Attended this Gym for over 1 years and have never been more disappointed after realizing how taken advantaged I felt after comparing them to other gyms. It's small, high priced and the customer service is bitter. At first I was complacent with these standards however there is much better options.

All things aside, I'm adding this review in the hopes that the owners address the serious cleanliness issue in this gym. Other branches have better ventilation and are way cleaner! Get a vacuum, please!!

Really good staff and training facilities. Everyone is nice including the other people who workout there. They have showers and toilets that are always clean and they also have personal trainers that are really good.

To the team at Jetts Doncaster East, thank you for helping me reach my goals and make it a place where I look forward to coming every day. The gym is an amazing community with friendly welcoming staff (Rain, Anne and Jiryes) and great fellow gym goers. Everyone together makes it such a fun environment. I highly recommend any locals to come down and try it out.

Honestly this is the best gym in the area thanks to the great staff there. You feel like you are part of a family and not just a member. Rain always greets you by name once you come in and makes you feel so welcomed as well as motivating us throughout the session, my brother and I always look forward to seeing him everyday, the gym atmosphere has changed so much since he came. Ann has been an amazing pt, she’s so supportive, encouraging and lovely, always looking forward to my sessions with her. Jiryes has also been very supportive to my brother who has just started. They all make a great team!

Continued to direct debit for months after cancelling the membership - I had to cancel my card to stop the payments from coming out because Jetts would not answer their phone, email, insta or FB. Still haven't had a resolution on this one, it would be great if someone can reach out to refund me.

Great gym. Knowledgeable PT's, friendly manager that is great to chat with and a really supportive environment. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you've never been to a gym before, it's as welcoming as it gets.

Great gym with everything you need, conveniently opened 24 hours and has the best staff. Come for the pump, stay for the catchup with the manager rain and the others. Doubt you'd find another place where the staff knows everyone's name and is approachable at any time

Don’t even bother. Gym across the road is 100% better. Jetts Doncaster East is too small, always busy. Stupid rules, the workers do not follow their own rules - I saw workers wearing their masks on their arm.

This gym is awesome, the gym manager is so welcoming, chilled out and is always up for a chat. Everyone that goes to this gym is willing and able to support everyone with their fitness goals. The atmosphere in this gym is so fun and welcoming and keeps me motivated. I really recommend joining this gym you will not regret it. :)

Great equipment, and very friendly staff!

One of the best gyms I have gone to, certainly the best Jetts. Rain's enthusiasm for the gym and his customers has been so welcoming over the past half a year I have been going. Not only is he always there to welcome you, see how you are doing and what you are training, but even during your workouts he is there to push you. Feels more like a friend than a manager. Clearly he cares about his customers and it shows. The gym itself is always clean, Ann always makes sure that it is tidy. You will always see friendly faces there. Jiryes will always say hello and push you - give you a tip or two if you are lucky. Even though the gym isn't as big as those big commercial ones, I have never struggled or had to wait for a machine or bench. The gym is about 10-15 minutes away from me and it is certainly worth it. Do yourself a favour and join Jetts Doncaster!

The staff are very warm and friendly and always strive to make your experience at the gym positive and comfortable. The gym itself is so cosy and has all the equipment you need. Would highly recommend!

Been coming to this gym for a while now and rain really motivates me to come in and is a great personality to have at the front when you first walk in he makes the atmosphere comfortable and fun and it enables me to really get out of my head and not feel judged. I really appreciate how kind and caring all of the staff are it really furthers making the gym feel like a safe non judgmental space. I also love how the jetts Instagram page value’s quality over quantity it’s the only gym page I follow as it’s not constantly clogging up my feed.

The best in the area!! The price is great and the fact that you can pause/cancel anytime gives you flexibility. The manager and trainers are super welcoming and help you with any questions. I always leave there feeling better than I came in :D

I have been going to JETTS for about a year and it’s been fantastic. The managers are so welcoming and enthusiastic. The trainers are so supportive and motivating. It’s always nice walking into the gym and seeing a friendly face.

The staff member that is meant to sign you up and run the classes would have to be undoubtably the rudest, most arrogant person I’ve ever met. Customer service has a lot of work to do. For someone self conscious and to be walking into a gym for the first time in 2 years to be greeted with a “sup” from a bloke shaking a protein shake was very confronting

I must say my impression with the staff and the community are very friendly, I am impressed with the professionalism the staff bring and how they remember all the members, very clearly. I recommend Jetts Doncaster East to anyone who want to get fit and makes new friends. Keep up the amazing work guys. Definitely coming back again.

Love this place! Such amazing and friendly staff, the A Team - Ann, Jiryes and Rain. All the staff are super friendly, helpful and motivating. Shout out to the club manager Rain who is a legend! He always takes the time to support and motivate me and just his general positive attitude and charisma is a great vibe to be around. The classes run by Rain have been challenging and fun and which I look forward to doing.. There’s a real sense of community at this gym and it’s all thanks to the fabulous staff who help make working out enjoyable 💪🏽😊

I have already suggested many friends to sign up and gave it a 10/10 because it’s a very welcoming gym, never too busy, the perfect amount of machines to work out each muscle group. Not once have I had to wait for a machine or wanted to try an exercise that Jetts didn’t have. Could not disagree more with a previous review. Asked to have my daughter's membership placed on hold and was accommodated. Was charged my mistake rang up and it was immediately addressed. Great gym three of my family all attend and enjoy going. Unimpressed by the negativity by last couple of posts.

The sign says Doncaster East’s most loved gym; could not be more accurate. I always walk in and get a warm welcome coupled with motivation and excitement feeling to ‘smash it’. Tired, sad, depressed? I go in and get that ‘I live here now’ feeling immediately. Also, I’m surrounded by fit and attractive people at that gym. That keeps me motivated to stay focus and inch closer to achieving my fitness goals. (Because I want to look like them. Lol) Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The place, including the amenities is always clean. Equipment variety is just what you would want and need. Louis.

I could not disagree more with previous negative reviews! The gym manager has always made me feel welcomed and helped me along my fitness journey. He always makes an effort with every member and is friendly, professional and approachable - he is not just the manager, but a great friend also! The other staff are also amazing and take the time to get to know every member, and offer tips, advice and encouragement while working out. The community here is fantastic! I love training here and could not see myself going anywhere else. They offer a great price and have any machine or equipment you could possibly need for your workout. Jetts Doncaster East is the best!!

Have been a member for over 5 years and I must say, it's a very clean gym. I used to work out really late nights, and even then there were professional cleaners cleaning the gym. Shout out to the current Club manager Rain who makes the gym atmosphere more enjoyable to work out, with his professionalism and vibrant nature. Keep it up!

I find Ann's coaching very helpful,and encouraging. She's professional, warm and very friendly. I always look forward to my sessions with her I've learnt alot emotionally and physically and enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend Ann.
