Have been trying to cancel my membership. They ignore emails, phone calls and all communication drops off once you try to leave. However have no problem continually charging and collecting payments when told repeatedly to stop and cancel membership immediately. Pathetic gym and their service is even worse. Could not recommend them any less. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

27/1 They increased casual gym sessions to $20 as it's "going to the CFA", implementation of a forced donation is a complete joke. We already donated early during the crisis. The guy at the front who barely speaks English couldn't provide a usable receipt for tax purposes, he had no clue as always. $40 for two casuals, will not be returning.

Now known as IRON KINGDOM. Friendly customer service. Ample equipment to utilize whether it be weight strengthening or cardio. Ample parking. Easy access from car park. Open 24/7 Members & non Members Gym. Highly recommend here for the gym junkies or the health and wellness enthusiasts. Membership starring from approximately $5.80 @ Week, far less than $10 or $16 @ week that over gyms are offering!

I'm a regular to the gym and I have never come across a gym with owners and some staff as rude as the people at this gym.....I dont normally write reviews but I couldnt believe how bad my experience here was. There is nothing to wipe down dirty equipment other than one dirty rag and an empty spray bottle for the entire gym. I have had issues trying to cancel my direct debits....dont sign up to direct debit. There is soooo much equipment out of order that have been out of order since i can remember, even more than the photos below. There are soooo many better gyms in the area with owners that actually want you in the gym. :)

Nearly all of the equipment is out of order. The fees keep getting increased. The staff are SO rude. The air conditioning is always off. The machines need updating. It smells shocking in there. Try and communicate with staff about membership and contracts etc... they don't respond to anything if you're pausing or cancelling, they are shocking!!!

This gym is old, run down. Came here for a casual to see how it is. Cost me $10, I was robbed. Walk in, the most miserable kid I’ve seen greets with a “yeah!” Pay the $10 and enter Started on the treadmill to get me going, broken buttons! Step to the next one, out of order! Step to the next, hallelujah! It works! Start with a brisk walk then turn it up for a jog, belt starts slipping! Step to the next one, belt slips as well. I give up jump over to the spin bike and they are all Mickey Mouse. Today is chest and shoulders, all cable machines and free weights are in good working order. Now for the best part of the gym, the cold shower after to get the blood pumping to the muscles. Get to the showers and they’re all locked! Head over to happy at the desk and enquire about the shower. What’s happening with the showers? “They’re closed!” Forever? “I don’t know, they’re closed!” Is it just for weekends or after a certain t…. “THEYRE CLOSED DUDE! THATS ALL I KNOW!” So the reason I say I’ve been robbed is they’re charging the standard $10 casual but only delivering 1/3 of the service. Now I know it’s been tough for gyms due to covid, but you’re not helping yourself by putting misery guts at the front house, letting machines become unusable and not providing showers! There’s 6 gyms in the immediate area that all charge the same but provide more.

Not much I can say .. Just the WOW factor .. open 24HRS . Just the nicest people at reception .. clean and so well equipped .. as we are travelling around Australia it's great to have a gym so close to the caravan park. Will be telling everyone about your magnificent gym

Large gym. Great equipment. No air conditioning however which is not exactly safe in summer time Also the entire gym only has 1 paper towel roll and spray to use for cleaning? Gym also is too packed .. too many people you cant even find a park and sometimes need to do bodyweight exercises as all equipment is being used. Can be quite frustrating

No aircon is GOOD , go sit on the couch if you do want to sweat, just started today, this gym is GANGSTA, never seen anything like it, TRUE PROFESSIONAL GYM, NOTHING LIKE IT motivates me deserves 10 stars, definitely has the wow factor

Amazing gym has everything you need some staff are friendly others not so much only downfall is it needs a really good clean tbh kinda filthy I'm ocd clean an i really just wanna start cleaning sometimes yoga mats are disgusting if it was cleaner I would have given 5 stars.

Visited here for over 2 years. The gym is quite nice and the design is good. The lack of air conditioning can make summer workouts hell. Great value cost.

Could be cleaner, especially the WC. Cable machines are in good working order. Lots of "look at me" females seeking attention, which is annoying considering they have their own dedicated area. Other than that, it's ok.

Whoever does the morning whoever the girl is she needs better attitude Needs to clean the gym a little more maybe even be nice to people ohh and maybee walk around the gym pick up the weights clean the machines its bloody disgusting Seeing this gym boom up again is great after iron kingdom but honestly needs better managment and better workers so people actually wana come back and not complain

This gym isn’t the best I wish staff were a little nicer and there were more smaller weights. I like the toilet though.

Nitro Gym was a great gym, but they are closing down and finish on the 29th of August 2022. If you are getting a refund as you paid up front, and if you paid by Card, MAKE SURE you have them read out the last 4 numbers of the card before processing the refund. If it doesn't match, ask for the refund in cash. With me they found a payment made on the same day and time as my payment receipt showed, but the card coming up was completely different. Before we checked the numbers they had pressed to refund the amount. I haven't seen a dime. 2 Stars as the gym and staff were great, just a disappointment as I haven't seen my refund and we are not sure what to do about it. Was keen to transfer to the Hallam branch and continue my support to the Nirto name, but this has left me feeling hard done by. Remember Check the Card Numbers if refunding to the paying card. If it doesn't match tell them you would like it in cash.

Iron Kingdom its a great Gym very large lots to do here. Very well equipped.

It's a nice gym. Just needs air-con to be installed not evaporative cooling..Gets noisey when it rains with the tin roof. Cross trainers always short circuit. Constantly have to inform staff that they're not working. But equipment is new and clean and there's heaps of variety. Just make sure you bring a towel or get hasseled for it. Small ladies workout area but better then nothing and good for stretching. I wish they gave you a training programme when you signed up. Huge body building men and women go here but theyre not intimidating. Theyre amazing inspiration. Casual just $5! Theres a couple classes though ive never done them before. Doesn't hurt to check it out. Overall. I do prefer this gym rather then signing a contract somewhere else as its close by and pretty affordable. Plus it is never smelly and toilets are spotless which is a major plus.

Toxic culture. Some staff really need an attitude adjustment.
