In
line
with
some
of
the
recent
reviews,
the
quality
of
this
store
has
seriously
gone
down,
not
sure
if
it's
reflective
of
nespresso
in
general
or
just
this
store.
This
has
been
my
go
to
store
to
try
out
some
of
the
new
coffees
for
many
years
(after
city
store
shutdown)
and
I
buy
a
few
100
pods
everytime
I'm
in.
However
the
store
felt
cold
and
unwelcoming
today
-
even
though
they
weren't
busy,
there
was
no
one
to
welcome
us
in
and
offer
a
coffee
to
try.
After
waiting
unattended
for
10
mins
in
the
area
where
they
serve
coffees,
I
realised
they
were
only
interested
in
attending
to
the
one
couple
who
had
probably
ordered
a
coffee
machine.
Finally
when
it
was
obvious
to
them
I
was
waiting
too
long,
they
got
to
me,
and
I
asked
if
there
are
any
festive
edition
pods
I
can
try
before
I
buy,
being
Christmas
season.
I
was
told
NO,
there
are
no
such
festive
edition
pods
to
try,
they
are
not
in
stock
as
stuck
in
shipping
and
I
can
check
online.
I
was
rushed
away,
not
asked
if
I'd
like
to
try
any
other
coffee,
etc.
even
though
there
was
no
one
else
waiting.
I
used
to
recommend
this
store
due
to
the
quality
of
service
and
awesome
experience
when
you
walk
in,
not
anymore.
As
a
result
of
this
interaction
I
didn't
buy
anything
from
this
store
today
and
would
recommend
people
just
go
to
nespresso
app
or
even
Amazon/Starbucks
to
buy
pods
-
and
yes
the
festive
edition
pods
(infinitement)
are
on
the
nespresso
app!
Hopefully
this
was
an
anomaly
and
others
have
a
better
experience!
