One of my go to areas to chill with a friend or two munching on fish and chips or to stroll along for healthy recreation. The architecture of the paths and facilities is modern inspired, all the rest areas and social meet up points seem so inviting and right. Having the beach right there beside is just too good, I recommend a visit easily no matter if you are just a tourist passing by or a resident. The area is pretty safe and illuminated even after hours. Great place to wind down and appreciate the ocean view, community surrounding and take in the St. Kilda culture.

I used to walk there everyday. But when it's crowded it gets very annoying and finding your way through the crowds becomes a hassle especially with all the skaters and cyclists who think they own the place. Sunsets there are just beautiful, and waiting for them is worth every second. I once decided to stay and wait for the penguins, when they came out I was very disappointed, they are way too small and barely visible in the dark. It was one of my favourite places when I used to live there. The toilets are ok, but sometimes they can be very dirty, especially on crowded days. As for the restaurants, I tried a couple, they are all the same, average overpriced food. Nothing interesting.

I didn't get to see much as I visited the beach at 1PM. It was obviously so dark but if you are a night person do take a walk( with some warm clothes as it's pretty chilly).

We spent a long time waiting for the pinguins. They are very, very small. Is a interesting place; but, definitely not for the 2 to 6 years old.

If you are in Melbourne and want to clam yourself, come down to St. Kilda beach. You can bring your skateboard or skaters, swimsuit or jogging pants or just the way you want. Can spend hours watching the waves clash or a great swim or a skate. It's all up to you!!!!!!!!!

Was here for a walk during the day and watched the Melbourne fireworks from here. Lovely beach, lovely views of Melbourne . Plenty of character. Enjoyed a swim here and the water was much warmer than I thought it would be. Worth a visit.

😐 Food tastes great πŸ‘ they sure love their spices and I like the kick of it. Fish and pork tacos were great but chorizo taco wasn't good because of the rubbery texture skin. It was unpleasant to eat. Corn chips were a bit stale and guacamole was bland. Service was okay. We gave the feedback to a sta...
