Westfield Doncaster

Shopping center

👍👍 Light, spacious premium shopping centre reminiscent of the nicer parts of Chadstone without the crowds or dark tunnels of shops. Very clean with heaps of parking at all entrances. We received excellent standards of customer service no matter where we went. Big thumbs up! People often mention shopping, centre, parking, shops, find, good, Westfield, great, shop, Great,

Westfield Doncaster shopping centre is a very nice centre with lots of great shops however the centre parking and the roads around the centre are very badly designed. I drove around for an hour looking for parking. The parking layout feels more like a maze or a obstacle course challenge than parking. And worst of all is they've put up the weekend prices to keep away the small time spenders however I payed $50 for 5 hours of shopping. They should have a loyalty system where you get free parking if you spend more than $200.

Massive shopping centre there’s a lot to see, you need all day to shop around I love it! Although it’s a little bit of a puzzle on parking is like a maze when you park try to remember the entrance and exit so you don’t forget maybe take photos.✌🏽Receptionist is very helpful for directions though

We like coming here even though we still have the same franchises but there are different boutiques. We do love the various food courts that are available. And we still haven't seen evey corridor! I never thought about it before but does anyone else notice that toilets are such a trek to go? They are usually in a corridor that feels like the London Underground, just goes on forever!

Clean mall, easy parking. Best part is they have a play area for children which is well built and the baby change room is also clean and spacious. The baby change room has a microwave and breastfeeding rooms. On top of that they have great choices of shops and a cinema. Me and my family enjoyed shopping here and it is extremely convenient to get here by bus or by car. Extremely excited for the upcoming expansion.

The recently renovated Westfield is an underrated shopping center. Here you can find Lego store, Zimmerman, Apple, Sushi train, Miele Flagship store, TGIF, Lanzhou noodle, Korean BBQ, yum cha, fresh food market, hotpot and some other good dinning opinion. On top floor there’s fitness first club. The only pity thing is no live music and entertainment to boost night economy. Right next door there’s a Mercure Hotel under the Accor Group which offers more convenience to international visitors.

Wow love it here, such an awesome looking shopping centre and I absolutely love the vibe here! Very family friendly and lots of family here! We are located near by so this is my local shop so many shops to choose from. Great restaurants to choose from and parking isn’t too bad a lot of space available. Weekends do get busy so gotta drive around to find one though I know some secret spots and often find they are free! Love Doncaster Westfield

A really nice Shopping Centre that is modern and well looked after. all Shops were tenanted and the Centre looked like everyone’s business is good. The only problem with this Centre is Parking as it’s difficult to find a spot to park, even with their light system which does not seem to work all that well as we went around in circles as we were told that there was four spots available , but we could not find them ?????

Nice mall and have everything from clothings, supermarket, department store, restaurants, cafes with good interiors and very clean. Just go here to find all you need! It would be good if you come early, avoid to arrive at lunch time as parking will be full. First 2 hours is free.

Great selection of shops and lots of parents room and everything. Great food court! But this is a one star review because there were two things that I noticed today that I feel made Westfield Doncaster feel less safe for family with little babies or children. 1. Today we saw a wet condom right out side of the male toilet in the food court area - right in front of parents room! 2. Needed to nurse the baby so I went to nursing room right out side of Lego and Big W. There was a group of teenagers in there. Two boys and two girls. Messing about in the parents room. I didn’t feel safe to nurse my baby in there so I had to leave and go sit in front of the playground instead. I called security and they were very prompt. So that was good. But I think there needs to be more security presence around the shopping centre to prevent rather than correct when things happened.

Of all the major shopping centres in Melbourne this is my current favourite. Smart, clean, modern, just the right size, plenty of modern cafes, vibrant shops, great food hall and wonderful fresh market produce. Three hour free parking, cinemas, Lego store, Apple store plus most of the major department stores what's not to like?!!!

Usually Doncaster Westfield is 1 of the best shopping centre we have. Until the recent years, the toilet getting dirty and never been cleaned as before even I submitted the complaint to the management. And today, we even can see the cockroach here and there around.... So disappointed.

Great experience at mall. Went into edge on the corner, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The help desk guy there told me all about the centre and where is good to eat and shop. He was very helpful. I haven’t had a shopping experience like that before. Also the food and staff were fantastic at the Greek street food. I will definitely be making this mall my go to from now on.

The shopping centre is quite big and got lots of good stores for any kind of shopping. But the place is always filled with kids who keep doing certain things that makes you not want to go and shop or eat here. Without those troubles the place would have been 5 stars

Not a massive fan of shopping centres but Westfield Doncaster is definitely the pick of the bunch. Really good layout, all the major retailers and a great food court. The new dining presinct near the cinemas adds what the centre was lacking. The only negative is the parking situation, with no quick and easy area to park even if you are happy to walk.

Playgrounds are in a terrible state. The outdoor one is filthy, especially under the climbing castle. And the main feature toy (see picture) has been broken for months now. Is it so hard to fix it?! It is supposed to be an educational wall, but it is only a wall of neglect and sadness. It is such a popular place for all of us. But clean it up, people!

Not sure why there were so many security today but they could be asked to be polite and helpful. waiting for a lift a shop assistant coming out with a trolley the security guard pushed past her with others and watched as the doors closed on my daughter and me. next lift another security guard walked in front of us into the lift and again watched as lift was closing on people. I held lift open once on next floor on opening as guard just walked off. no care.

Two exit car park boom gates down. Traffic is chaos to exit. Westfield won’t just open them so cars can exit the car park with no traffic jam. But they prefer you wait a ridiculous long time just to collect parking money. Well done Westfield.

This is a massive shopping centre with lots of retail stores to shop. You can find your way around by using their store directory which is really easy for searching stores. There are varieties of stores selling some of the top brands of men and women’s fashion, but you can’t go past Myer and David Jones. The centre has stores for all types of needs, from fashion to household brands, you will almost certainly find what you are looking for. I would recommend searching online first aid you need something specific, then if the item is available in store, you can collect it from there. There is ample parking at the shopping centre and the rates are very reasonable. There is also a food court with a variety of food and beverage options. The centre also has a cinema so if you are into movies, you have the flexibility of shopping, eating and going to the movies all in the one place!

A good shopping centre. Lots of different shops. Good ambience. Parking is free for 1st two hours, I think. If u get their App then free parking is even for longer 🙂. During peak times finding a car park will be difficult. Lots of food options in and surrounding the centre.

My first visit to this store was a pleasant one. The display of chocolates was attractive and appealing. The service was good. However all items are quite pricey. Their new mooncakes in a giftbox consists of 4 small mooncakes of different flavours but cost about $10 per piece. Their hot chocolate drink made on order on site was rich and flavoursome but cost $8 per cup. Good experience but I would go there for occasional treats.

It is one of the most beautiful shopping malls in Melbourne, where almost all the facilities are available. You can go there with your family to eat. Types of food from different nationalities, you can go to the cinema or have an ice cream or just visit there for sightseeing. A safe and quiet place to spend time and shop with the family.

As this is Winter, the customers tend to be wearing heavy clothing. Coming in from the cold outside, it would be nice to be welcomed with the warmth inside the building, however what has happened is that the temperature is maintained as very high. It does not take long to find that wearing, say, an overcoat or a padded jacket and walking up and down the considerable length of a shopping parade inside Westfield can be very tiring, uncomfortable and even unbearable. I would suggest that whoever is responsible for maintaining a temperature that is comparable to an Australian summer should physically try the ordeal I just described so that he or she will realise the discomfort that is being inflicted on "the silent majority" who will not take the time to contribute their feedback.

As previously stated this is my go to and I have brunch at Jamaica Blue out front of Woolworths. But now it’s become a joke seriously what shopping centre allows a tenant to repair bench seating by covering it with blue tape. REALLY?? Australia 2020, one has to think what’s going on, I’ve heard and seen shoppers complain and leave the store because of the seating issue. Cmon Jamaica Blue and centre management Sort the issue for the “upmarket shopping centre” your supposed to be. And I will continue to support if you do or find somewhere more comfortable to go to brunch. Thank you.

Probably my favourite place to come and shop, partially for locality and also for variety and availability. It is generally pretty well laid out and easy to find what you want. Shops (generally) recommend each other, so you generally walk out with what you want in hand, on order or where to find it. Only down side? You might park a long way from what you want (especially the cinema) so be prepared to walk, particularly after a movie late at night.

Lots of great shops but unfortunately I have to take off a star because of the overly complicated and expensive parking. Multiple levels and entrances/exits which takes multiple visits to get familiar with. They advertise extra free parking duration with the Westfield app, but in my experience it’s difficult to claim

Easy to get disoriented if not familiar with the shopping centre. I usually only go to indoor shopping centres if i need something in particular. I was checking out TJ Max, not a patch on this type of shop in US. Minimum choice. Fresh air, natural lighting, and supporting local shops instead of multinationals is the go.

Fantastic shopping center it's well laid out . The food court is very good but upstairs is out of this world for dinner. Just make sure you book unless you want takeaway. Parking seems good and was plenty available except for high vehicles ... we parked in burnings and walked back..but don't tell anyone We did find some high parking spaces .... not very many ... further down the road from the car park.

It used to have a great vibe and atmosphere. Nowadays each shop sets their own trading hours and go home before all of the shoppers do. For example I had visited on a Friday night and Myer was closed at 7pm and so did half of the centre. How does Westfield allow this, it really gives the centre an unwelcoming vibe.

Great shopping centre with just about everything you could want. Free parking is only two hours (and not enough, in my book) but you can extend that to four hours if you register your vehicle with the Westfield App. Two food courts and many cafes dotted around so have a break while exploring.

One of the most pram friendly Westfield I've been !! You can just stroll your baby easily here and their changing room is spacious. Unlike a few other Westfield I've been, there will only be a few pram or family friendly parking space on each level. Here, you will be able to find almost one whole floor of parking is dedicated for pram parking

Parking here is ridiculous, it’s a maze to get in and out. Then after buying tickets and watching a movie, purchasing dinner and dessert then finally getting in your car to leave and you’re 3 minutes past the cars validated time; bad luck that’s $10 on top of all your costs for the night. This is why I hate shopping centres, they’re designed to keep you in and take more of your money.

  • 4/5 The P. 9 months ago on Google
Yes its a nice shopping centre. Everything in it. Worked here for long time but sadly they don't have any proper staff lobby area for all staffs all around. Staffs is looking after the centre but centre probably thinking pay should include their 10 min, 30 min rests. But yeah Its a good shopping centre.

  • 1/5 Lakshan A. 9 months ago on Google
How the car parking fees work is quite shocking. It’s free for the first 3 hours then if you stay longer than that they include the 3 hours plus the extra hours parked to charge you a massive fee. On top of that there is no entry gate when you drive into the car park. So you would not assume it’s a paid car park. Plus once you call and speak to the car park customer service, you receive the worst service ever. Rude from the moment they pick up the phone.

The food court had a satisfactory selection of dining options, but the seating areas were sometimes crowded and lacked proper upkeep. It would be great if they could improve the seating arrangements for a more comfortable dining atmosphere. While parking is available, finding a spot during peak hours can be a challenge. The parking facilities could use some expansion or better management to accommodate the high volume of visitors.

Great mall to shop on with most of the brands present around, having a one stop for me but only change I’ll like to have here is installation of more information screens where I think it’s very difficult of people to navigate through, at least I reckon that information screens should be installed around all the stairs and escalators but that is one thing missing

Great shopping experience, great food. Various items can meet the needs and are suitable for leisure for the elderly, young and children. I will visit often. The only regret is the lack of charging stations for electric vehicles. Hope it can be improved.

A very large shopping center with easy access to all its parts, restaurants and various shops. I do most of my shopping here and I enjoy being there.

I frequently shop at Doncaster Westfield multiple times per week. I love the food court and the store selection. The upstairs parents room near the VIP shopping area is clearly out of order. The door is broken and the feeding rooms don’t have curtains on the doors.

Great shopping centre. Has most stores you would need. Easy to get around and haven't been lost there yet. Good food court, could have more variety.

Went to Doncaster the other day. Very easy to get lost. Apart from that, I had a look around and found that it's too hard to navigate your way around and then find the entrance that you entered from, if you enter from where the buses are.
