A bush walk just 40 min from the CBD yet you feel like your in the middle of no where. A great get away spot for a walk. Our family love to walk this area as the paths are wide and clear and not too long. As a bonus the toilets are clean and spots to stop and eat.

A really lovely piece of bushland next to the suburbs. Plenty of kangaroos throughout, an abundance of birdlife and frogs calling. Nice tracks, some sections at single file and not too steep. The drive in to the second car park is a little narrow.

It was a pleasure to visit Currawong Bush Park and it’s very beautiful all the way around. We saw a group of kangaroos and a wallaby as well as numerous birds in the area. Will definitely go again soon!

Wow what an awesome place to visit. There are lots of trails to walk here and plenty of things to see. There are lots of information boards and signs showing the history and wildlife information about the area. There is an abundance of bird life to see, and kangaroos wandering about the park. This place makes for a fun day out. There are picnic tables, bbqs and toilets for your convenience.

We came after lunch at Westfield Doncaster on a 20°C Saturday. Took the 5km creek circuit. Half of the walk is rough terrain, up and down with some steep climb. Single file walk. Other half consists of gravel walkways, and the return walk alongside Reynold road is asphalt. Time to listen to the birds, hear the sound of running water from the creek and check out native plants. There are seats peppered along the circuit. Occasionally pass by other walkers and bikers. A group of kangaroos lazing under the shade on the return leg of the walk. Excellent bush walk experience so near my suburb. Truly a hidden gem. I'll come again with a drink bottle.

If you want a guaranteed up close encounter with eastern grey kangaroos, just go there in the late afternoon and you will see heaps of them. A lovely place for a walk.

Beautiful :) There is lots of natural bush to see and so many different types of birds. There are also a number of trials to walk. Many kangaroos live here too so if you want to see them this is a good place to come to.

A small piece of full-on Aussie bush in the middle of suburbia. A very natural setting, this place is a hidden secret- you won’t come across many people here. Wildlife on the other hand you may well see such as kangaroos and kookaburras. There is a toilet and some picnic tables at the highest point in the park. There is parking for about forty cars on a gravel car park accessible by a steep gravel road coming up from Reynolds Rd. Come here if you want peace and quiet and a nice natural bush walk. Do not come here to kick the footy, as there is very little open space.

(Translated by Google) It is the place where I saw my first wild kangaroos faut you have to come before dark, easy parking and toilets at the entrance of the park. There are a few walks but I only stayed near the entrance just to see them!

Nice place for morning bush walk or family BBQ. Plenty of wildlifes can be observed at the place. Also, a great way to teach the young ones how to be respectful toward the nature and native animals.

Family friendly park. Quite dry around the picnic areas, Electric BBQ's and Toilets, clean and maintained, check out the Dam, just be wary and alert around the water especially on warmer days as there have been sightings of tiger snakes feeding on frogs. Numerous Bird sighting's We were startled by about 15 Kangaroo's in full flight that hopped across the track in front of us travelling at I would estimate 60 klms per hr. First time visit definitely won't be our last.

Great facilities (toilet, bbq, tables, parking). Some pretty walks. Caught a cool breeze while bbqing in the shade on a warm summers evening. And the serenade from the currawongs made for a perfect end of the day.

Much more rustic than other parts of mullum mullum, paths not as well marked. Good if you want a stronger bush experience, also lots of Roos if you keep your eyes peeled so great to take your visitors

It was one of my worst memories, because the gate of the park was locked, we were not able to leave the park and we waited until late at night for the guard to open the gate, when one of them came and unfortunately said that the gate was locked and he could not Open the gate!! It was really awful ,we left our car there and went home buy taxi , the guard rouin our holiday and our Christmas 🥺

Went here with my wife for an exercise walk and to see what’s here. Walks are ok but the fire trail was in full sun and a bit boring for a bush walk. It’s a well preserved bush park but there is quite a bit of local traffic noise. Been to better.

A bush park that has remnants of early European settlement, gradually returning to a more natural state. The toilets seem to have been improved since my last visit, and were clean and stocked with toilet paper.

Nice place for families. Walks start in the bush then seem to go through suburbia. Clean toilets with soap! Fairly built up around the park which may be why we didn't see much wild life.

This place is great for the kids. Plenty of places to explore. Calming and relaxing. It's like being in the middle of the bush, but it's only a 30 minute drive from the heart of the CBD. Definitely recommended for the little ones. They have toilets, showers and drinking water.
