My husband and I recently hosted our wedding day at Encore St Kilda Beach earlier this month. The food was absolutely delicious, and every course was prepared to perfection. The portion sizes were generous, and our guests were all impressed by the quality and presentation of the food. However, what really set this wedding venue apart was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire evening, and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. From the moment we arrived until the end of the night, the staff were always on hand to answer any questions we had and to make sure that everything was perfect. Overall, we had an amazing experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful setting, delicious food, and exceptional staff. We celebrated our wedding ceremony and reception at Encore and were just blown away with how amazing it was! The location, the view and the overall space and layout (and flexibility) was just amazing and we definitely recommend Encore for a wedding venue. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and it was handled so well by the team, and even with a change in event coordinator the handover was easy and everything was smooth. Niamh, our event coordinator was superb and responsive and really thought of everything to help make our day so special. It really took some of the stress out of planning to have her! Our day was really exactly how we wanted it! I highly recommend a ceremony on the rooftop if the weather allows. Thanks again to Niamh and everyone at Encore for making our special day one to remember.

We had the pleasure of hosting a staff end of year party at Encore. The venue is beautiful, but the outstanding point of difference is the staff. They introduced themselves, checked in on decisions and timings as the night evolved and were extremely professional. Add to that a great selection of drinks and more than enough food and we will be back next year.

It's been a year since we had our wedding ceremony and reception at Encore. The team were excellent with communication, recommendations and planning. The food was great, and accommodated dietary requirements. The venue itself is modern, neutral, open and does not need much to dress it up - especially with the sun setting on the sea. The venue has a huge capacity but there's also a divider which fits a smaller guest list - we had ~85 and it was just right. We planned on having our ceremony on the rooftop followed by the reception inside but the weather was not on our side! The team at Encore were efficient in setting up the ceremony and reception in the same space, on the same day. Encore St Kilda is the best option for a beach venue in Melbourne.

The team at Encore were fantastic from the minute we made contact with them, prior to booking in our special day. Our event coordinator, Leticia, was great to work with and we are so thankful for all of her guidance. Leticia was a wonderful support - always so happy to answer our questions and help us with organising the most perfect day. The venue is stunning ! So many people came up to us on the night of our wedding to tell us how beautiful the venue was. Everything went perfectly and we could not have asked for a better evening, the event staff were caring and helpful and made sure we had the most wonderful time. We are so happy we chose Encore to host our ceremony and reception. We wish we could do it all over again !

Got married last Sunday and it was amazing! Had heaps of compliments on the food served (especially the canapes), and how beautiful the venue was despite it raining and being typical Melbourne weather. Leticia was an amazing event coordinator and even on her days off we got responses from her colleague Niamh. Edward did a great job coordinating the event on the day and everyone had a blast! Great communication and everything was very easy as the team were on the ball. We had plenty of space for dancing, areas where people could chat, and areas for parents where needed. Would love to do it all over again, thanks team!

Had my wedding there last weekend, everything was perfect. Niamh was my coordinator and she went above and beyond to answer a million questions and make everything perfect for us. We were so lucky to have such help On the night the service was the best service we have ever had. The food was perfection. And the security guard was a legend. We had a summer wedding at Encore and i must say that from the very first appt with Niamh, we were comfortable and confident that we had chosen the right venue! We had several follow up discussions with Niamh who was amazing and nothing was ever too much for her. Even on the day, she was there to assist with anything and everything! The day itself was amazing, the food and service was sensational and everyone commented on what an amazing venue it was. The sunset and beach certainly added to the day. I have no intention of getting married again but if i did ever have to go down that path again, it would be an easy choice of venue. I highly recommend this venue.

We recently had our wedding at encore and it was magnificent! Leading up to our wedding our wedding co-ordinator Kate was so attentive to all our requests and it was carried out perfectly on the day. The venue was just beautiful on the night, staff had set the tables gorgeously. The food was also amazing and we had comments from many of our guests afterwards. The staff were on point! Had function for 250 people. The place is well set for this type of gathering. Food was good and there were enough people to serve properly. Nice weather was a bonus as outside space was perfect for a drink and watching sunset.

The food and drinks were exceptional. Nothing was a hassle, and everything ran smoothly and on time. We had our wedding reception at Encore on Sat 24th Feb and it was the best decision we ever made.We looked around at a few different venues but fell in love with the warmth and location of Encore. Nell our event coordinator was AMAZING from day dot! The whole team made our day go so smoothly and Michael, Chrysoula and the rest of the front house team were brilliant. Michael's professionalism and experience helped with making sure everything was perfect on the day with the styling as he was a perfectionist himself. The food was delicious and they catered perfectly for me as I have food intolerances, guests loved the choice and quality of the food. Thank you so much again for helping make our day perfect!!

We got married at encore and it was absolutely stunning. The venue was perfect, great location and food was amazing. We got married on the rooftop which was amazing but there was a problem with the lift and we lost a lot of time. Some of our tables didn’t receive the bonbonnieres which was disappointing. Only one bar was open and only one person serving! With drinks not being served at the table, it just meant the bar that was open built up with guests waiting to order. Overall we had a great day and everyone working on the night was courteous and extremely helpful.

The team at encore (specifically Amy our event coordinator, Ed and Amelia who were running our event) were beyond incredible! From the food, service, to making sure we actually sat down and enjoyed the food and our wedding night! We chose encore because of the location and recommendations on food and it exceeded our expectations! All of our guests commented on how great the food and the service was!

Encore were superb in helping organising our wedding in January. This was a short notice plan for a wedding but the team and Emily in particularly were very proactive and helpful in getting it together in time. They catered for everything smoothly and provided a simple 1 stop solution for our ceremony and reception. Our only criticism was our cocktail style wedding not enough seating was provided at first and we had to ask the staff a few times to get items in the room rearranged and chairs brought out for people. Otherwise it was a great experience with them.

Attended a wedding function here. Beautiful place, plenty of room. There's a room for the bride to change. The food was good but not great. The ambience was just right.

Was there for a wedding great location, nice facilities and catering staff at the wedding were great. It was a 35degree day though, and the ac seemed to be struggling in the hallway and inside. Other than that it was very atmospheric and the decor the couple choose made it super classy.

As a Melbourne based Celebrant, I go to lots of wedding venues but this is one of the best! Super stylish and modern, whist overlooking the beach. I think it's an advantage that they have a perfect wet weather option which is often overlooked by Melbourne couples. (SO important!) At Encore, you will move seamlessly from ceremony to reception! (Oh and their sound system is top of the range!!)

All we ever envisioned for our wedding was to be on the beach front and not only did Encore deliver on that front, but the service from start to finish was faultless. Amy assisted us so promptly with our initial queries. Emily, our event manager was very patient and responsive! And Jenny, on the night made sure we were looked after and ran smoothly. We’ve received so many compliments about the venue and food and are SO happy we found this venue!

Encore is such a beautiful venue for whatever time of year you decide to get married. We had a winter wedding and it was wonderful. The fire place, the spacious floorplan, the fairy lights and the candles made it such a stunning day. The team at Encore always think two steps ahead and even all of the minor details were carefully considered. From our first meeting it was clear that all of Encore’s staff were professional, organised, passionate and had everything under control. The entire lead up to our wedding was seamlessly organised by Encore, and the evening itself ran incredibly smoothly, on time and exactly as we had planned and discussed. Encore staff took the time to get to know us, our relationship and our vision for the wedding, and ensured that they helped create our unique wedding that was absolutely perfect for us. My wife and I had our wedding reception at Encore in January 2017. Beginning to end the experience was exquisite. Amy and Matthew ran a very tight ship throughout the opening day, planning meetings, food and drink tasting evenings and at the wedding reception. It was our dream reception with delicious food, drinks and service. We even had beautiful Melbourne sunset as a backdrop outside the venues Bayview windows at dusk. We've been inundated since the wedding with positive feedback from guests with glowing stories about the venues location, service and tasty food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a wedding venue!!

The location is stunning both indoors and out, with views looking out over the ocean and a patio that's perfect for gorgeous sunset photos. We're so grateful for Encore accommodating us as well as they did and I'd very much recommend this venue for functions in the future.
