Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club, is a 18 hole Par 72 Championship golf course. Played this beautiful and challenging Greg Norman Design Golf Course before the latest COVID lockdown 4.0, the course tee boxes were in great condition, the fairways were pretty good, well mowed and good roll off the tees. The greens were smooth and quick. So, I just need to stroke the putt and not smash it. The staff were great and really good. Next time you are down there, catch up with Anthony G and Daniel V. Great guys to help with your golf game and provide great service. Course is worth a visit and enjoyed.

Absolutely lovely course and great facilities. Not too far from the city, the course itself is a typical links one with lots of ondulated fairways, no trees and lots of bunkers. Grass in great condition, fast greens. The final 3 are beautiful with the lake around. The facilities are first class everywhere too, clubhouse, locker rooms, restaurant. Fantastic all round.

2nd Review : Played here after 2 years with a 2 different season I woild say Summer is more playable, tho the wind is the same challenge. Fairway and green are in immaculate condition. Green is more challenging now. Always love playing here. 1st Review We played here on last Monday met a nice meber name Rob who guide us along the course. The staff were very warm and helpful. The course is Challenging, never under estimate the open and wide fairway. Really love to play here and definately will comeback

Good course, nice greens. There were a few things that need upgrading and features that needed work but they were undertaking that work and the groundstaff were working away on it so no complaints there. In terms of value for money I thought this course was fantastic, and a couple of those greens were absolutely feature holes. I think it was 16 and 18 that were the standouts, beautiful holes and approaches. This is a proper links course so wind is a feature. Love to come back in a year or two (from overseas otherwise I'd just go again now lol) and play it again. Good facilities here too!

Very well kept golf course with a great clubhouse and pro shop. Good for lunch too.

Overall an excellent course. Plays quite long off the back tees, it’s a challenging layout but not too intimidating for the average player. Played here in January 19 and it’s a little dry, some fairways are a bit firm and some greens are a bit patchy. Wouldn’t recommend it for the weekend hacker. $69 midweek is toward the high end of the scale for green fees, I certainly wouldn’t pay the $88 asking price for a weekend round. I would prefer Kooringal in Altona at $65 per round. Be sure to pick your day, best time is a morning round and if it’s forecast to be windy, you’re in for a long tough day. The day I played, I got stuck behind a group of lady members for the entire back 9 who refused to let me play through, seems they left their etiquette in the change rooms. Incredibly frustrating...

Aircon was on the blink seems to be the hottest place in town on a 40 degree day! But staff were really great, overall a great Experience and day!

Underrated course, well maintained. Some spectacular views in the last few holes. One of the best in west suburbs.

Fantastic course, challenging and fun with tough greens. Unfortunately the tee times were way overbooked with 3 minute spacings between groups. We had 6 groups/16 people waiting on the first tee and it made for a slow afternoon and detracted from the round.

Called the pro shop to book a round of golf with two international guests, drove all the way there to find out they have a dress code. I don't know why the staff member didn't mention it when i was on the phone to them. Any way we had a lovely game at Albert Park golf course and they went out of their way to fit us in. Even when looking at their dress code later it is so small you can't read it on your phone.

Had lunch in the day section of the restaurant. The food was really good, had a steak sandwich, juicy and a little pink. The atmosphere was very mood and very bland. But beer was cold and food, mostly fried, was good.

Best place ever, restaurant over looking the amazing golf course and the food geez just tasted delicious… also good drinks too. Staff that served us was so welcoming and so accommodating. Terry was the best worker there that really looked after us, he was so attentive and sweet. A girl and guy at the bar made lovely drinks. Thankyou for our visit.. more people should attend the restaurant that they have there.

Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club is a great spot to conduct a corporate golf day, would highly recommend.

Went there for a casual lunch. Food and service were fine but an extra star for the ribs which were really good. Nice view of the golf course and lake. Will probably go back again some time

We had a family celebration at this place last night and to be honest we weren't happy with the level of service. The two boys serving us the entire night were undoubtedly very helpful. Leading up to the night there was a lot of misinformation during the preparations. It is very costly for poor quality of service. There was 14 of us in total, we put our order through and after a long wait they said the food is going to take longer than usual due to some parts of the oven not working. Some time later they brought the food for 13 people leaving one of us to eat by herself after everyone has finished. We went there to celebrate a special occasion and hoping to have a good time. To be honest I do not recommend this place for large gatherings, they just don't have the skills for that. Maybe for a couple or group of less than 4. Very disappointed with the service last night.

Aaron deserves a raise! Best customer service iv ever had he was too kind and his sense of humour is hilarious! Such a people’s person. Nothing but good times with this fella! 5 stars!

Had our work Christmas Party here on Saturday night, the whole process of booking, ordering food and paying invoices was very easy, from Kacey who organised the whole function, to Terry and the rest of the staff that served our group for the 5 hours we were there. Food was also amazing, not 1 complaint from any of the 50 employees we had there that night. 5 stars from me and will definitely be booking again for next year.
