terrible
experience.
If
you
are
looking
for
hussle,
go
there.
Otherwise
plz
go
to
other
medical
center.
I
moved
from
inner
city
to
this
area,
my
file
was
with
the
clinic
elsewhere.
The
first
appointment
with
Doc
Hanna
Sbral
(Potential
wrong
spelling)
was
very
bad
experience.
The
doc
was
very
rude
and
kept
asking
what
happen
to
your
listening
when
you
can
kindly
explain
the
medical
term
you
are
referring
to.
Is
that
how
do
you
plan
to
talk
to
other
non-english
ppl
when
you
are
immigrant
yourself??
Then
she
kept
blaming
me
for
no
medical
records
to
work
on
for
my
lab
test,
and
didn't
tell
me
how
can
I
help
to
provide
these
medical
records.
For
the
whole
appointment
max
15
minutes,
I
don't
see
customer
service
and
advice
from
my
sickness
but
resentment
from
your
job
and
harated
expressed
to
your
patience.
The
reception
on
the
day
5/11
were
lovely
and
kind
to
to
help
me
reschedule
to
another
doc.
I
didn't
get
my
lab
result
on
time
so
I
called
in
today
to
reschedule
my
appointment
later.
But
the
admin/reception
lady
with
foreign
accent
blamed
me
for
not
remembering
my
appointment
time
exactly
and
ask
me
to
write
down
the
appointment
time
on
a
paper
next
time
and
saying
she
is
wasting
her
time
on
the
phone
with
me.
I
am
like,
I
gave
you
all
my
personal
info
and
time
frame
of
my
appointment,
if
you
can't
find
my
info,
dont
your
think
you
should
learn
your
jobs
better?
Is
this
customer
service,
attitude
and
commitment
your
dearest
medical
centre
decided
to
give
your
clients??
Where
is
your
staff
training
and
service
standard??
Hope
the
right
person
can
see
these
messages
in
the
google
review
and
actually
do
something.
Very
disappointed
and
never
come
here
again.
