So much to do here. Great playground with lots if seating. Also has plenty of green space to have a picnic. Has a beautiful old rotunda. Can walk to where the boats are moored, and walk down to the pier. Has a cafe you can get food and drinks. Short walk to Doyle's restaurant. Lovely beach to go for a stroll or run. My grandsons love the new playground and great BBQ facilities .

Beautiful reserve with lot of facilities and amenities.. good mix of swings and slides, bbq and covered sitting area, public toilets and on certain times of the year, temporary festive amusement are setup.. like it was on when we went during Jan-20

Clean beach, parking, cafe, kids playground, closer to city, Peter Scullin reserve had it all. It ticks all the right boxes for a day out with family or friends. There are barbeques available for a picnic.

Park and Beach close to each other. Great park for the kids to play and clean BBQ area. Good place for a family picnic on a beautiful sunny day. The only issue is, it will be hard to find parking. It would be good if there were more parking spaces. Restrooms were not clean. It would also be good to have a parents/baby change room.

Amazing renovation! We had our doubts about the trampoline but turned out to be great spot for self timers

Beautiful location with easy beach access, BBQs and picnic tables. Playground is currently awaiting renovation and many sections have been removed.

This park is very interesting... It's not big but thoughtfully done. My toddler loved this park and the big slide they have... The big slide has many attachments for e.g. climbing, tunnel slide, slide, etc. My baby spent more than 1 hour in this park and yet was not willing to go back home... It's close to the toilets and beach.

The sand is so yellow at this beach, head 1-2 suburbs down and you’ll get a pure white sand beach. So many seagulls here for some reason??? Also so many drunk people and people playing loud music…

Kids of all ages love this playground. Has such a variety of things to entertain them, including water play. Patents can walk to the Jetty Cafe nearby for coffee and toilets. Electric BBQ facilities are a bonus. A walk on the jetty and a dip at the beach are all an easy walk away. Hate having to pay for parking though. If you have a Kingston foreshore permit, you are in luck!

The park has been completely renovated .. it's great for all ages. However it's not dog friendly; there is no where for grandparents to sit (under shade or otherwise) outside the park while watching the rest of the family enjoy this fabulous space. The restrooms facilities are good .. but again if you have a dog you can't use them. It's a lovely space for a family picnic .. but again not if you want to include your family pet.

Great playground with some novel additions like a spinning tunnel and extra long trampoline. The waterplay section reminds me of MiniQ at Canberra's Questacon museum. Wheelchair accessible for grandma. Sufficient parking on a weekday. Recommend icecream afterwards!

On a good weather day, great place for family outing. Parking might be a struggle during tourists season or during events.

Visited the upgraded park with excitement and expectation. Within minutes, I hated it. Im calling it the dogs dinner box park. There are way too many pieces of equipment all chucked into one tiny area. Such a poor use of space where kids and parents were bumping into each other. I dont know who designs these so-called upgrades but they need to spend more time with parents. Fail.

Pleasant open space with beach access, public BBQs and children's play equipment. Toilets, seating and shade available.

Poor planning on council events that toilets and BBQ were not available. In stead of a staged takeover, it was all at once with no consideration of the public and local businesses. No consideration is made for people with disabilities when doing these major events. This location is a major meeting point for people with disabilities, as there are few places that suit people with disabilities. Often shelter, toilets and parking are way too far apart or the benches at many parks have no back, making them unsuitable.

Dog signs confusing. "dogs allowed on path", same path 14 metres away "no dogs"

BBQ facilities were well kept. However, they've removed all the playground facilities. Don't bring your kids here, only things left are a couple of swings.

Well maintained beach side park. Metered car parking can be expensive. This park is adjacent to the excellent huge Mordialloc beach but away from the wind. A short walk away is Mordialloc shopping area with coffee shops, cafes, supermarkets etc. Excellent playground, BBQs, and shelters, and plenty of toilets available, Plus a very short walk to Mordy pier and the creek which has very colourful boats moored along it. Excellent park for get-togethers BBQs and relaxing or short strolls, I love it!

Love going there for a walk on the beach or to just clear my head. It's got a playground for kids. A pier to walk along and have a chat to the fishermen. It's relatively a clean beach. It has BBQ and public toilets, which are really clean the majority of the time. I've also witnessed a few newly wed couples, having their pictures taken there. It's a must visit place if you're happening to be in mordialloc.

Great for people with disabilities and families with children. Good access to toilets, bbq, playground, large gazebo and the beach. Lovely walks on boardwalk and beach. Very close to shops and restaurants.

Love the view and people having a great time. A cafe and shopping strip a little walk away, enjoy the bay..

It is not the fun playground with lots to offer anymore! The whole middle section of the playground has been replaced with a sandpit even though there is a beach less than 100m from it. It doesn’t have that fun exciting feel about it anymore which is sad.

Popular and well used public park. Can get rather busy and crowded with limited car parking. Access to the Mordialloc beach, pier and boating facilities and close proximity to Mordialloc shops and the train station makes it a great venue for recreation. Look for the coffee shop popular among cyclists.
