Terrible customer service. Went in hoping to get a refund for a Bag of oz pet cat litter after the product is faulty and does not absorb any urine as litter should. Manager refused to look into the issue and didnt seem to care. No refund or even a suggestion to contact supplier was offered. They just lost me as a customer. Won't set foot in this store again.

My partner and I came here on a whim to use the DIY wash and purchase some products for our puppy. Rubie, and the team were friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to assist us with any questions that we had. Personally, I can’t remember the last time I received such exceptional customer service. Petstock TL is a vibe - we won’t be going anywhere else for anything pet related. Thanks again Rubie - I would give more stars if I could.

Very disappointing, I had had my cavoodle grooming done every 4 weeks for 20 months for the grooming girls to say sorry but he’s too difficult to manage he won’t stay still!! REALLY!! Your the groomer he’s not a puppet!! Maybe you need another job!!!

I come here to get my two chows groomed. One of the few places that will work woth chows. Great results every single time. Groomer is excellent and very friendly. Decent prices for the amount of work she has to so as well.

Terrible customer service. Faulty products and refused refund. Save yourself the time and expense and go elsewhere. Went to another pet shop (not a pet stock) with the same issue and they were extremely helpful.

Has everything your pet would need. From cats to dogs to fish. Only problem is that it is expensive. An Optimum puppy food can is 4.20 compared to Coles at 3.50. I had to get my new puppy a tin there as it was out elsewhere at the time. Had the price been similar to its competition, I would have returned there permanently, but due to the added expense. I will not be.

Just took my 15 year old Border Collie to Petstock Taylors Lakes for a nail clip. He has Alzheimer's, severe arthritis and recently suffered a stroke making him weak in the back legs. The lovely lady/groomer was so gentle an kind with him and I cannot praise her more highly. She was absolutely brilliant and it is very evident that she genuinely loves animals. I have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone.

Never book your dog for grooming in this place. They do not care about customers. I booked my dog grooming 4 month ago and they postponed twice. And on third time they rang me and told me that they don't do large dogs grooming where my dog was labradoodle( medium size). When I told her that she still refuse to listen to me and told me I need to find another groomer. I will rather spend my money to local groomer then these franchise company who don't care about customer service . Even they don't have complaint department to complaint about your problem. So why we need to spend our money on them.

Most of the staff act like they don’t want to be there. Never say hello or even smile at you, and are suuuper cut and rude. Every other pet stocks I’ve been to have always had amazing service! I visit frequently (at least once a week) for the sales table but unfortunately it’s the same service every time. After last time, I’m going to be going to PetBarn from now on. 🙁

Expensive

I bought gravel stones, price says $8.99, when I was going to pay turns out it's $17.99. All of them are not properly marked or in the correct shelf. Their reason is because there is no room to stock them. If you are going to stock items put the correct price. That's misleading to customers. I will never go back there again .

Went to Pet stock and was surprised to find a dog running around with the leash attached and no owner in sight. I was with my puppy and the dog came up to us and attacked my puppy. I shouted out for help and an attendant came up to me and took the dog away. I was furious at the carelessness of the owner as well as the attendant of Pet stock. My puppy could have been hurt. We got out of there and I am certainly not going back to Pet stock again.

Great place your pet is welcome In the store great pricings on products friendly staff love this place .bought for baby tops and a harness for the dogs they look great.

Went to the shop because I was told by customer service that I have to go in store to exchange the item I have mistakenly received from their online store. First, the manager is useless. She was was only able to offer me a refund. I did not want the refund. I merely wanted the correct items I ordered online to be correctly given to me. Secondly, she was either offering me another product I did not want at all or a similar product I wanted but in a much higher value. You would have thought she could at least offer to provide a similar product after the online store messed up my order. Pet Stock is hopeless and does not value their customers. Yes I will be spreading the word. There are so many competitors out there who can at least deliver the correct products their customers order. Its basic common sense.

I wanted to purchase a cat scratching post, I knew what I wanted they had one in stock but they couldn’t be bothered looking for it because they have too much stock, no excuse

A young man serving, 27th Dec23 at approximately 5.30pm seems to have shown a preference for a customer at the end of the queue, asking her to come around for him to serve her. Poor customer service.

Very friendly staff, my pet Robbie loves going to this store and being pampered by the staff. We attended their puppy pre-school and the trainer helped me with loads of tips and spent a lot of extra time to help me train Robbie. Wonderful team and great services. Even has a diy dog wash.

Came in wanting to buy cat treats but left with a cat mansion aswell xd. Shout out to Steph for the amazing customer service, you made the whole experience super fun :)

Go to PetBarn. Trying to save some money and use there price match services to save a couple of dollars only to Patronised by Erin. Then I had to stand around whilst she found in the fine print that they’ll charge the delivery fee on top of any price matching. Appalling customer service - never will shop at Pet stock!! Pom Pom’s out for PETBARN. Pet stock you suck.

I will never go back here again. Or probably never again to a pet stock. I asked to price match an item I was buying and usually I never have an issue with that. This time it was a total mess, not allowing me to price match with pet barn for reasons I was never given before. Then as I was about to pay price matching per circle , the lady asked me to add the delivery fees to price match them (never happened before) and cancel the transaction. All this heavily pregnant and holding my ten months old in my arms. I left quite frustrated without purchasing the product and went to pet barn instead. much better staff members , very friendly and very attentive . Sorry very poor quality customer service and it’s okay having rules, but please make sure everyone in all shops stick to those or you will confuse customers.

I can not recommend this store and its staff highly enough 😁I have been taking my samoyed here for awhile now to be groomed ,firstly ,Steph the groomer is so dedicated and loves the animals so much ,she does an amazing job on my Olly that I would never take him anywhere else. The total team that work there always make you feel welcome and are so friendly, not just with myself, but with my dog aswel. Keep up the great work petstock taylors lakes 😁

We purchased 2 fish today so didn't have a look around the whole store but we found what we were looking for near the front of the store. Staff were so helpful and friendly, even the staff who weren't serving us. Made it a great experience for my children as they were friendly and included them in the process of purchasing their new pets.

Took our girl to the store for a groom, the staff were amazing, friendly and so reassuring and our dog has never looked or smelt better. Would highly reccomend

This place is terrible. I booked an appointment for grooming, and on the day of the appointment, when I was already on the way to the appointment, they advised me that they don’t have an appointment for us due to some error with online and phone bookings. Not even an apology or offering to booking for another time. Just plain “I understand you made an appointment, but unfortunately, we can’t help you”. She also said her along with other staff is quitting today as well, so heaps of issues at this location. Not recommended at all!

Had my dog groomed, lady who works there was very friendly with dog and did an excellent job - really happy with the service and result - will definitely come back again.

We found a kitten and Tamara and Amy of Petstock were marvellous in helping us with regard to washing the kitten of fleas and giving us flea medication.

Huge great range of pet products, and friendly and helpful service and advice on all things pets. Puppy School is here too, and we have a puppy enrolled. The trainer is great, and really enjoys the interaction with the dogs.

The employees were nice and the service was great. The only issue was a week later I had to take my dog to the vet since she got conjunctivitis. The vet says the clippers and the tools must not have been cleaned properly. I can't risk going here again and I'll stick with my regular groomer and save myself $100+ worth of vet bills.

Went to get chicken food during Covid. I was shocked to see how little chicken food there was left. The guy behind the counter said even pet food was not immune to panic buying. They told people that they were staying open as it us an essential service however people still bought many bags. Good service by the way.

Fantastic customer service! I went on a Friday morning to pick up my click and collect order. One of the bags of food I ordered was unavailable so they helped me exchange it for a bad of dog food that was available. Furthermore the attendant carried my order to the car as I was on crutches. Cheers!

Took my Samoyed to get a thunder jacket fitting. I couldn't get the girls name but she was extremely helpful and patience. She was very friendly and informative. All the staff were lovely :)

I have been to this place for one year since I’ve got my puppy. It had been good until today that I call to check my grooming appointment because I couldn’t remember. I knew I’ve booked for two but I only got one confirmation email. So I call them to double check and the lady on the phone was so rude!! I wish I would have ask her name. REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Generally good customer service and range. Unfortunately they are unable to price match like other pet stores due to their cost price.

The prices are generally standard with premium prices on the more exotic brands but you get what you pay for. Wish an awesome in-house grooming service, dog training and a member service that rewards points to save on future purchases. It's hard to come by an alternative.

Plenty of variety. Good and friendly service and the staff are very knowledgeable with the products.

Awesome customer service. The DIY wash was no where near as good as others. By that I mean, the shampoo was minimal and no flea rinse like in other petstock stores. One bonus though it was indoors but that was it.

Came in asking for help witg my Bengal cat. I was given some helpful and knowledgeable advice for my cats wellbeing. And even shown where I could buy a particular cat toy online as they don't sell it.

The staff are amazing!!! So friendly and happy to take some time out to answer questions and give honest advice. Been in a couple times for my new pup and both girls who helped me were full of information and I left feeling like I've got the best product for my new little mate. It wasn't just about trying to sell me stuff though, they gave me so many tips on training my pup and how to curb certain behaviors. Don't really think they are anymore expensive then other pet stores, but even if they are I'd still shop here. Awesome ?

Customer service was great and the guy who served us everytime was amazing. Being new to owning fish we decided to go here because we didn't get the best advice from another pet store unfortunately it wasn't the best here either. We got some fish and 3 died. We got our money back and when we did many of the fish looked pretty dead...like 1-2 per tank. Definitely won't be buying anymore fish here after having another fish die and our water being fine after being tested. We ended up going to a local aquarium and getting our fish there. Otherwise this store is good for fish products as they are cheaper.

Firstly they’re way overpriced! Staff members look like they just don’t want to be at work. Rude and any questions I asked felt like I was a burden to them. This is not the first time this has happened. Exact same thing happened on another occasion with my partner. You guys are just lucky I had to purchase an emergency heater for my fish tank. We definitely won’t be coming back. I’d rather travel further for better service and pricing.

Had my Labrador Puppy training here. Wow!! Excellent coach and patient and friendly!! Recommended.

<EXCEPTIONAL STAFF and PRODUCTS> I came into this store with my fiancee, wanting to get some quality dried food for our 5 year old German Shepard and 14 years old Pom. The staff member "Emily" was exceptional in her wealth of knowledge, patient and kindness! Absolutely amazing staff, me and my fur baby moved over from NZ and found it hard to find our favourite store with great friendly honest staff and love our fur babys as much as we do and looks like we have found our match, they take the time to chat and play with my girl especially one in particular (im not sure of her name) but she gets down to the floor cuddles and plays, my girl always has so much fun there and we will continue to only shop at this store

Came into petstock recently to get rabbit supplies. I was completely new to caring for a rabbit, A very kind worker named Rubie was very helpful with providing useful information and directing us to the correct supplies for what we needed. Great customer service couldn't ask for any better. Would give more stars if possible.
