Great gym for all levels of gym goers. Very friendly staff. I've been going to Atomic Gym for few years now. But the place get very busy late afternoons to early evenings. There are few things they need to improve: 1. Their music is not for everyone. Maybe try something refreshing. 2. Yoga mats are very dirty. There are black ones that are really worn out and already shredding. These needs to be in the rubbish bins. No one uses it anyway. You can clearly see the dirt on blue mats. 3. Weights are in lbs. not kg. 4. Limited changing rooms. Not designed for people coming from work to change to their gym clothes. 5. Very cold during winter. No heating. 6. Parking at the back are very muddy when it rains. Topping up with gravels will not work.

Awesome equipment, able to hit all major muscle groups hard, great artwork of Arnie on the wall and various videos on loop of shows, contest prep, pumping iron etc. Lots of things to keep you engaged in breaking a hard sweat.

I go in casually when possible because as a single parent working full time finding time isn't easy. The environment is great. Motivating music is always on loud, but I prefer my own music. Staff are helpful with helping you get to know the equipment.

Amazing gym and very welcoming staff

The only gym really gives you options to do one month payment or great deal week payments. The gym is nice, and chill, there is always someone at the front if you need anything . It's nice and small. Everyone is just in their own world , the only thing is parking is sometimes hard if it's a full day or if you're looking for a gym that is bigger than its not what you're looking for .

Would not recommend, cheap equipment and lack of maintenance but most of all the staff have very bad attitude, the new owner is rude and bad mannered and does not treat customers with respect, bad experience.

Gym has near to new equipment, it has a variety of machines, but I noticed it was still quite busy at around 6pm-7pm. As usual in any gym, music is always pumping, just wish some gyms would turn the music down a notch so I can put my headphones in and not have to crank it up. Otherwise, I'd say it's a good gym as people are pretty focused on themselves. $10 casual entry Update: went to gym on 29.08.22, music was a bit lower so I could listen to music with my headphones in without having the volume all the way up. ☺️🙌

Love it, I have trained in various gyms over last 10 Years. To mention a few, Fitness First Chadstone, Holmesglen, CBD Flinders St, Virgin Active Bourke St, Virgin Active Collins St. With Atomic I have finally found a gym with no fluff and just good consistent experience every time I train there.

Atomic gym has a relaxed atmosphere that caters for everyone. From serious trainers to me, an older man, who is a more casual trainer, but who wants to maintain strength and fitness. Some terrific training tips too.

this gym is a complete scam dont sign up for the memberships cause they will keep on taking money out and charge you for no complete reason even after you have cancelled, i cancelled 5 weeks ago and they are still asking for money.

They offer a great facility and cheap membership and have a wide range of services from personal trainers to cryotherapy, saunas and osteos!

Been coming here for many years and I wouldn’t want to train anywhere else, The people are great the staff are great and the equipment is always top! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new gym. The owner is a top bloke and very friendly to all his clients. Honestly can’t fault this place and I’ve been to many gyms in the area but nothing like this!

Atomic is an awesome gym with a wide range of equipment, even certain machines that can’t be found at other gyms. The owner and staff are super friendly and easy to get along with and the atmosphere of the gym is great, it truly feels like home for someone who trains 6-7 days a week. Highly recommend!!
