Hurlingham Park

Tourist attraction β€’ Park

πŸ‘πŸ‘ This park made me feel as though I was in the country! So much open space, (OK sporting ovals) and near the kids playarea (yes no self respecting park is without one) is a water fountain that was obviously installed by the park's founders what with the bluestone slabs etc, so old timey - fantastic.... People often mention park, play,

This park made me feel as though I was in the country! So much open space, (OK sporting ovals) and near the kids playarea (yes no self respecting park is without one) is a water fountain that was obviously installed by the park's founders what with the bluestone slabs etc, so old timey - fantastic. Lots of magnificent trees and other greenery, beautiful.

Fantastic park. Nicely fenced in with plenty openings for ease of access, grass is well kept and pleasant under foot. Great place to play cricket, play ball, throw a frisbee, take your dog or exercise. The play equipment next to the oval is in good condition and fun for the kids, with cooking facilities and comfortable benches for the adults

There are 2 ovals, with club rooms and a park on the other side with walking areas, plenty of shady seating, electric bbq’s and a children’s playground. There Is also a car park for about 20 cars off a side street. PS: further below. Imagine criticising a slide - maybe next time they can ring every single parent and ask for advice OR you can just watch your child. Like parents used to do.

Really nice park. Good facilities. Footy oval, cricket nets. There's a good picnic table also. Good place for dog walking too.

Nice park with footy oval, club house, space for walking and for dogs. The kids play area is bit tired and there's a need for independent amenities (not just via club house).

Nice little park area next to Nepean highway. People aren't that friendly anymore as compared to 10 years ago and they seem to be intimidated by something and sometimes I feel like asking why do they look unhappy nowadays. Maybe cost of living is one of the reasons amongst others or that they feel Asians arent welcome to this country but they should remember the whites were also immigrants at one stage.

Lovely child and dog friendly park. Shade, barbies and toilets at the clubhouse.

Council need to re do the playing surface of the main oval and the secondary oval. Even after a little rain, the place is 5cm underwater. In the winter it's like the Lknton St Oval of the 80s; a quagmire. No water run-off to the exterior drains, no subsurface drainage. If theybare spending $650k on the William St Reserve that get a tenth of the playing time, then this must be upgraded.

Beautiful park. My dogs love it here. I sometimes get kebabs or charcoal chicken and have a picnic with the family. Great for a relaxing, peaceful lazy Sunday

Ordered coffee, after 1/2 hour asked why our coffee hadn't arrived only to find out they'd lost the order or put it on another person's order and on checking receipt on phone found I'd been overcharged, staff said they would cancel order and reimburse, in this situation I doubt I will get my money back. I found this to be unacceptable it's poor management.

Today was a very wet day to watch a football match, but normally it would be great, when the sun is out.

Bad experience with the climbing structure! Not suitable for toddlers. Too high. There are two slides. One is ok the other is too steep and high. Did not feel safe when climbing and sliding.

Good enough spot for dog walking, children's play ground, picnic, sport, or reading a book.

Okay park for dogs, but nice for a general walk, would recommend sport or a nice jog for this park.
