Absolutely
shocking
to
deal
with,
worst
gym/management
ever.
Avoid
at
all
costs.
Was
a
loyal
member
for
years,
moved
out
of
town
and
tried
to
cancel
my
membership
only
to
be
hand-balled
around
different
staff
members.
I
called
up
multiple
times
with
either
no
answer
or
being
told
to
call
back
another
time.
Sent
multiple
emails
to
cancel
my
membership
and
get
a
refund
on
all
the
money
that
had
been
debited
out
of
my
account
in
the
time
since
I
first
tried
to
get
in
contact
to
cancel
my
membership,
with
no
response.
Had
to
physically
go
to
the
gym
twice
(a
40
minute
drive
away)
to
hound
them
before
finally
I
get
a
phone
call
from
the
owner
who
said
it
was
the
first
time
she'd
heard
of
me
trying
to
contact
them.
Was
told
she'd
"check
with
staff"
and
get
back
to
me
on
the
refund.
Haven't
heard
back
since,
tried
calling
again
multiple
times
to
follow
up
and
emailed
twice,
again,
with
no
response.
Easy
to
sign
up
but
a
nightmare
to
cancel
and
likely
they'll
keep
debiting
your
account
as
other
people
have
mentioned
in
their
reviews
previously.
