The
initial
impression
was
pretty
good
and
I
continued
my
training
till
the
corona
virus
hit
us.
The
membership
I
took
was
for
6
months
and
I
thought
that
my
membership
was
done
and
I
moved
out
from
my
place.
Few
months
back
when
I
was
checking
my
bank
statements
and
found
out
that
they
were
still
deducting
money.
So
I
decided
to
go
directly
and
talk
with
them.
After
talking
with
their
staff,
I
got
to
know
that
my
membership
was
suspended
during
the
lockdown
time
and
again
got
resumed.
Without
any
empathy
and
even
after
explaining
about
my
financial
hardship,
they
were
asking
me
to
either
pay
the
full
pending
amount
for
the
6
months
contract
or
the
cancellation
fee
in
which
both
were
too
much
for
me
to
afford
at
that
time.
They
were
saying
about
some
government
regulations
and
stuffs.
At
least
they
could
have
notified
me
about
restarting
the
membership.
I
would
have
cancelled
it
right
away.
Pathetic!!!!
Their
contract
agreement
is
more
or
less
like
a
money
stealing
piece
of
paper
which
you
have
to
go
through
thoroughly
unless
you
don’t
want
to
loose
money.
Edit:
After
the
reply
I
was
shocked
to
hear
that
I
have
been
informed
before
hand.
So
I
decided
to
check
my
mails
and
that
attempt
failed.
Because
I
couldn’t
find
one
among
my
inboxes
saying
whatever
mentioned
in
the
reply.
Only
welcome
mail,
first
payment
failed
and
membership
cancellation
mails.
Nothing
else
other
that
that.
I
could
clearly
see
how
you
are
contradicting
the
negative
reviews.
Be
honest
at-least.
How
can
so
many
people
complain
about
your
money
stealing
scheme??
If
it
was
only
me
I
could
have
admitted
that
it
might
be
my
mistake.
Same
mistakes
can’t
happen
to
a
bunch
of
people.
