If you're joining a Jetts gym because you like the idea of the "flexibility" to access multiple gym locations, I'd think again. Recently, Jetts sold off a number of its franchise locations to a competitor. This is fine. What wasn't, was that they made no effort to convey this information (the gym locations sold) to existing Jetts customers. If the gyms that were sold were the ones you used (maybe one near work, school, home etc.) you had the joy of showing up for a workout and finding out you are no longer a member. Better yet, that your fortnightly payment was taken for the gyms you can no longer use. I've asked Jetts Australia about the lack of communication and to very little surprise, no communication. Poor form Jetts. Unfortunately, my only option left to communicate this issue is with reviews on existing Jetts gyms. To make it clear, I'm not giving this gym 1 star, I'm giving Jetts Australia 1 star. If your local gym is a Jetts and it's convenient, you don't mind the equipment, layout and so on then go for it. If you're after a network, or maybe a franchise that cares enough about its customers to keep them informed.... maybe look for a different gym.

not a bad small gym. but complete trash personal trainers that are extremely disgraceful and are bot qualified at all. 1 in paticular uses the same routine with every new client. honestly hinders the humble jetts brand.

Been a member here since early 2022, never pressured to do something I don't want to, unlike some other gyms Equipment is always in good condition and clean

A small gym but has all the equipment (in great condition) you need. The staff here are very easygoing and made my experience joining a gym for the first time very smooth and not overwhelming at all! Jett's membership pricing is the best I've found, and with the great support, community and equipment, I can't imagine finding anything better!

Been with Jetts for 5 years and the branch in Rosanna is possibly the best one out of the lot (closely followed by Coburg North). Lots of space, equipment is maintained well, and the people are very friendly.

Really friendly atmosphere and staff, excellent facilities and just an all round great vibe.

I love Jetts Rosanna. Friendly and welcoming staff/trainers. Amazing gym with functional zones, great equipment and machines! My favourite is the J series classes, great workouts and experienced trainers. Highly recommended. My favourite place, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Continued to take money from my account during Covid. Never returned it.

One of the most comfortable gyms I have ever been to, the staff here are kind and accommodating, incredibly helpful and the gym is always clean and tidy. Off street parking at the back and 24 hour access.

Small gym can not workout at peak times… but price wise it’s cheap and best…off peak times are good..

I am always met by a smile at the door by the lovely Andy, very helpful and answers all my questions. The gym is always clean and there is also plenty of sanitisation equipment for those that want it.

I love my mid-morning sessions at 9:00 where there is a group of mature ladies, we together, exercise at our own pace. After our workout we get together for a morning coffee. A good reason to get active.
