Beautiful place for ocean views, you have to pay for parking , they do give fines in the area, but its a good place for walking. I wouldn't recommend the beach for swimming although people do swim there. I have seen a lot of people take their dogs there. Additionally have seen a lot of rubbish and unsafe material..But its nice to go walking on the path and see the scenery.

Small area of parkland overlooking Brighton Beach and conveniently located a 5 minute walk from Brighton Beach railway station. Offering views over Port Phillip Bay as well as public toilets, it also provides car parking and a pavilion to provide shelter from the weather. Tip: make sure you cross the road between the station and the beach at the lights at the South Rd intersection as there’s nowhere else to cross safely and traffic speeds around the bends.

Great views of the city and the Brighton Beach Boxes. Close to Brighton Beach station - highly recommend to use public transport, bike or walk here. It's worth the view😏 and on the other side facing toward Frankston and Mornington Peninsula there is a deep swimming spot. If you are brave enough you can walk on the rocks and have the waves crash into you. Otherwise there are plenty of walking/hiking paths to enjoy

This is my local beach and I'm lucky enough to live 5 minutes away! It has the best sunsets, plenty of seating, a nice walking track, and tables and chair if you want to bring some food and enjoy the surroundings that way. Also a great place to sun-bake or for a quick dip! It overlooks the iconic Brighton Beach boxes and also has great views of the city skyline - New Year's Eve it's packed full of people trying to catch the fireworks from the cliff top vantage point! One of the nicest stops along the bayside beach strip.

I was there for a fun run. Ample parking but way too expensive for the average person. The fun run had plenty of room to setup and it went well. No BBQ, no kids play area but plenty of room to run around.

A beautiful garden next to beach with a few picnic tables that you can have your refreshments! We went in the evening, the view was stunning! You would certainly like the view when you walk on the rocks and watch the sunset.

When it's been raining, the paths become flooded and the water does not drain off for several days. The park owners need to upgrade the paths so wheelchair patrons can enjoy it and install drainage, or sand based and grown grass. For a "point" that is 20n above sea level, it's ridiculous that water pools on the ground surface

Really beautiful view of the city skyline and beaches. Great spot for a picnic and clear views of the sky. 4 stars as currently under construction, however I'm sure it'll be even better once the lookout reopens.

Brighton beach is wonderful and this is a great car park with not too bad rates quite reasonable, a nice Mr whippy and a lovely view

This is a smashing little place to park and enjoy the ocean view for a bit. It's close to the huts with all the coulours along the beach. If you don't get out of your car and take in the view, you don't need to pay but if you get out and wander parking needs to be paid for.

Very close to the heart of Brighton Beach without the crowds. Beautiful views of the city. Parking tricky though, with $6 per hour, means car parks are available if you are prepared to pay that much.
