For
context,
we
are
from
interstate
and
I
was
not
going
to
write
this
review
as
my
disappointment
in
how
we
were
treated
had
subsided
BUT
I
have
spoken
to
several
people
about
fittings
and
even
have
had
one
myself
recently
and
was
not
very
pleased
with
how
my
dad
was
treated.
Keep
in
mind
my
old
man’s
driver
is
10+
years
old
and
he’s
never
had
a
fitting
in
his
life/understands
the
technology
or
numbers
(he
is
a
16
handicap).
My
dad
and
I
have
no
issues
with
the
person
who
served
us,
but
he
was
clearly
a
little
raw
when
it
came
to
fittings
and
had
to
ask
a
colleague
over
to
help
him
decide
on
the
correct
shaft
to
fit
dad
-
no
problems,
however
it
dragged
the
process
out.
Throughout
Dad’s
45-60
min
session
(happy
to
be
corrected
on
length
of
time)
his
slice
had
somewhat
reduced,
but
he
was
only
ever
given
1
brand
to
try
AND
besides
a
couple
of
minor
descriptions
from
the
fitter,
there
was
no
thorough
detailed
explanation/analysis
of
dad’s
shots.
Again
for
context,
I
am
off
6,
had
recently
bought
a
new
driver
from
a
Drummond
store
back
home
post
3
x
30
minute
sessions
(several
brands
and
shafts)
and
had
been
given
proper
education
as
to
launch
angle/spin
rate/club
speed
etc.
Anyway,
I
actually
told
dad
to
buy
the
driver,
it
was
helping,
but
he
was
not
convinced
and
wanted
to
be
sold
it.
The
fitter’s
shift
was
meant
to
end
at
5pm
(the
store
closed
at
6pm)
and
a
colleague
asked
the
fitter
if
he
wanted
to
finish
up.
The
fellow
said
he’d
stay
on
–
no
sweat
he
felt
a
sale.
At
5.15pm
Roland
the
franchise
manager
came
along
and
had
overhead
we
were
from
interstate
and
dad
was
hesitating.
With
finger
purchased
over
the
“off”
switch
on
the
simulator
he
said
that
1
x
45/60
min
session
on
the
simulator
should
be
enough
to
know
it
was
worth
buying
(yep
spend
$500+
dollars
on
the
spot)
and
if
it
wasn’t
going
to
happen
then
our
session
was
done.
Well,
the
session
was
done
and
the
simulator
was
switched
off.
I
asked
if
we
could
be
given
in
writing
what
the
club
specs
were,
but
we
were
practically
walked
out
the
store
and
thus
did
not
receive
any
details.
The
young
fellow
did
attempt
to
make
amends
and
apologised/thanked
us
once
we
were
on
the
street.
To
finish,
with
a
bit
of
TLC
and
patience
(I
never
know
with
dad
though)
it
was
likely
a
sale
would
have
been
made.
Further,
if
it
was
explained
to
us
that
the
time
on
the
simulator
was
worth
reimbursement
or
if
dad
had
to
pay
to
stay
on
its
likely
that
we
would
have
reciprocated….
As
of
yesterday
Dad
had
his
first
fitting
back
home
and
the
guy
actually
told
him
TO
NOT
buy
a
driver
and
wait
1-2
months
before
new
stock
and
sales…I
understand
a
franchise
business
needs
to
be
run,
however
the
overall
perception
of
the
Drummond
brand
needs
to
be
maintained…
