Probably the best gym in this area. Clean, good equipment and reasonable price. Staff is also friendly and helpful.

Love this gym so much! It has all the equipment I need: free-weight, body-weight and pin-loaded. All of it is very high quality, the cables and pulleys in the pin-loaded machines are buttery-smooth. There's also heaps of cardio stuff that looks pretty expensive, with TVs and all that jazz attached, although I never used these. Bree and Clark are the club managers. They are responsible for the friendliest and most approachable gym I've ever set foot in. They take this gym from a high-quality place with good value-for-money to the kind of place you look forward to visiting every day, and hate to leave. It's state-of-the-art equipment crossed with the vibes of your favourite coffee place on the way to work! Could not recommend this place more highly. I haven't even had time to mention the monthly club challenges, treasure hunts, vending machine samples, the infamous chalk board, the epic insta page ...

I quitted the gym as I thought I would have to relocate… Location is really the reason why I picked this gym. It is at the heart of Box Hill which is very close to the train/tram/bus stops. Jetts does not has as many gyms in Melbourne as its competitors, most of them are in the East and the North, but it will be fine if you live near this gym. A bit of the cons - it is a bit old and not so clean to be very honest, and yes it is indeed a very small gym. Would be nice if they can hire someone to clean regularly or even to renovate the gym or move to a place nearby with more space. It does not has fancy machines or designs but it is, not so packed tho during daytime, and it has everything I need for a workout. I love how flexible its gym membership options are, I did not have to stay with Jetts for at least 12 / 18 months, and was allowed to end my membership without paying any hidden fees. Bree and Clark are both very friendly and nice staff! They are genuine and nice people to meet with. (I love their paintings on the wall)

Stop charging memberhsip fee since its shut due to lockdown. And have the decency to reply to emails.

I love this gym!! Great facility and the manager and trainer are absolute legends and make you feel super welcome and comfortable! Good space and good range of equipment. Highly recommend :)

Great staff, very friendly and warm However gym is too small and it gets crowded especially in the evenings after everyone finishes work. Would recommend it for those who can work out in the arvo

A very nice gym option in box hill, definitely enjoyed my workout here. I usually go 8ish in the morning, and I found it usually pretty good in term of busyness! The staff there is also very friendly, and a special shoutout to Bree, who is always friendly and helpful.

Its a 24 hours gym, which is flexible in my time schedule. You got all the equipment needed here. Also, they have great service and staff are professional

Sadly, moving closer to work but I just enjoyed working out at this gym. Also probably the cleanest gym I have ever been to!! Always smiling stuff and gym members. Thanks!! 😊

Gym itself is good. However bring your own water, the vending machine water says $3 but charged me $6. When I complained to staff they said I must have tapped my card twice in which case I should get 2 bottles which wasn't the case.
