, why they open availability on online. This happen twice already.... Even I had appointment in clinic, they made me wait sooooo long. No point make appointment at all. Super bad system. Better to hire smart manager. For me, I will never choose this clinic.

    Very poor experience, first you will wait for your appointment around an hour or more to see the doctor ,second thing you will surprise isn’t bulk bill from some doctors and when you book the appointment doesn’t mention it , last thing you should bring your mask because they always runout of mask how that no one knows and they are medical center 🧐 wherever , and when you go to Chemist they will stitches you up with $3 mask 😊 because only they have the surgical mask. And the front desk people useless never Apologize for long waiting time or smile or try be nice never 😉

    Good doctors and good receptionists. EXCEPT for the old red curly hair lady with a big nose that sounds like a man who chain smokes 20 packets of cigarettes a day when she talks. Her attitude is absolutely disgusting.

    My doctor was wonderful- I have been with clinic many years. Today I Went to get my flue shot with my wife - the - nurse was/is rude with terrible attitude - impolite, shouting and with angry face and attitude. We left feeling that the nurse should go to a mental health specialist as we can not trust her with nursing at this practice. We would not trust this nurse. The practice it self is very busy and we like it. Management need to evaluate this nurse. Bad reputation for the clinic.

    I truly agreed why they have such bad reviews!! I walked in today to ask to see any Doctor available? The male receptionist booked me in so I wait for bit nore than an hour but still hasn't been called. I asked the same guy again if he forget to book me in and I was told I will be the next patient to see Dr Sam , so I wait another 20 plus mins but still no one call me , I asked the receptionist again which is not the same guy ( he left ) , my reply was my name was not in their system WTH , and he asked my medical card details and booked me in , and told me I will be the next 2-3 patient. I left in the end . Its my first time waiting more than one and half hour to see a GP but end up wait for nothing . I know I was a walk in patient but if all your doctors are fully booked and I would just leave without waiting for nothing. Will not go there again !!!

    The reception changed my appointment with the doctor I initially wanted to see. She said that doctor would not see me any more and I have to see a different doctor. The reception claims if I do not see a doctor for more than a year then that doctor would not see me as a patient.

    Lovely place, lovely staff and all the GP’s are great. However, they would not provide me with a mask after I asked kindly for one. I think it would be nice for a medical clinic to provide their patients with masks, or at least offer them to sell.

    Avoid this place if you can help it! Been coming here for about 5 years. It’s been bad every single time! Reception staff are the worst of the worst, rude, incompetent, lacking in compassion, communication skills and common decency. Having to wait 2 hours after a scheduled appointment to see a doctor, is the very least of my complaints. How it is possible to stuff up just about every appointment booked by me, is beyond human understanding. I’m done!

    We have never met the doctors at the appointed time and we have not had a good experience in this clinic, we have always waited between 1-1/5 hours after our appointment to see the doctor. It may be impossible to believe, but we have experienced it twice, and after waiting for 1.5 hours, we found out that we are not on the waiting list even with an appointment. When I protested to the doctor that I can't understand when the appointment time is known, what is the reason for waiting for more than an hour? But he only said that you should ask about the reservation. I hope you search and choose a better clinic that values ​​you and your time

    If you have a serious health issue do not attend here. Reception staff are not helpful and lack compassion, no one sticks to their appointment time- you’ll be waiting for hours, doctors see multiple patients at the same time and rush appointments due to the number of people in the wait room, the clinic is dirty and overall has little going for it. I had the same experience when I last visited 7yrs ago, I was hoping something would have changed but obviously not.

    I called this morning at 9:00 am and was able to set up an appointment at 9:40. Receptionist told me to do a PCR test and call her back. I did and called at 9:30 am. A gentleman answered and didn’t take my particulars when I inform of the results. Came in on time at 9:35 but was made to wait more than 45 minutes. Uncaring receptionist and long waiting time. Don’t come if you are really sick. Will try other nearby medical centres in future when I fall sick.

    This is one of the few holdouts that still bulk bill. That said, you get what you pay for. Doctors are fine but reception staff are extremely rude and disorganised. I booked a telehealth appointment, but rang the clinic when the doctor never called me. The reception staff told me that doctor doesn't do telehealth - so why did the staff take my booking? Then, the receptionist made out like it was my fault for not coming in. If you need an efficient service you can plan around, I suggest going elsewhere. If you can afford to be mucked around, this service is okay.

    The medical centre it’s self isn’t great. The receptionists aren’t helpful and can be rude. However Dr Magda is a wonderful doctor. She listens and then reacts. Multiple other doctors had spent a year trying to work out what was wrong, one appointment and she knew what it was and had it fixed within a week.

    Came in regularly with bookings placed prior to getting to the practice early. Every time, there was at least an hour wait. There have been a handful of occasions where the wait was over 90 minutes to see my appointed doctor from the time I booked a session. Reception is well staffed but I can't say it has ever been pleasant communicating with them. I had a telehealth with a doctor scheduled for 5:40pm and was waiting until 7:36pm. I called reception and they informed me the doctor's phone was not working in the room without any communication or update from them. I was then transferred to another doctor to have a telehealth with but instead of the quoted 15 min wait, I only could talk to the doctor at 9:20pm for 5 minutes, after calling again for the 6th time whilst the receptionist yelled at me over the phone blaming that there must have been something wrong with my phone providers when I was literally talking to them over the phone. Took them 2 minutes to patch me through to a doctor finally after explaining how their claims made no sense. Most importantly, I was misdiagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome as of January 2022 and was prescribed Metformin 500mg once daily to then increase to three times daily. I complained about the dizziness and fatigue I felt from the increased doses to Dr. Mona Hanna. She is a nice doctor but I felt a lot of hesitance when she told me I had PCOS so I sourced a second opinion at a different clinic, undergone blood tests and another set of ultrasounds where PCOS was ruled out 7 months later.

    Dr. Saber was very rude and we felt that she only cares about money.she was more trying to talk about her certification rather than ask my wife about her pregnancy and how she is feeling. We had to wait for more than 1 hour for our booked appointment. I would not recommend her to anyone.

    Dr Hanaa Ibrahim was the rudest most arrogant doctor I have ever come across. If your beliefs don’t match hers you will be made to feel so dumb and insignificant. I’ve also been on hold for over 1/2 an hour with this clinic. I will never be going back

    Either receptionist or doctor had forgotten I have been waiting for 1 hr. Once I checked again I could see a surprise face. Now I see why there are plenty of 1 star reviews here. The next day i was back to do fasting blood test. It took 1:45hr waiting. You can imagine how you would feel.

    Had an ongoing sore throat and needed to see a doctor over the weekend. The "doctor" (Dr. Hanaa Ibrahim) took a .05 second look at my throat and deemed it a bacterial infection. He reasoning was "six sense" she claimed to have. I can almost assure you that she would not have come to this conclusion if I didn't say I suspected a bacterial infection before hand. That being said, I would never go here unless it is an absolute emergency. Spend some money an get some quality care elsewhere. This clinic is clearly a front to collect tax payers dollars while providing the community with an inadequate service. Even though it is bulk billed; I believe you should pay for a standard consult elsewhere and not contribute to this leech on society.

    Absolutely terrible experience. If you are looking for hussle, go there. Otherwise plz go to other medical center. I moved from inner city to this area, my file was with the clinic elsewhere. The first appointment with Doc Hanna Sbral (Potential wrong spelling) was very bad experience. The doc was very rude and kept asking what happen to your listening when you can kindly explain the medical term you are referring to. Is that how do you plan to talk to other non-english ppl when you are immigrant yourself?? Then she kept blaming me for no medical records to work on for my lab test, and didn't tell me how can I help to provide these medical records. For the whole appointment max 15 minutes, I don't see customer service and advice from my sickness but resentment from your job and harated expressed to your patience. The reception on the day 5/11 were lovely and kind to to help me reschedule to another doc. I didn't get my lab result on time so I called in today to reschedule my appointment later. But the admin/reception lady with foreign accent blamed me for not remembering my appointment time exactly and ask me to write down the appointment time on a paper next time and saying she is wasting her time on the phone with me. I am like, I gave you all my personal info and time frame of my appointment, if you can't find my info, dont your think you should learn your jobs better? Is this customer service, attitude and commitment your dearest medical centre decided to give your clients?? Where is your staff training and service standard?? Hope the right person can see these messages in the google review and actually do something. Very disappointed and never come here again.

    Absolutely Rubbish. Was booked to see Dr John He, was told I was the first patient. Waited over 40 minutes, saw him take in 5 other asian people before me. When I spoke to the receptionist she said he only took one inside! Don’t insult my intelligence. Never booking with him again. No ethics!

    Worse doctor ever I visited. Went there with coughing, fever, hard breathing and sweating symptoms and without even looking at me just said go home and use Panadols.!!!! Went to another doctor somewhere else, immediately done X-ray and all required checking and I diagnosed as pneumonia. Gave me proper medication. Now feeling much more better. I hope management read this review.

    I made an appointment to see a particular dr for the day after 3/8/2023 at 2 pm . Rang reception to see if I’ll get out of my car as I had just left hospital 5 days ago and I didn’t want to wait in waiting room . The receptionist told me the dr was on time to come in . Had my mask on and was shocked to see only 1/4 of patients wore masks ,even though there were signs everywhere saying if u don’t have a mask on you can not get in the surgery . I waited 1 whole hour to see this dr . She refused to see me and had a hissy fit saying she’s finished. Then receptionist asked me if I wanted to see another dr but there would be a fee . I said no thanks , not because of the money but because of the service . I will never ever go back to that medical centre . There’s obviously no care or professionalism at that place . Mind you it was the first time I go there . Very unhappy

    I went to this dr a few months ago during my pregnancy in my third trimester because I was loosing my vision and had a migraine. Dr sent me home with a script for codeine. I felt like she didn’t take me seriously and didn’t ask enough questions. After going to the eye and ear hospital and having an mri, I was diagnosed optic neuritis and MS. I would not recommend this clinic if you have a serious condition.

    Refused to give me medical treatment with out a mask on even though there is no government mandate on masks anymore and even though I explained to reception that I have a skin infection on my face and should not put a mask on it at all, they told me I must walk to the other side of the shopping centre and purchase a $3 mask or the doctor will not see me. I asked will the doctor let me take the mask off to inspect my skin for the infection? She said yes. Telling me the doctor will take your mask off but will not let you have your appointment with out the mask. I then walked all the way there to get a mask, missed my appointment time and had to wait 2 hours. In that 2 hours I watched multiple elderly people on walking sticks get sent away to walk all the way to the shops to get a mask because they were told they can't see a doctor with out one. Complete refusal of medical treatment when there is no emergency laws in place anymore, wrong.

    Has to be one of the worst run medical centres in Melbourne!!!! Waited for over 50 mins after my scheduled appointment to see a doctor!! It’s not the first time last 2 weeks I have been 4 times to see the doctors and 3/4 visits I waited up to 40 mins per visit. Get your practise into order and start doing a better job!! Also fill the hand sanitiser up at the front door been empty for 2 weeks your a medical centre for crying out loud!!

    I had appointment with Dr Shahla Ferdousian at 13:20 and after waiting for an hour I called the clinic myself at 14:20. I had to wait for 9 mins where the phone was answered and hung. Called again and waited for few more mins before Receptionist who was rude and showing tantrums as if she had given me a favour by answering my call, advised me that the doctor called me 4 times and no one answered. I was shocked as I never received any call so I asked what number did she call co I never received any call. She gave me wrong mobile number (04** *** 59* ) when I asked what number she was calling as I never received any call. Upon booking the appointment I received an email with my correct number’s last digits showing in the email but never received a call on the correct number. Doctor has now left for the day and next appointment is for Wednesday. I am left here with my illness and no apology was given at all. Very disappointed with the experience and definitely not going back.

    Worst clinic I have ever been to. The receptionist are rude and irresponsible. The doctor speaks like a speeding machine and was very impatient during the appointment. Ironically, she was very patient when listening to a walk-in salesman pitching to her the medical equipment . What’s worse, you even need to pay $30 if you want to transfer your medical record to another clinic

    It's been 13 years since we moved interstate. For anything major we still fly back to see Dr Sam. He is one of a handful of humanitarians that I have met in my 60 years. Dr Sam is an angel sent to look after us. So much respect.

    WARNING ...The drs their spend 3 mins with you, you have to ask them to test your blood pressure,NO DUTY OF CARE when the hospital sends results to them THEY don't find them or call you, so you have to call or go in multiple times just to understand. No duty of care. Absolutely disgusting service. If you care for yourself or your loved ones seek help elsewhere, and the receptionist their talk down to you and are full of excuses . They are ripping of you and your familylife for the gain Medicare payments

    My wife and myself see dr Sam Assad and he is an amazing doctor!! So gentle and so caring. We have had experience with other doctors there as well they are also amazing.     I visited the clinic for a sore throat and swollen glands. Dr Samy Georgy checked my temperature and looked at my throat and that was it. No consolidation for my previous medical history. 90 seconds work and collect a Medicare payment. No duty of care. Upon leaving, I spoke with reception and wanted to ask the Doc a quick question and they used this as an opportunity to create another Medicare charge. Do not get me started on the reception staff. Horrible place and time to find competent people to look after myself and family.

    Worst clinic. Absolutely horrible doctors and staff. They do not care and are incredibly rude to the point it seems personal from them. They cram their appointments in so much that they have no time for anyone and people wait hours. I don’t normally write reviews but I have had several bad experiences. Dr Chen is awful. He doesn’t listen or care and would honestly do anything to get you out of his office quick. I was struggling with constant inflammatory pain and didn’t even give any help, shrugged me off like it was not a problem. It’s beyond me how these people call themselves doctors. Dr Hanaa ibriham also had to audacity to tell me off when I booked a Sunday telehealth session as I was quite unwell and need a medical cert. got annoyed at me for requesting a Sunday telehealth when clearly that option is available and made it my issue that they are too busy to “take these calls”. Apparently according to her, I “should know better” as I work in the industry. Enough is enough. This behavior is beyond disgusting from people who apparently call themselves professionals.

👍👍 Excellent service, from reception staff to medical consultations (at least in the case of my own wonderful GP). Attentive, caring and courteous at all times - including the worst months of the pandemic, when pretty much all medical professionals were under extreme duress. Highly recommended.
