Great place to shop! The staff were very patient, friendly and helpful in finding what I need. I’ve shopped here so many times and Victor, Ben, Julie and the management team have always been very helpful. Keep up the good work!

There's a male staff member here with pink/purple hair that made my trip to this store incredibly unpleasant! He was rude, bossy, condescending and displayed narcissistic behaviour. He was absolutely tripping on his 'power' as a staff member. I do not recommend

I like to shop here. It is clean, good value, has well displayed stock and a good variety of household, house water, clothing for kids and adults, shoes, electronics, stationery etc to choose from. There is a fitting room to try your clothes on - has good lighting, clean, well maintained, well designed cubicles with plenty of hooks! Quick process at check out. Staff are friendly. One area of improvement might be that all check out staff know how to fold clothes neatly before putting them into customers shopping bag. It would provide a more amenable and complete experience of shopping there.

It has a comfortable environment for shopping due to its a bug store also its clean and has various options available for shopping.

The staff are fine but their manager was rude - didn't allow us to exchange or refund, and put up a big fight with us. I brought the same item to Chadstone, no issues or questions asked. Given it's so dull and dingy in the Forest Hill branch, I'm more than happy never to go there again.

Female change rooms are disgustingly dirty with grot all over the floors. Why arent staff noticing or sweeping it up. Its always like this! I can’t seem to upload a photo.

2 stars for the young cashier who assisted us initially. The manager Sharen was rude and insisted that our handphone has a problem when she can’t get the machine to scan my gift card. In the end I suggested using another cashier to try scanning and it worked! She didn’t apologise. More training for manager maybe?

Employees holding onto specific sought after items for themselves when unloading stock. Customers don’t even get a chance as it never hits the shelf.

I posted this two star rating three years ago and have just now been asked to provide feedback. As it was three years ago I no longer remember what prompted me to give this review, but since it took this business so long to address the poor review it does not leave me wondering why I left it in the first place.

Good options for clothes that are better quality than Kmart and reasonably priced. Wide range of jean styles available. Also has good quality plus sized winter clothing for men.

Super friendly team members, Lachlan was very helpful at the register and tried his hardest to make my day better!
