😠 Horrible experience as their employee. Myer treats their employees in a discriminative and unprofessional manner.     ASH from the Christmas decorations section was amazing today!!!!!! He was very patient and helpful with all the questions we had, and he went above and beyond to assist us with purchasing our Christmas decorations for our Xmas tree. He was veryyyy helpful, friendly and professional. The customer service he provided made our shopping experience more positive. Will be definitely coming back to this specific Myer to shop again - way better service compared to other nearby Myer stores. Thanks again Ash for your great service!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just bought an air fryer. Fantastic service but all staff, Dara, Paige and George. I was rather indecisive and needed to look at quite a few brands. Thanks for all your friendly help. Happy with my choice.

    Very mediocre collection compared to some other ones around. Staff too desperate to sell. They forget to give space to customer to explore the things they like and choose what works for them. Perfume section has these females which are only interested in giving you advise on what they like.

    Excellent Service but every thing very pricey .James and myself sat in a Coffee Shop near Myers and David Jones and hap 2 Serves of good quality Coffee. Each cup cost $ 4.90 Each .service was second to none by a Young Indian Girl and her was Nikita. She is studying at Deakin University doing her Master's Degree on E commerce graduate. And she said she has got 2 more years to go. She is from Hyderabad India. .and she lives with with another SriLankan and another young indian girl in a boarding house close to the shopping centre.

    I'm so disappointed, even though it's my most favourite shop. Such horrible air circulation, so warm, stink, and no music was playing specially for the festive season! I did my shopping and ran away. The only reason that I have given 3 stars is for the team member. She was so friendly and helpful.

    I had tried the other major makeup retailers in the past and felt very pushed and judged, so I was so relieved when I got the best customer service experience from the gorgeous ladies at MAC and Benefit! I wanted a replacement on an old Mac bronzer and a recommendation on an eyebrow pencil, Katrina and Tina made the whole experience delightful, thanks!

    Staff genuinely don't seem to care about customer service. I had picked put two types of shoes I wanted to try sizes for and sat in the chair by the store room as I heard talking and giggling coming from there. Had geen sitting there a couple of minutes before three young women walked out of the storeroom empty-handed and chattering. None of them offered a hand. Would have been more stars if it were the first time but it clearly isn't. Left empty-handed after 15 minutes of waiting and being ignored - employees walked passed without even acknowledging or even making eye contact. Left what I wanted on the floor & bought what I wanted online. Saved $100 and got free shipping

    I absolutely love Myer Doncaster .. their Anthea Crawford representative was just amazing with her help.. now for dress for my daughter’s wedding in Feb 2024.. I’m sure it was the same lady 4 years ago that helped me with a beautiful Anthea Crawford dress for my son’s wedding too ❤️❤️.. Thankyou Myer for your style, class & professionalism I love you 🫶🏽

    Really amazing customer service. We took our rice cooker in for warranty repair and when we received it back, it was dented. Even though this could be caused by the post office's delivery process. Myer helped us with our warranty process and even offered an exchange of the rice cooker out of good faith. Really appreciate their incredibly kind act.

    I was served by Eleanor from Lancome and she is absolutely wonderful! I had the best customer service from Eleanor who is so helpful and very friendly. She helped me when no one else did.     They just lost a customer by having under trained customer service staff with poor manner and black face. Would you expect a staff suddenly coming to you and lecture you not to try to help yourself when there was no one around to help? Would you expect a well trained staff to say 'May I help you, sir?' instead of 'You should not do that by yourself!' with a black face. I don't think she understands this is a customer and her job is to serve rather than to patrol the shopping ground.

    I went in today to purchase some shoes, a belt and a watch for my wedding. We'd bounced around a few stores in Westfield trying to find shoes that matched my suit, including Wild Rhino, David Jones and Florsheim. When we got to the men's shoe section in Myer, Joanna was immediately on hand to offer support. She found a pair that matched the suit perfectly, she got some dress socks out to try them on, then she found a belt to match (and offered to shorten it to fit me better). It was the perfect customer experience, enough for me to call ahead next time I need shoes to specifically check when she is working. She was brilliant. The same can be said for Georgia in the watches section, who was busy when we arrived but kept in touch and came straight over to help as soon as she was free. She helped us pick out some perfect watches, and she was very warm and complimentary of the suits we've had made, and wished us the best for the wedding. They were so good at their jobs that I felt I needed to write in and compliment them in particular. Thank you both for a great experience!

    Dawn in the Menswear section was absolutely incredible today, and exactly the person we needed to find my partner the most beautiful suit for a wedding! She knew exactly what would suit Tom, and ensured that we had the perfect outfit all with such kindness, patience and style!     Chanelle stand Not enough stuff. There is not enough cash in the till for customers change. Had to wait 10 min for someone to find the manager to bring some change. Maybe better preparation for busy Christmas shoppers and definitely more stuff. 🎅🎁🎄 Apart from that, the shop looked amazing and were very Christmasy ,great decorations.

    On Wednesday 9th November 2022 Narelle bought me a Maxwell & Williams White Basics Soho Rim 16 Piece Dinner Set, Gift Boxed for $78.17 since she accidentally broke a mug. On Tuesday 13th December 2022 they offered to refund her on goodwill because it got lost in transit by Australia Post even though I received it.

    Goods advertised at discount today. Different discount applied, 2 young (casual?) staff on counter didn't know what to do. No senior staff around? Tried to contact MYER, directed to call store, call hung up before I could speak with anyone. Not too impressed

    As I walked into the suit section I was met by a fairly arrogant worker who was no help as I tried to find a suit for a wedding. I was told that I would need a tailor made suit and was insulted about my body shape. This review isn’t about this man as I spoke to another guy named Lindsay. Lindsay spent a couple hours helping me swap and change suits from different brands, sizes and colours to find the perfect suit at a good price. Lindsay went above and beyond as I was happy with the first suit I tried on but Lindsay knew it wasn’t perfect. Both my missus and I have a lot to thank him for especially after our first interaction with a worker

    Went to buy a suit for my son (his first grown up suit). James asked if we needed help and he spent at least 30 minutes showing us different options, providing thoughtful suggestions and generally helping as best he could - my son is very tall and thin and difficult to fit. James was so professional - knew what he was talking about - gave us the best advice and we got a well fitted suit for my son. James could not have been more helpful - Thank You!

    This Saturday went back to Myer to return some faulty pants from June. No questions asked they were exchanged for a new pair, I did have a receipt which obviously helped. The exchange was my husbands industrie pants. I have been to this Myer many times, the girls are always helpful and they have what I need and seriously everything is priced great compared to other large department stores. Plus I use the app for Myer one points which keeps my previous purchases as a record!

    Store itself is good, however there are just no staff to help you. Waited in the watch section for 30mins and didn't see one member of staff. They are very under staffed, however most staff are quite nice once you are able to get them

    Recently went to get a pair of school shoes for my boy without bringing him along with me and love their service so much. Friendly and they even do a double check to ensure the shoes are both accurate in size at the counter! This small little gesture does help to avoid the customer bringing back a pair of shoes that having mix in different size.

    A big thank you to Rula in the perfume dept at Myer Doncaster, , she made my Christmas shopping a breeze. She was super friendly, had great product knowledge, and gave me personal service. I have to say all the staff at Myer are great, just not enough of them.

    Went to purchase shoes. Waited over 30 minutes to be served by a lovely lady that was run off her feet. Didn't end up purchasing any shoes as my size wasn't available. Not sure I'd go back there to shop, tried on 5 different pairs and none in my size. Below average experience unfortunately.

    The staff at this store were really helpful, but the system for click and collect is not good. Went to get a click and collect order and they had sold out of what I had ordered. Staff did a great job of coming up with a solution for a bad situation.

    Needed dress shoes. One person serving, waited 20 mins. Seemed disinterested. Asked to check my foot size and was met with a “We don’t do that”. Well, I’ll take my $300 elsewhere!

    Sam in the Mens footwear was an exceptional worker. He provided excellent customer service and his manner was amazing throughout. Sam was happy to help and could manage customers incredibly well. I can’t thank him for making the purchase easy. I really hope this review gets back to Sam as he made a shopping experience one to remember.

    Im unfamiliar with this Myer so I thought you could return online items at any counter so I went to a counter upstairs and one lady who was wearing red was very rude saying “I don’t know why you would come here” in a condescending tone and sent me to a different counter as if I knew. However, another lady who ended up helping me in the women’s youth section was really nice and helpful.

    waiting for service in the shoe section is a version of hell on earth. myer doesn’t need to work for the sales they get and it shows. a busy shoe section if 20 people waiting to buy shoes with only one poor girl working. really ridiculous, if i could have bought my daughter these shoes anywhere else i would have. you shouldn’t treat paying customers so poorly.
