get
a
membership
for
crunch
hoppers
crossing
at
any
cost
or
any
deals
that
they
may
offer
which
they
call
“commitment
plans”.
My
12
month
contract
was
from
08/01/2023
to
08/01/2024.
Terms
and
conditions
of
the
commitment
state
I
have
to
give
1
month
notice
prior
to
cancelling,
which
I
did
and
I
was
told
I
don’t
need
to
do
anything
your
membership
will
run
out
by
the
08/01/2024
by
2
separate
team
members.
However
it
was
not
the
case,
it
doesn’t
just
run
out
as
per
team
members
there
is
a
cancellation
process
which
I
was
not
told
about.
Come
08/01/2024
no
contact
about
my
membership
from
them.
Then
I
check
the
crunch
app
it
showed
that
I
have
to
pay
again
(after
the
end
of
my
12
month
commitment)
that’s
when
I
had
to
ask
them
a
third
time
whether
my
membership
is
cancelled
or
not,
they
had
no
clue
whatsoever.
Then
they
said
because
I
didn’t
give
them
a
months
notice
to
cancel
I
have
to
pay
again,
however
I
already
asked
them
to
cancel
my
membership
a
month
prior
and
they
had
told
me
twice
from
two
separate
people
that
the
membership
will
just
run
out
I
do
not
have
to
do
anything.
If
this
isn’t
enough
the
deter
you,
the
maintenance
in
this
gym
is
awful.
Once
a
machine
breaks
down
forget
about
it
for
another
4-6
weeks,
torn
seat
paddings
which
can
cause
injury,
worn
out
equipment
and
the
list
goes
on.
Now
customer
service,
one
of
the
worst
customer
service
experiences
ever,
today
I
had
to
wait
1+
hour
to
get
a
hold
of
the
manager
when
she
was
just
in
a
room
refusing
to
come
out
and
speak
to
me,
whilst
their
clueless
team
members
scram
to
her
every
minute
to
ask
what
to
do
next
about
this
situation,
they
have
no
problem
solving
skills,
the
manager
you’ll
hardly
see
on
the
gym
floor.
The
only
thing
team
members
are
trained
to
do
is
set
up
new
memberships
and
giving
tours
around
the
gym
,
and
talking
to
each
other
at
the
front
desk.
In
the
last
year
the
water
machine
was
broken
down
for
4-5
months
so
water
from
home
or
else
nothing.
Male
bathrooms
had
blocked
urinals
filled
with
urine
reaping
bad
smell
for
3
months.
This
review
will
probably
get
an
automated
apologetic
reply
because
they
definitely
don’t
care
enough
to
address
customer
issues.
One
of
the
worst
staff
team,
untrained.
Do
yourself
a
favour,
and
stay
away
from
crunch
Hoppers
crossing,
unfortunately
I
can’t
give
a

could

would.
