Very good service, i love the manners of thr workers and i recommend the mango fruit tea. The only reason i took that one star was it takes a little too long to get my drink but it sure is worth the wait.

I always go to this Cha time every time we go to Doncaster, and for good reason too. The tea is always great and the service is exceptional. The people taking the orders are always very nice. The variety of tea is really great. Thanks for great tasting tea and for very friendly service also.

Ordered my first chatime here today and the woman at the till got my drink wrong. I go back after I have a sip and realise it’s not right, to let them know and hope they can fix it. The owner was there and he gets extremely defensive saying I asked for crème mousse when I don’t even know what it is! Very upset with the way I was spoken to and will not be returning.

This is my go to for Bubble Tea in Doncaster. The team here is always so friendly and welcoming, even when they’re really busy and under the pump, they are always going the extra mile to make sure the drinks are great and made very fast. Highly recommend the Thai Milk Tea.

Was my first time trying Chatime and shoppo, ordered the taro milk tea with pearls. Drink was given to us curdled, but then I’ve had drinks that looked curdled before but tasted perfectly fine after mixing it, so I didn’t say anything and just left. Got home and had my drink 2ish hours later, and it tasted curdled, could feel the granules, it was terrible. As it was a cold drink, I thought perhaps heating it would make it better but nope, still tasted curdled. Had to pour it down the drain as it was impossible to get past the grainy texture. Had I tried it at shoppo I would’ve definitely gone back for a refund.

This is my favourite Chatime store to go to. The staff are always attentive, friendly, and take pride in their work. Drinks always taste refreshing and are made quickly but carefully too. Highly recommend!

This place was so warm and welcoming and the food was cheap and good. It was so good it made my five year old sister shut up for once

I usually come here a lot and there tea is pretty good, but recently I started ordering and they started messing up my orders. For example I ordered less ice and less sugar and it was so sweat and there was so much ice. I found it annoying that I took them so many times less sugar but it was still so sweet.

I love bubble tea and always go to chatime in Westfield since it’s the closest boba place to my house☺️
