This
time
last
year
I
decided
it
was
high
time
to
lose
my
pregnancy
weight.
By
healthy
diet
and
daily
5km
walk,
I
manage
to
lose
20kg.
But
then
I
hit
a
plateau
and
that’s
when
I
decided
I
need
to
join
the
gym.
Did
a
lot
of
research
and
found
this
place.
And
no
turning
back
since
then!
When
I
first
started,
I
did
a
lot
of
cardio
classes.
Loved
all
the
classes
but
it
didn’t
do
much
for
my
weight
lose
journey.
March
this
year
I
decided
to
join
the
28
days
challenge
the
gym
organized.
It
was
then
I
learned
from
the
experts
that
I
need
to
do
strength
training
to
lose
body
fat.
But
I
didn’t
know
what
to
do
or
where
to
start.
Big

Lasantha
my
PT
for
all
his
guidance
and
encouragement!

months
into
strength
training,
I’ve
lost
another
17kg.
Total
weight
lost
now
is
37kg
and
I
keep
going.
As
I’ve
never
felt
this
good
and
strong
in
years!
How
is
this
gym
different
from
the
ones
I’ve
joined
in
the
past?
This
is
a
place
we
all
encourage
and
inspire
each
other!

which
keeps

me.
Which
is
very
important
when
you
are
working
towards

goal.
