Discovered this little gem today as we recently moved to the area. Such a lovely place for a walk, my puppy loved it and we met lots of other dogs on our stroll around the lake. Beautiful scenery and very relaxing environment

Quite scenic spot close to busy riads and rail. Well set out and maintained. Very popular on week ends and in summer.

The updates to this lake that have been made are fantastic. I highly recommend this place for families to bring their children. Plus it's also a great place to sit, relax and watch birds in their natural environment or you can read the history about the mine that was there
