    I just witnessed a person chase another member across the gym for asking to share, after yelling at them as they asked to be left alone, they then try to attack the member for no reason right there in the gym. Staff had to pull them away and I thought it was over. However the staff member then kicked out the victim because they try to complain and asked for the attacker to be removed from the gym for safety reasons. After the event and when they victim had left. I saw the staff member laughing with the attacker, apparently they were friends. This is a gym that apparently allows for physical violence. When I went to complain for what I had witnessed, the staff member said my membership would be cancelled and I was likely going to face penalty fees. Not a safe place apparently UPDATE- Management never got back to me even though they said they would. The member in question still comes in with his friends and they walk around harrassing others in the gym minding their own business. Management continues to do nothing about it.

Reached out to the gym that why they charged 7.60 cents late payment charges, the same girl staff member said nothing we can do, it's in the policy. 3. Reached them out to freeze the membership and they would give you hundred reasons why you can't freeze the membership. Is there any hearing to what customers feel? Is there any fair dealing or just loot the customers anyway possible? Is there any honest staff member who cares about the customers? The worst gym ever joined till date.

    Hi Guy I am writing this review after my personal experience with this gym . Specially the manager Jessi is rude and arrogant person. We had discussed at the time of joining this gym that membership can be transferred after confirmation from the gym sales person I had enrolled my wife in the gym so that after few months membership can be transferred on my name . The manager is talking very rude and very disrespectful he asking for proofs now. Gym equipment are not of good quality lot of racism . I would say don’t fall for cheap advertised rates there are lot of hidden charges when equated you can get membership in good gyms around. Specially management at hopper’s crossing needs change they should learn how to respect customers their profit is coming from the customer. They should Stop disrespectful and doggy business and focus on providing good gym facilities. Never recommend anyone

    Absolute worst customer service. My wife moved overseas during lockdown and I wanted to cancel her membership. Informed them in January. They mentioned that she needs to send an email. When she did, they asked her that she would need to come to the gym. When I went there to explain they wont listen and asked to send an email. After wasting 2months, this guy James at the counter was like…I cant cancel your membership till you show me proof of travel. Totally absurd!!!

    Can we please have the drinking water tap fixed , it’s been months now … sometimes we are coming from work directly and cannot keep extra water bottles so have to buy from nearest store , it is just extra spending , also drinking water is basic necessity for gym. A lot of people are filling water from bathroom taps which to me can be dangerous for their health . Please take notice . Overall it is a good gym but this is our basic need as a paid member for years .

    Amazing facility. Large. You don’t feel claustrophobic. Welcoming and friendly staff. Sign up was easy. We particularly like that we could take advantage of their January special. Great business model. We hate being locked into a gym contract. Thank you to Jamaan and Lochlynn for all your help. We appreciate you!

    One of the worst facility. The door of the training room is broken for 3 months, still not fixed with continuous follow ups. A few month ago, drinking water stations was broken for months didn’t bother to fix and they insist to bring water from home. The roof leakage is there for year now, they just don’t care. Had enough, just cancelled my membership

    Worst gym ever joined. The counter staff do not have any moral ethics. I was promised that I will get a free month and never got one yet even after 3 month commitment. Moreover they also committed privacy breach by sharing 1000s of email address via email. Completely disrespectful staff and lacks transparency.

    Been here for ages, never had any issues. UNTIL NOW. New management are enforcing absurd rules very strictly and disrespectfully. Only My partner and I were asked to put our bags away, quite rudely I might add, while there were other gym members that had their bags on the floor. It was very prejudiced and we felt very discriminated. Never had this happen before, I’m sure the new lady manager with the red hair (not sure of her name) has something to do with it. She has never greeted my partner and I respectfully whenever she’s at the reception. Please try acknowledge the negative impact she’s had as being manager. Many of my friends feel the same way and we are seriously considering our options to leave this once great gym

    For such a big gym, they only have one reverse fly machine (which is always in use), one plate loaded leg press and one smith machine (angled). Please get rid of that hack squat machine, it's terrible and no one ever uses it. A different hack squat machine would be awesome. Pease get more equipment! 😁

    Some of the staff are pretty friendly, but when it comes to actual customer service, this place is really bad. I lost $5 to the vending machine due to it jamming when I purchased a drink. I never received my drink, and when I asked for a refund, I was told that I had to call a separate company to claim my money back from the vending machine. I asked whether the Crunch employee was going to call the company to inform them that the machine is jammed, and out of service, to which she said "yes". I asked if during that call, if she could mention that I never received my drink and ask them to refund my account. She flat out refused... Why? A customer-focused company should have issued me a refund and then claimed the amount back from the vending machine company, not leave it up to the customer to chase around complete strangers. She told me I had to be the one to make the call, and when I eventually did call them, no one picked up. When I mentioned this, she basically shrugged and told me that this is standard. I'm convinced I have lost my money for good now. The overall equipment in the gym is reasonable, albeit quite dirty and limited tissues / wipes are available. There is a half-enforced towel rule that is lackadaisically mentioned over the load-speaker but rarely actually enforced. The gym seems beyond capacity a lot of the time, so it can be very difficult to find equipment to use. Overall I cannot recommend this gym to anyone who expects even basic customer service.

    This Gym definitely needs a Managment change. Be careful of the annual fee as well that gets charged after the first 3months. No pause on membership even for positive Covid test when needed to quarantine for 14 days. They take ages to fix broken equipment. Definitely good potential but current management are useless!

    There’s a lot of things that management can take into consideration to help improve this gym to reach the potential that it has, but unfortunately it’s just not happening. First of all due to the gym not being open 24hrs it makes it extremely hard to train as it’s always busy which leaves no free equipment and little to no sharing ether, there’s always a really strong smell of sweat most days it’s so sickening you can’t enjoy your workout. Equipment seems to be out of order for long periods of time and the water machine has a dirty filter that never gets replaced it literally has a red light indicating that the filter needs replacing but management seems to overlook this. As much as I want to love this gym, I’m just not getting the vibe anymore as I was when I first signed up as I’m starting to see all these issues become a bigger problem especially in effecting my workout routine. I would always be in the gym but now I dread going there for all these reasons. Kind regards.

    5:09 am and this place is suppose to be open at 5. Second time around. The laat time I waited 45 minutes and just left. I only have 1 hour to be in the gym and this is just not acceptable.

    I have my training sessions with Be at crunch. Been with him for some time now and always look forward to my sessions. Be is a committed and great trainer. And a great sense of humour! A lovely man who embodies the concept of mindfulness. Anyone wishing to commence this journey must contact him, you will not regret it.

    Poor service and support from head franchise. I read lot of reviews about water machine but still joined it. Following is my experience... Reception staff is polite and nice but managers(GM) are rude and not friendly... Their hydro machine is almost not working since I joined. Previously, one was broken out which was repaired after a long time..then one working one was sent out to Richmond (new gym) because head franchise can’t order one for new gym... Now with only once machine it was never get repaired, in and out all the time for some issues and still broken, no ETA on that. Few of the machine like chin up, abs and others machine are still not working since more than 3-4 weeks and after so many complains... Seems their head franchise is not caring about customers or this particular outlets owner... whatever it is, if you got any gym and if their owners don’t care about product that making revenue for them... I would it’s worst management ever... I am giving 2 star because Gym is still new and most of equipments are working... But due to customer service and taking long time to fix things I am bit disappointed and keeping only 2 star now..

    Weekdays instead of opening up at 5 am ..no one shows up till 6 am few times …Saturday and Sunday 7 am but never on time …paid 399 for yearly membership but made a mistake ..I have no problems with gym ..equipments r great ..gym is clean ..but respect people ..be on time to open please …

    Very hot in crunch hoppers crossing the aircon hasn't been working for over 3 months. Gym equipment always broken. The pads Material is really bad. They want everyone to put our weights away and wipe down equipment but they don't even look after the customers. The people at the front desk are trying to be really helpful. But head management don't give rat's about hot customers. There's better gyms around. Fix aircon I'll take my post down

    DO NOT get a membership for crunch hoppers crossing at any cost or any deals that they may offer which they call “commitment plans”. My 12 month contract was from 08/01/2023 to 08/01/2024. Terms and conditions of the commitment state I have to give 1 month notice prior to cancelling, which I did and I was told I don’t need to do anything your membership will run out by the 08/01/2024 by 2 separate team members. However it was not the case, it doesn’t just run out as per team members there is a cancellation process which I was not told about. Come 08/01/2024 no contact about my membership from them. Then I check the crunch app it showed that I have to pay again (after the end of my 12 month commitment) that’s when I had to ask them a third time whether my membership is cancelled or not, they had no clue whatsoever. Then they said because I didn’t give them a months notice to cancel I have to pay again, however I already asked them to cancel my membership a month prior and they had told me twice from two separate people that the membership will just run out I do not have to do anything. If this isn’t enough the deter you, the maintenance in this gym is awful. Once a machine breaks down forget about it for another 4-6 weeks, torn seat paddings which can cause injury, worn out equipment and the list goes on. Now customer service, one of the worst customer service experiences ever, today I had to wait 1+ hour to get a hold of the manager when she was just in a room refusing to come out and speak to me, whilst their clueless team members scram to her every minute to ask what to do next about this situation, they have no problem solving skills, the manager you’ll hardly see on the gym floor. The only thing team members are trained to do is set up new memberships and giving tours around the gym , and talking to each other at the front desk. In the last year the water machine was broken down for 4-5 months so water from home or else nothing. Male bathrooms had blocked urinals filled with urine reaping bad smell for 3 months. This review will probably get an automated apologetic reply because they definitely don’t care enough to address customer issues. One of the worst staff team, untrained. Do yourself a favour, and stay away from crunch Hoppers crossing, unfortunately I can’t give a 0 Star review if I could I would.

    Crunch has numerous equipments for all exercise needs. The staffs are friendly and supportive. In my fitness journey I got trained with Be, he has great expertise , motivational skill and tailored the workout for me. He understands his clients needs and work towards in achieving the fitness goal. Personally, I feel great to have strength cardio sessions with him. He is an excellent coach one can have

    A lot of padding on machines is ripped or worn out. The water filter on the water dispenser has not been changed for 5-6 months. Management refuse to contact me regarding my concerns. Many on my friends have cancelled their memberships. I feel the only way for crunch to take notice is to cancel membership and not recommend crunch to nobody. Hopefully this review gets some attention. I’m a disappointed member.

    Unfaire business practice doing so avoid this gym. its cheap n shoddy they charge me 2 times ($45/year) annual maintenance fees which were unfaire. when I asked they told me "check contract term n condition or contact head office" which I did but didnt get justified answer n loose money.

    I’ve been going to this gym for 5 years now and their staff are usually the nicest bunch! But today (15/11/23) from 12pm - 1pm when I arrived I had a terrible experience because of one of the staff members (she’s short and chubby and white). I scanned my card and it didn’t let me in because of a missed payment. I found this odd because if I do miss a payment I receive a text message from crunch but I didn’t this time. So I logged onto my crunch member portal and it didn’t say anything about a missed payment. When I asked the lady at the front if they could retry the payment on their system, she gave me so much attitude our entire interaction and aggressively said just pay in person to make everyone’s life easier. In normal circumstances I would have addressed her rudeness but I didn’t want to cause a scene as there were other customers. I can’t believe that this is the type of customer service I get for simply asking her a question. Crunch you need to teach your staff to speak to people with the bare minimum decency! Absolutely disgusting.

    I joined the gym membership a few days ago and paid the whole month fees and membership fees in advance but they have deducted money from my account two days later and when i asked them they told me it was fortnightly fees I told them that i have already paid the whole month fees in advance they said these are rules i said it’s fine and when i entering the gym they are opposing rules that without towel or bag no entry i told them no ones told me before this i will bring it tomorrow allow me for just one day but the staff is very rude and doesn’t customer friendly and cooperative they insist me to buy towel from them i told them am i come on some shopping centre where I would buy towel or other stuff i came for gym anyway they don’t allow me to enter the gym it was just their way of selling their items at gym like towel, bags and so on it was a mistake joining this gym i highly don’t recommend anyone this gym please went to other gyms where they respect and understand their customers

    The most pathetic gym in Melbourne The staff doesn't have basic etiquettes And if you wish to waste your money go ahead this branch is worth the waste of time money and your day. I see everyday people come in this gym and talk about leave this gym as soon as possible Gym is suppose to be place where I find peace but here you will not find anything like that .

    Paige helped me sign up for a Summit membership despite assisting multiple gym members and guests. Although I already told her that I made up my mind about signing up and yet she still showed great customer service and made a great on the spot presentation about my perks 🤣 Might I add, she not only did she go through quickly go through the perks I will be getting, she tries to get to know you and see what’s best suited for you… and of course, I am a sucker for a good Pilates and Yoga class hehe. Though I had a great understanding what I was signing up for, Paige made sure she went through everything rather than compressing everything she needed to say within 1 to 2 sentences. Been a member for less than a week, but I have been visiting other Crunch branches as well and attended a few private classes and booked a few private classes. I look forward to them!! The place looks overall clean compared to other well known gyms in the local area 👍

    You really don’t get value for your money at this gym. There is not enough gym equipment and the equipment that is there is either too old or just plain broken. There is leaking from the roof which is hazardous with the type of machines that are in the gym. If something is broken or not functioning in the gym, it takes at least 3-4 months before it is fixed and it’s only an inconvenience to you because nothing else is organised in place by the gym. Many of my friends have cancelled their membership from Crunch as the “commitment” contracts put in place do not abide by the terms and conditions highlighted on them.

    This gym has the worst staff. Very rude, unprofessional and extremely racists. Very disappointed and will never come and work out here again. They are very nice and sweet when they want you to sign up and they are so rude and arrogant later. Most of my friends were planning to join here but i will recommend them not to. zero rating for the management here. absolutely absurd rules and they argue with you wasting your time.

    We have been taking Personal Training sessions with Be. It has been 3 weeks (8 sessions) and this is one of the best fitness training experience we have had. Be (our PT) is amazing. He is a wonderful trainer, extremely passionate about coaching us, knows where to stretch and where to pause, so well. Not only is he the best trainer but a wonderful person who makes every session so enjoyable. Highly recommend him. Thanks so much Be & Crunch Fitness - Vish

    Looking at so many negative reviews, not sure if anyone even cares here and if the management is interested to fix things.. I have been an ex-member at this club and wanted to rejoin and when I did go to the club, I was told that there is some outstanding balance due, which has been charged after i had requested for a cancellation during the lockdown when gyms were not operating and they kept charging me but fortunately the card had expired, so money wasn’t charged. Haven’t received any calls or emails to follow up for any payments at all, so obviously in my mind I believed the membership has been cancelled. Two years later, I am now told that there is some outstanding balance. I asked to speak to someone to talk about it, and I get told that I have to email.. coz there is no number I can call to speak to someone, and when I asked for someone to call.. I get told that it is not the policy.. They made me send an email. 4 days later, I haven’t heard from anyone.. and today, I accompanied my wife who has just joined membership where she can take a guest, and I was humiliated and not allowed to enter the gym coz apparently I am an existing member with some outstanding balance, which are INCORRECTLY CHARGED. And if you guys want the payment or talk about it, WHY THE HELL NOT CALL ME OR GIVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL.. OR DO I JUST KEEP WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL WHEN THEY WILL FEEL LIKE.. DONT WANT TO GIVE ANY BUSINESS TO THESE BUNCH OF RUDE OPERATORS.. Cancelling my wives membership which they were very quick to charge us for..

    Be, the personal trainer here is absolutely amazing. His commitment and understanding to your goals, the time and effort he gives to not only myself but I see with his other clients is incredible. Been training with be for 8 months now and plan on continuing for a long time, best trainer I’ve experienced.

    Current member - quite a few hidden fees at this gym. I've just recieved an email stating that membership fees will go up starting next month. One reason for this was low membership numbers, however, I've never seen the gym so busy! The gym equipment itself is decent though.

    Crunch fitness hoppers crossing I once was a massive fan of this gym the low prices, adequate equipment, friendly staff and a relatively clean space for a gym. I recommended many of my friends to sign up but I am now ashamed to say I recommend anyone. With the new change of management a lot has changed and nothing for the good. All of the staff where always lovely and knew us regulars by name it was always a safe community and really “no judgement” but now with the new manager, the atmosphere is definitely different she picks and chooses who she enforces the rules to and doesn’t remind you nicely of the rules but TELLS you the rules very disrespectfully, dosent know any of the regulars or bother to even try to chat to anyone, she is barely even working at this location, as soon as she starts working the other workers are instantly uncomfortable, the filter on the water fountain always says it’s dirty, I never see her workout in the gym when I have seen many other workers outside of there shifts work out including the old manager / 2nd in charge, members are pushed with promotional information and asked to review the location on google reviews, the bathrooms have become disgusting and they have just added a bottle of air freshener in there to solve it, and theft numbers have definitely gone up and to prevent this it’s $15 to RENT a padlock for a locker. Crunch fitness I would really reconsider your change of management as you do have some great staff members working at this facility but a horrible manager.

    Lots of equipment! Classes aren’t the best! They don’t have many coaches to run the classes so they stuck with couple of options. The floor of theatre classes always not clean! Highpoint one and Chadstone one are much more better!

    Terrible gym customer relations! They do not have any regard for customers as you can see from all the very dissatisfied customers. I also have a victim of this. After being a loyal customer for many years and asking to change my membership type. I was given incorrect advice and made to pay $137.00 in fees that I was assured I would not be charged! I have multiple unsuccessful attempts to meet a resolution with no avail. STAY CLEAR misleading contracts, no transparency! VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED CRUNCH! 😡

    I cancelled my membership next day after joining because the guy at reception provide incorrect informations while assisting us in joining. Next day when I contacted him for cancellation, he agreed to provide full refund ($72.35) and sent the request to their HQ. Six months now, made numerous phone calls for chasing refund but still waiting and no communication at all from their side. PATHETIC

    I have been a member of this gym for a very long time. Today i went to gym after few weeks n when I tried to enter the gym, the receptionist Didn't allow me to enter because I didn't have a towel . And when I tried to explain my reason he spoke very rudely to me. Since when is it compulsory to carry a towel..I don't sweat bec I do very light excerise.And there are wet wipes available that i can use if i need to clean something. I have cancelled my membership with this gym .The staff doesn't know how to talk politely n keeps unreasonable rules.

    - 0. this people made me pay 639 dollar for gym memeber that they manipulated me to join. rude staff and always charging your card and later. they tell you pay one of 49 dollar fees and you get back once leaving but boy. they scam me. stinky as gym and no safety at all regardless of their hour. i would highly dont recommend this gym at all . have blessed day

    Such a pity, it looks they are still working in 1900s. Canceling your membership is such a difficult process it seems you are getting a divorce really. You have to visit physically to put your cancelation request. I gave mine in april2021 and in june2021 they are asking me that it wasn't processed and you have to pay from the date to day. Stop scamming people please. Look at you review rating its pathetic 3.3. Change your processes if you want to survive in Market. Thanks but no thanks.

    This place is amazing! the cleanest and most organized gym I’ve ever seen! I have no words to say how wonderful they are! Appreciate the Sam at the reception counter have been supportive in all manner choosing the right package.

    Its really hot Nowadays at crunch Hoppers crossings as no aircon’s working at all for last couple of months … feel suffocation during exercise, but don’t know why it taking too long for the maintainance ..

    I have been going here for about an year now. When reading the reviews here last year I hesitated to join but this was the closest gym so had to join it! My experience has been positive so far. Although I have seen a lot of reviews about bad customer service, reception staff has been nice to me always. Their machines are good, although it gets really busy during peak hours but I don’t mind working out early mornings so it kinda works for me fine! I earlier didn’t like the fact that they have limited opening hours but now I like it as I became more disciplined with my morning workouts 🙂 The biggest positive is how affordable this place is with all the facilities, so I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who just want to do their workouts and not overthink about all the extrasss!

    What I thought was extraordinary staff and great gear turned out to be the worst health club experience I've had in Australia. They give you half-cooked information, bury imp. stuff in paperwork (make sure to read it properly) and change policies without notice.

    Love this gym!!. Staff are always so welcoming and friendly. They offer a whole variety of fitness equipment and open sections! The whole place is well maintained and cleanliness is totally on point! Bathrooms and shower area are always tidy! Huge space and many classes on offer! Best part is, they offer memberships that allow you to bring a free buddy for a workout everytime you go! Also forgetting to mention the hydro massage beds and theragun they have to offer for members!

    I am beyond exasperated. What is the point in paying $10 to downgrade a membership, if you're not actually going to do that? It's already been a month & change should have been in effect by now. And the emails - saying you're gonna charge extra $2 but charge $4 instead, where is the transparency in that? You guys are exhausting. Seriously.

    Went to the Crunch for a couple of weeks, and then took a job in Queensland. Have been trying since December to cancel my membership Have emailed 2 times and rung 4 times plus contacted company direct They are stealing money from my account constantly Was advised by one of the staff to just block them via my bank as it is easier than putting a cancelation thru WHAT A JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Two rating for decent equipments but low stars for very bad customer service and worst hygiene practices enforced by the team. Already given feedback and requested front staff for tissue and sanitiser as it was not available on 25th June. He suggested use toilet to clean hands but even did not listen what I was asking for and defer to support it. Its happening multiple time. The gym staff and management failed to follow their own rules. The management seriously need to look into this matter!

    Always packed in the mornings, evenings however, it's spacious and has most of weight lifting needs. Expanding the limited operating hours would be great especially on the weekends when most people are free from work.

    The place is wide and easy access from the freeway. Equipments are fairly new and enough for members. It can be very busy at times, but the members are kind to social and share the equipment. Toilets and locker room (male) are always clean and huge locker space. No judgements. Staff are friendly and kind.

    This review has nothing to do with the gym but I just want to comment on the patrons of the gym. Mostly are rude and disregard road rules. Drives dangerously and do not really known how to drive / navigate the narrow streets around this place. This is a shared space and please don’t be rude when you are blocking traffic and don’t really know how to drive. Please also be mindful that there are a lot of kids around the area (gymnastics centre and swim school nearby). Your reckless driving behaviours are not welcomed at all.

    The drinking water taps are broken from last 1 month. When I asked staff Abby to let me fill water from the staff room she said it’s only for the staff and I have to fill water from the TOILETS area. It’s not a hygiene practice for a fitness centre to follow. The staff needs to be helpful when there are such issues in the gym

    Hey guys I think Crunch really needs to focus on maintaining their equipment. Another thing when staff have a free moment, even when members walk in the door check that customers have towels. Your policy regarding the use of towels is not being adhered too. It's not hard to ask people to grab a towel before they train.For incentives do some promos bring back Crunch give aways. Make our gym wo rth coming too. Just my input.

    Last Saturday when I tried to enter in the gym gate does not open I asked to girl on the counter she straight away said payment denied.i said let me check my account same time I showed her my account statement and then she checked on computer and said our system didn’t work for some reason we couldn’t no process payment can you pay here on the counter then I paid on the counter the girl even didn’t not apologise for inconvenience. Today gym manager told me aggressive behaviour not accepted . Any one can tell me where is my fault .very disappointed with unprofessional behaviour.

    Well sized gym at a good price, however nobody puts their weights away and you’ll commonly find squat racks loaded with 100kg+ with nobody using it. Staff do nothing to address it, so have fun unloading every machine you use.

    New Gym Manager (Redhead Woman) is bias against particular people when it comes to enforcing the rules. Myself and other gym members feel put off from coming to the gym in fear of having the manager single us out to everyone else. As of recently it has not been welcoming and friendly environment anymore and will not be recommending this gym to anyone until management is changed very unfortunate.

    Overall it’s not a bad Gym. Decent range of equipment and loads of cardio machines. Really disappointing that they don’t enforce the rules they put in place and also mentions every few slides on the TV’s. TOWELS, so many gym goers do not bring or use a towel leaving the machines sweaty. Ask the question upon entry if you can’t see the towel. At times I feel disgusted using the equipment, yes I do wipe it down before and after but I pay my fees and membership and in return I ask for the rules to be enforced. Take health and safety seriously please.

    Staff are extremely rude. Worst gym I’ve ever been to. About 5 staff at the front desk and no one could help. Lucky it’s my brothers gym and I was only trying it. I would give this gym a zero for being so unprofessional it’s that bad. Don’t be fooled by their cheap prices.

    I love coming to this gym 3-4 days a week. There is a wide variety of gym equipments to fulfil my fitness goal. The staff are very friendly and will go extra mikes to help me when I have a need. The gym is conveniently located close to my place and there is ample spaces in the car park.

    Good gym but way too many people, you can hardly find a machine and weights to use. Also very stinky sometimes, need better exhausts and air fresheners. Wish it could be a 24 hours gym so people can go whenever they find time.

    Disputing the hidden cost and the policy of cancellation which is explained to the clients before you sign their contract and the one you receive in the email. The cancellation policy which you sign on the ipad says 30 days but when you cancel they insist that your agreement contract says that cancellation policy is with relation to payments dates and according to that they will tell you if its 30 days or 6 weeks. Waiting for dispute resolution on this matter.

    Joined recently and the front staff are very respectful when entering and leaving the place. The gym is nice and clean and has a good range of machines. Only issue is the air conditioning as it is always hot in there.

    Very poor management. I agreed to the new price offer that was negotiated on the phone. After I agreed, I brought my friend with me. I was told that there was no record in their system. After they called the manager, the problem was not solved. And give it to me at the increased price. I am very angry. My friend and I were their members last year. We will definitely go to other stores. After all, the prices are similar and they are still available 24/7.
