Imagine
arriving
to
the
packed
gym
in
the
morning
and
being
denied
access...
for
the
second
time
in
a
month...with
a
paid
membership!
The
first
time
was
because
even
though
I
paid
for
access
to
the
gym
I
wasn't
allowed
to
use
it
because
I
missed
an
email
about
providing
vaccine
certification,
my
bad.
Still
a
little
disappointing
my
gym
was
prepared
to
continue
to
charge
me
for
a
service
I
was
unable
to
access.
When
I
asked
about
this
it
wasn't
able
to
be
fixed
for
a
couple
of
days.
More
days
of
paid
exclusion
with
hasty
tone.
The
second
time
after
having
cancelled
but
still
enjoying
my
one
month
cancellation
period?
I
know?
I'm
unable
to
access
the
gym
again?
I
still
have
three
weeks
till
my
membership
is
actually
canceled
and
I'm
denied
access.
What
a
great
start
to
the
day.
Upon
looking
at
my
emails
to
determine
what
may
possible
be
the
issue
(I
did
not
find
a
issue)
I
notice
that
my
membership
cancellation
reason
was
'no
motivation'
.
I
expressed
when
requesting
for
cancellation
that
I
had
'no
specific
reason'..
I
just
wanted
a
change.
How
inappropriate
to
have
this
imposed
as
my
cancellation
reason,
let
alone
after
a
pandemic?
To
think
that
people
trying
to
cancel
a
gym
membership
for
what
maybe
financial
or
mental
health
reasons
have
to
be
subjected
to
not
only
a
one
month
cancellation
period
but
a
comment
of
'no
motivation'
on
the
cancellation
form
they
ask
you
to
sign.
Is
it
the
early
90s?
you
can
cancel
actual
important
memberships
like
insurance
without
doing
this
in
formal
writing.
If
you
want
to
be
subjected
to
this
type
of
coercion
by
your
local
gym
sign
up
to
MBS.
In
my
opinion
there
are
far
too
many
gym
options
in
the
chapel
street
precinct
to
warrant
this
type
of
behaviour
and
tactics.
