👍👍 Very welcoming cafe. Staff are attentive and menu is extremely customizable. There is a large selection of sandwiches and cakes and a healthy variety of lunch options and smoothies. I love the way they make the matcha, not many places have baristas that can do it right. Great selection of kid’s menu... Jolly Miller was our first stop for the morning as we neared some hearty food to start the day!. It was a good spot for family and service was great. Again, a nice little pick me up for the morning! We'd recommend it for anyone looking for some chill coffee vibes.

This cosy little cafe really took us by surprise. We decided to visit after stopping in to browse the sandwich bar a few weeks back and were met by the most lovely staff. After already deciding to revisit the cafe properly when we had more time, we were not disappointed in the slightest when the girls were so fun and welcoming on our return visit The cafe itself is so warm and inviting with a cute, casual but classy decor. Coupled with the groovy tunes that have you singing along as you wait for your food, the overall atmosphere is bright but chill The ricotta hotcakes were the perfect balance of sweet and savoury that provided not only the most exquisite experience for your taste buds, but also a tantalising mouth feel The pad Thai was more of the same with a very generous portion of perfectly cooked noodles, juicy chicken, the most satisfying mix of textures, and a scrumptious sauce to noodle ratio that is indescribably moreish We picked two of the fancy shakes. I had to appease my inner child and order a sugar coma in a mason jar decorated with cavities. It was equally as tasty as it was fascinating to look at. The floss is delicious and not unbearably sweet at all. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that it was not too much to stomach. Would recommend to anyone looking to treat their inner child or those with external ones seeking something special with their lunch The coffees were divine. I went out of my usual comfort zone and risked ordering an espresso and I could not have been more pleased. If ever there was a time to drink your coffee black, it is at this absolutely delightful little hidden gem of a cafe

Went for a brunch on a public holiday and was greatly impressed with the service. The food options are great and need to come back again to try remaining options

This cafe has come a long way! The menu has really grown and the food has really developed its flavours. I ordered the salmon with soba noodles and couldn’t fault this dish. Salmon was cooked perfectly and the flavours in the soba noodles were on point. I was staring at the chicken burger and was delicious as I saw the sauce oozing out of it so that’s next on my hit list at the Jolly Miller cafe. Staff were incredibly friendly, I love that this cafe I surrounded by windows with so much natural light coming through. The desserts in the window were incredibly tempting but will have to explore those another time.

This cozy cafe situated in Balwyn north did not disappoint! Very friendly and efficient service! Food was great too! Seeing how hard all the staff work at a busy period surely amazes me how quick the service was. Only feedback would be the strawberries and cream super shake ($17), the description sounded very appealing but it was not what I expected when it came. There was no red velvet cake but rather a pretty tough cookie and the chocolate ganache is smeared on the rim of the glass which tasted a bit old. Apart from that, will definitely be back again to try the other menu items!

Had brunch here and ordered the pan fried Atlantic salmon and the seafood pasta. Service was very good, with friendly and helpful staff. The salmon was beautiful, crispy skin, creamy potatoes, and a delicious sauce. Unfortunately the pasta was not great, being underseasoned, with the sauce not sticking to the noodles well. Overall, would still recommend, just get the salmon instead. Drinks were nice, particularly the Belgian hot chocolate.

The best café in this part of town: the food is great - all your usual eggs, burgers, granolas etc plus some excellent South East Asian noodle dishes. The coffee is excellent. There's a wide selection of cakes and pastries to eat in or take away. It's big, but not noisy and the decor is fresh, simple and welcoming. Bathrooms are clean and accessible. There's under cover outdoor seating that is dog-friendly and plenty of parking. The staff are friendly and helpful . Great for breakfast, brunch and lunch any day of the week.

My family and friends have been coming to this cafe for a while now and its wonderful. The food is great we’ve been going through the menu trying different dishes and we have never had a bad meal yet. It’s reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Honestly one of my favorite places to get my coffee. The cafe has a warm and welcoming vibe. The music played almost makes you feel like the main character in your own life. Not to mention Gina one of the gals who work there is so warm and welcoming you’d be coming back! The coffee as well is just the perfect taste and hit to get you going in the morning.

Quiet but very nice place for having a brunch, each dishes it’s a bit expensive, but considering the portion of the dish, the price it’s actually quite reasonable. Overall it’s place you can go and tried out!!!

What a fantastic place to dine in! I’m on a strict diet and they have done everything possible to cater for my own dietary needs, from no butter on the toasties, no salts on sweet potato chips to completely omitting pink sugar sprinkles & Nutella mascarpone on the hotcakes, whatever we have requested, it would be done! We got there a bit earlier before the crowds, so the foods got served within a short period of time and it did get quite busy during the lunch time. There was no pressure from staff to free up the table even after we had finished our meals, so it is a great place to take our little ones to enjoy a meal with family and friends.

Standard melbourne brunch items and coffee done well but also a few interesting Asian flavoured dishes. Generous portions. The lobster omelette had big chunks of lobster meat and brekkie bruschetta was a delicious veggie feast. Plenty of tables inside and outside, we usually just turn up and are seated quickly. The staff are friendly, some are quite inexperienced but eager at their job.

Nice, friendly staff. Fairly quick to take initial of drinks. Coffee was really good but cups a little small. I had eggs on toast with side orders of bacon and home-made baked beans Baked beans were disgusting

Lovely staff incredibly friendly and wanting to be helpful BUT ended up getting the order wrong. More training obviously needed because the lovely young lady was very confused with the menu. Tried so hard we felt bad for her. Management need to lift their game as this is totally unfair. Came back again August 9th. Service and staff were brilliant. Food was absolutely delicious. Coffee was great DEFINATELY recommended.

We visited the jolly miller cafe with our family and the service was fantastic, all the staff were very kind and helpful. I mostly enjoyed the food. I tried the Atlantic breakfast and it was delicious. i was surprised that they also had vegan options. Overall my family and i had a great experience at this cafe. This place is probably one of my favorites so far and i will for sure be back to come regularly.

My companion and I had breakfast here. Pictured is the Brekkie Bruschetta, a delicious pan fried cauliflower, asparagus, halloumi, mushrooms, capsicum, tomato, rainbow baby carrots, pickled onion, poached eggs on toasted ciabatta with basil pesto and balsamic glaze, while I went for the Crushed Avocado That's avocado mixed with quinoa topped with tomatoes, marinated feta, seeds, radish, and pomegranate served on toasted ciabatta with poached eggs and house made minted capsicum chutney (minus the eggs). The food was delicious and the service was good too. The meal with 2 coffees came to $50. For those with a four legged friend, they also have a menu for dogs, which I thought was a nice touch.

The food in store is usually lovely but the attention to dietaries for delivery is not. It so SO important to be careful with dietaries and food safety!! I’ve ordered take away from you twice and both times I have ordered a vegan jaffle and have received it in the same box as my partner’s egg one. This really is not ok! Keep dietaries separate! I have an allergy and am not able to eat my food. It doesn’t matter the reason someone orders a certain dietary they must be kept separate!

Good food, friendly staff, great coffee. It's probably a good thing parking is restricted to 2hrs because one could easily spend longer here.

Food presentation is good but taste just fine, not too impressive. But a nice place to have a brunch and catch up with friends.
