I love snap fitness and the environment it provides for my workouts. The staff are extremely friendly and Immy is a fantastic PT and class instructor. I have been a foundation member at urban and am training 5 days a week. I Turn 71 tomorrow and urban is still and will continue to be a home away from home. Ian

Great gym! Super clean. Equipment and treadmills in great condition. Matt is super nice and friendly and Immy is a very professional and knowledgeable PT, I recommend.

I go to snap fitness in Blackburn and I love the gym. The gym has lots of equipments and a number of classes which you can enjoy for free in your membership. They also have a Mate day on Monday where you can get a friend for free during office hours and can practice with them and have a fun session. The trainers are so supportive and friendly that they always encourage you and motivate you. A big thanks to Immy who trains me so well during my training session and is helping me to reform my body. Also, thanks to Matt who always puts a smile on other people’s face as he is always happy and smiles and makes other person’s day full of joy.

Great small gym community! Everyone is lovely and the gym classes are well structured and fun. PT Immy is amazing, have done PT with her and I’ve built so much more strength than I could’ve imagine. Highly recommend this gym!

I've been coming here on and off for roughly 8 years. I've seen it switch hands, be re-named and go through all the renovations. Can't speak highly enough of this gym, and it is constantly improving. Staff are fantastic and friendly (Sam is a legend), and the gym is large with a great range of equipment (and multiple of most things for busier times) I have attended many gyms in my time and definitely feel most motivated to train at this gym. Prices are great too. Would recommend highly to anyone considering.

I started at Urban Fitness last year and have since seen a huge improvement in myself and my overall lifestyle. The staff are very approachable and always willing to help when I have any questions. It has a good, friendly vibe so I always feel comfortable when I go. The machines are of a high standard and they are always bringing in new and updated ones for us, which I love. There are classes you can join, monthly challenges you can participate in and professional advice always available. They make going to the gym a fun experience.

Great gym, equipment and staff. Not intimidating for the beginners, not too glitzy for the intermediate to advanced who want a hardcore enough workout.

My husband and I have been going to this Gym for years and we love the relaxed, friendly atmosphere, the excellent equipment and the positive vibe amongst the staff and other gym goers. We are really thrilled that it is now 24 hours and accessible to us any day any time. It is always clean too which is so nice.

Urban Fitness - in particular Ashlee and the Fit Chicks program - made a massive difference to my gym experience. I was finding it really difficult to prioritise my gym sessions and to make it an important part of my days. Joining Urban Fitness and Fit Chicks made it so that there are awesome people who know me and are happy to sweat it out with you - instant gym buddies! It makes a world of difference to know that you'll be genuinely missed and asked after if you skip a session and to know there is always a smiling face waiting when you rock up. I've never left not feeling better than when I came in. The gym is friendly, open and has a great local feel to it and going 24 hours has only made a great thing better!

This is a wonderful gym! Matt, Immy and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Trainer Nate is a champion! They have training classes that are suitable for all and extremely helpful.

I have been with Urban Fitness 10 months already and I feel great from day one until now! The 24X7 is prefect for me. I am often back late from work, so I can have my own schedule of the training. The gym is always clean and organised. All staffs are very kind and helpful. Other members are quite friendly as well. I made some friends from gym. We are training together sometimes and chat about training skills also. I think I'll stick my gym workout with Urban Fitness to get better body and better fitness.

Have been going to this gym for a couple months now! Was recommended by a friend and now a couple of us all go regularly :) staff is very nice and knows their stuff, equipment is cleaned by users and is pretty high grade. Banger soundtrack also (currently listening to can't touch this). Is a little expensive for a membership if you're paying fortnightly!! But apart from that this place is lovely!! Also like as a trans individual I've never experienced any kind of weird looks or stuff everyone here I've met is nice and accepting :) !!! If you're looking for a gym definitely check this place out!! 😎😎😎

Hands down the best gym I've ever been a member of. The staff here are second to none. Highly recommend Immy as a personal trainer - she is so lovely and knowledgeable, and my progress in a few short months has been amazing. Nate's classes are always great fun too.

My goal for long time ago, I was trying to loss weight and it’s going through and showing some of supportive on this gym 24/7 gym is the best and best location for Burke and beyond, we sometimes come in for a workout and seeing a good staff. As a mature aged woman who hadn't exercised much in recent years, and recently retired, joining Snap Fitness Blackburn was such a bonus to my physical & mental health. The staff set up my fitness routine, been very supportive, friendly and jolly to be with. I encourage any others in my age group to join. Also, love that I can choose music!

My motivation is back! Great gym, with plenty of new equipment and heaps of space to use it! The place feels clean and fresh, and the staff are friendly and ready to help when you need them. I have recommended this gym to quite a few people now, and they all agree it’s one of the best… try it and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Couldn’t be happier with this gym after moving to the area recently. Staff are always lovely, equipment is cleaned regularly by staff and other members after use. Its not the largest gym in terms of physical space but it’s never so ridiculously busy that no machine/space is available - even in peak times. Comparatively perhaps a little pricey, but certainly outweighed by the gym’s positives. Would recommend

A good gym generally but they've just perma-locked the TV screens to a music channel. This will be the only gym in Melbourne where you can't watch the cricket!

Wanted to join up for a promotion, 10 days for 10 bucks and was told I needed to pay 90 for a access card that wouldn't be refunded. Very misleading. Lady was pre rude too. Reposting my review cause it deleted.

Lovely gym space but I did ask for a hold on payments while I was overseas for 3 months, at the start of my membership and before I went but was still charged... and being at the top amount paid that’s a lot of money gone while travelling

It’s a worst place to start off with! I was charged without attending a single session for almost two months despite of sending emails notifying them about of my injury. I had no refund provided. Please be careful with this scam.

Went there to check it out. They seem to have nice facilities but the guy behind the counter didn’t show any interest and was a little creepy. Definitely won’t be going there!!

I have been a member at this club since 2017 and continuosly until now. To be sincerely honest, the gym itself is not big or anything, like you personally would see at big places that features spa, sauna etc. If your primary focus is to head straight into the gym, train/workout and get your goals/accomplishments done and stay fit/healthy, urban fitness is made for you. Urban fitness is really that simple and straightforward, I love this club so much since day 1.

I’m not a gym junkie and was hesitating to join a gym but dealing with the team made it so easy. They put me on a membership that was right for me and helped me with my workout program and I haven’t looked back since. I highly recommend Snap Blackburn if your thinking about getting in shape.
