What a gorgeous place. Was lovely meeting Nick and Eve there as well who were extremely friendly and welcoming. The shop has a huge range of food options to choose from, which you can take away. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area and it’s right next to Chatham station for real convenience. Would definitely come back again and look forward to enjoying another maple bacon sandwich.

    * edit- following the below response which says my claims are ‘unsubstantiated’ I can only assume that the owner does not believe that I bought and ate the meatballs, or that my opinions are valid * We paid $32 for some very dubious heat at home Greek style chicken meatballs. They were tasteless and we felt ill after eating them.

Absolute abhorrent experience. As i walked into this store i experienced tremendous disrespect from the male manager. The coffee I received after waiting 15 minutes was sickening, and the milk tasted as if it was 3 years past the use by date. The overall experience was poor and i suggest to avoid this shop by any means.

i have been to this place along with 3 other friends at lunch time and in the evening we were all sick with vomiting and diarrhea. I don't recommend it to anyone...

Great concept. Nice shop with lots of great produce. Very young but courteous & friendly staff. Coffee was particularly good and available in a mug version for those inclined. Unfortunately the breakfast was just OK. Poached eggs a little overdone (no ooze) as was the bacon (too crisp) , Avocado was probably a day or two under ripe. Hopefully that was a once off and I will try again

A bit of a cosy cafe with a great variety of cafe standards and some elevated variants. Great vibes, though a bit too cosy on some tables and the coffee on a couple of occasions has been quite bitter in my opinion. I may need to experiment a bit to find my perfect blend.

Honestly my favourite place in the area. Better than all the cafes in Mailing Road cause I never had a greater welcoming like what I had today☺️☺️ Nick was so welcoming and lovely today when I waltzed in. He even gave me a sample of the Caramel Slice and Hedgehog and they were so authentic. The New York style choc chip was just like the cookies in New York and I cannot wait to peruse the rest they have to offer. Love your work ❤️

Found Chatham food store when searching for a coffee. Absolutely perfect food coffee and service. My wife and I now have our favourite Melbourne stop for coffee and food. Well done to the team at Chatham.

A fabulous Cafe, restaurant and providor that you can easily miss on busy Canterbury road. Has lots of very nice takeaway food which doesn't seem cheap until you realise the huge quantity and excellent quality. Brilliant range of cakes, sandwiches and sit down food. A highly recommended place to visit.

Some great treats here, but some care required. Takeaway sandwiches purchased on a Sunday seemed a little stale. We've had great food here on many occasions - so this time was probably an anomaly.

Lovely local place with great quality food and products. Been around for years and is somewhat of a hidden gem in the area. Owners and staff are always super friendly and helpful. Decent coffee too! :)

Elegantly fitted out store. Pleasant owner. Bought two sandwiches mid-week: fillings were acceptable but the bread was not fresh

Nice shop with what looked to be some nice food, but sorry, $12:50 for a ham and cheese croissant is grossly over priced. $24:90 for a coffee, the croissant and a muffin, takeaway. The alarm bells should have rung when I saw that nothing had a price on it. Won't be back at those prices.

Used the Chatham Street Food store to cater for a family picnic. So easy to arrange, delicious food, beautifully presented. Their rbbon sandwiches are very generous. Definitely recommend.
