If
it
wasn't
for
the
nurses
-
Liz,
Vicky,
Yvonne,
Dianna,
Kuwan
and
Sarah
(sorry
if
I
misspelled
your
names)
-
and
their
obvious
passion
and
care
for
their
work,
I'd
go
lower.
Communication
and
care
factor
in
all
other
aspects
from
initial
recommendation
to
being
dishcharged
-
I
couldn't
even
tell
if
I
was
properly
discharged
tbh
when
I
was
given
a
hand
written
letter
by
a
student
physio
in
the
corridor
-
and
no
surgeon
or
dr
even
followed
up
with
me
after
my
surgery
to
let
me
know
what
had
happened
despite
the
surgeon
(who's
name
I
don't
recall
getting
since
he
was
not
the
person
I
was
told
would
be
performing
my
surgery)
who
stopped
by
when
I
woke
up
to
say
he'd
be
by
in
the
morning
to
discharge
me
and
let
me
know.
Ended
up
staying
overnight,
that
was
fine.
9am
came,
initial
time
given
to
me
for
discharge
time
once
it
was.confirmed
I'd
be
in
overnight,
then
10am
comes
and
the
nurse
tells
me
she's
sorry
but
they've
said
they
won't
make
it
until
sometime
between
11am-130pm
now.
Ok.
3pm
comes
along,
no
ones
knows
what's
going
on,
lots
of
checking
with
no
outcome,
someone
walks
in
and
is
surprised
I've
not
been
seen
yet
(no
idea
who
this
person
is)
but
they
also
make
the
off
handed
comment
that
they're
not
sure
where
they
are
or
what
they're
doing
but
they're
trying
to
find
her.
Who
are
you
trying
to
find?
Who
am
I
waiting
for?
Keep
in
mind,
I'm
not
allowed
to
leave
my
bed
-it's
been
over
24hrs
at
this
stage-
even
with
my
crutches
until
this
person
has
come
to
see
me
except
to
be
pushed
by
someone
else
to
the
toilet.
But
again,
none
of
that
would
have
been
as
much
of
an
issue
if
someone
would've
just
thought
it
might
be
worth
keeping
the
other
patients
who
have
organised
people
to
pick
them
up
updated.
