NO CANCELLATION EXEMPTION FOR SOMEONE HAVING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY!!!!!!! The most disgusting practice I have ever seen!!!! They kept my money and were extremely unprofessional just because I did not want to come in because I was ON MY PERIOD!!!!!!! They treated me as I have I have made a million cancellations in the past!!!! THIS WAS MY SECOND CANCELLATION!!! The manager was extremely rude and unkind!!!!! She told me that this will be passed on to the owner who will give me a call (SHE DID NOT!!!!!! Instead the manager gave me a call back saying the request is denied!!!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!! I have been a client of Laser Clinic for 3 years never seen this kind of treatment!!!!! Everyone out there go to any laser clinic but NOT THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!

Laser clinics Australia Watergardens staff are rude and have no idea, I wouldn't bother!! Only interested in making money and selling you expensive skin care creams that don't work!!! Go anywhere else but there!!

My 89 year old grandmother came to this store with a $100 voucher to get a facial and a nurse manipulated and conned her into getting Botox and lip fillers and made her pay $800 on top of this $100 voucher. She made an appointment to speak to the manager and went in at the time of the appointment and the manager “wasn’t in”, the lady at the counter made her cry and refused to give her her name. A vulnerable old woman!!! How dare you do this to her. I am furious. I will be taking this further. Disgusting service and disgusting people.

I had fillers and Botox done in the past with Ash and it was perfect, she’d make the suggestion of where to inject to get result and how much to put in and it was spot on every time people would comment how fresh I looked without knowing I had anything done. I didn’t have to spend much I was very happy. 4 weeks ago I went to get filler and Botox done and found out that Ash was on maternity leave so I ended up with Jade. My frown didn’t disappear my eyebrows didn’t lift. 3 mls of filler were wasted in my jaw near my ears $2200 gone. And today I took leave to come in for the 4 week review that she suggested. I was thinking and hoping she’d fix my face a bit (like other places do free of charge) all she did was blame me for leaving it to long between injection that’s why it didn’t make a difference. I cried myself all the way home. Shame shame shame. Please don’t waste your money like I did. Ask for someone else don’t let Jade touch your face. She has no idea what she’s doing. 😢

I bought a package for laser hair removal and it is impossible to book my next appointment ( with session i already paid for ) because the store overbooked themselves till August. I have to wait and keep calling to see if they have anything available coming up, like it is my job. 1. Not my fault the store is overbooked (so the owner can make money ) , the poor girls in there are overworked . 2. Since I paid for the sessions, I should be able to book my appointment within certain time frames. 3. Start treating customers as people and not as dollar sign. Never purchasing your deals and packages again, there are so many other laser clinics around these days .

I have always received excellent customer service from Olivia. Olivia has a friendly personality, greets with a smile, always professional and ensures quality in her work. Very happy with the treatment results thanks to Olivia.

Appalled at the lack of customer service from the 'therapist' at this LCA. After many years of using this clinic, I'll no longer be spending my money or wasting my time. Therapist are inconsiderate and uneducated. Still waiting on the manager to respond to my complaint about my experience.

Vefore booking, the treatment I saw and booked was “advanced facial”. I went in it was just a quick “cleansing” rub, a very fast microdermabrasion (not even the whole face), mask, moisturiser and sunscreen. That’s it. With that booked service I was expecting more as it says it is advanced. I have been to other places for facial but this place is by far the worst. Asked what is going on with my face but the lady don’t have a clue what was going on.🫣

i having been going to laser clinics for my lip filler and wouldn’t trust anyone but jade to do them for me! i’ve had 2ml so far and my experience has been the best yet! For a person that hates needles and pain Jade was very patient with me and would go through the process with me every step of the way! I started with laser clinics Australia in Watergardens since 2019 or 2020. I had good experience before till the customer service started to be horrible, they cancelled one of my expensive treatment stating that I had a reminder message and I didn’t attend it( no show) And I didn’t receive anything and they were challenging me about that 2 times. The worst part that after the crazy number of lockdowns in melbourne I tried to take an appointment to resume my treatments with no luck as they were very busy. Last week I passed by them to arrange my appointment but guess what?? They informed me that all my services expired and they can’t extend it 😡 What!!?? Without message or email?? Without telling me even once over the phone when I was trying to book a service!!!! The answer was sorry we can’t do anything for you as we can’t contact the main office🤔 after I supported the business during the lockdowns and didn’t refund my money this is their way of appreciation. NOT A TRUST WORTHY 😡

I recently got botox in my forehead and dermal fillers in my lips by cosmetic consultant Jade Mellor, After much hesitation over the years I bite the billet and I’m so glad I did! Jade did such a beautiful job on my lips with excellent service and meeting my needs especially as I have a do is of needles. She was gentle and included my feelings in the whole process by checking in every step of the way. Jade Also delivered what I was expecting with the results to my face and I am beyond happy with them results.

Olivia was amazing. Have had her 4 out of my 5 laser appointments, so accomodating and the most painless process. She really looks after me and makes sure I have the best experience!

Staff here are always so friendly and warm and welcoming, I have had nothing but great results for all the services I’ve had here. Would also like to add how professional all the girls are when it comes to the more intimate treatments, I myself do tend to get a bit shy but they were always very accomodating and made me very comfortable.

I bought two sessions of pigmentation removal. I was told I was required to buy products for precare $99 before having the treatment. I did the first treatment it seemed to be ok nothing was said and then on the second treatment was told it wouldn’t work on my skin and no point in doing it and to use credit for second session on another treatment. I was annoyed and couldn’t understand why I wasn’t told at the start. I spoke to the manager today and when I asked if the first session can also be put towards another treatment I was told no I can’t do that. Not what you call good customer service, very disappointing!!

My wife had a bad experience. Turned up on time for her appointment only to be told that because of her epilepsy , she wasn't allowed to be treated unless she had a doctors approval (which has never happened at any other clinic). The baffling part is, why not ask this question upon booking "do you have any conditions?" .....why wait until somebody spends their time to come in and be turned away. Because of the interaction, a refund was requested and denied by the clinic . poor service in my opinion.

I’ve been a client at LCA Watergardens for the last two years and I’m so happy with the results! The customer service from all staff is second to none. I’ve had Ashlee do my treatment a few times and she is amazing, she’s so lovely and chatty that it distracts me throughout the treatment - making the experience completely pain free! You let me breath when I need a break. Ur always patient. Very understanding. And super friendly. I will always come to you for any of my treatments. Thank you for always taking care of me.

I have been to many places previously and find this clinic is great value for money. I feel Jade listens and is hesitant about doing too much which I appreciate as I don’t want a frozen face and don’t want to waste money either. Filler is expensive and yes you want bang for your buck however we’re all different I guess! My advice, stick to the same girl, she’ll get to know your face.
