    A huge thankyou to Miriam (hope I've spelt her name correctly) for her service and good humour on Sunday afternoon. She was also incredibly patient as my two-and-a-half year old needed some attention and even engaged with her during our transaction. Will definitely be coming back again 🙂

    I recently had an unfortunate experience at this Doncaster store, especially with an asian saleswoman and I would strongly advise against visiting this store. The customer service was extremely poor, leaving a lasting negative impression on me. What frustrated me was the overall lack of professionalism displayed by this staff. She appeared to ignored the customers in need of assistance. I cannot stress enough how dissatisfied I am with my visit ! In contrast, I highly recommend visiting the Chadstone store, where I have had a much more positive experience in terms of customer service and overall professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and find an alternative store to purchase your coffee related products!

    I’ve never gone out of my way to give negative reviews but this interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. Came in for a quick restock on coffee pods this Thursday night and wanted to explore some newer options. I was unfortunately greeted by a man who was quite rude and obviously unwilling to provide any helpful guidance. I left the store feeling quite baffled at the poor customer service and having second thoughts on my purchase..

    I recently visited Nespresso Doncaster to try new pods, and unfortunately, the customer service fell short of expectations. While enjoying our tester coffees, a lady who worked there displayed a dismissive attitude, rolling her eyes and sighing as she passed by. It was a disappointing contrast to the pleasant and pampering treatment we’ve received in other Nespresso coffee boutique's. Regrettably, the negative encounter overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable visit. The only positive note was Jon’s polite and attentive service during the transaction. However, it’s crucial for the overall experience to be consistent. I’m giving Nespresso Doncaster a 3 star review, as the need for improvement in customer service is evident. Management should prioritize creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

    Rudest customer service I have ever experienced, absolutely no effort to assist and made to feel an inconvenience when asking for assistance. I suspect I encountered the same lady as LouLouS review below. Will not return

    Strong smell in store which made my visit here a bit shorter than it might have been otherwise. Knowledgeable staff who are happy to help, great in store presentation of the pods. Worth a visit if you have of one these machines.

    In line with some of the recent reviews, the quality of this store has seriously gone down, not sure if it's reflective of nespresso in general or just this store. This has been my go to store to try out some of the new coffees for many years (after city store shutdown) and I buy a few 100 pods everytime I'm in. However the store felt cold and unwelcoming today - even though they weren't busy, there was no one to welcome us in and offer a coffee to try. After waiting unattended for 10 mins in the area where they serve coffees, I realised they were only interested in attending to the one couple who had probably ordered a coffee machine. Finally when it was obvious to them I was waiting too long, they got to me, and I asked if there are any festive edition pods I can try before I buy, being Christmas season. I was told NO, there are no such festive edition pods to try, they are not in stock as stuck in shipping and I can check online. I was rushed away, not asked if I'd like to try any other coffee, etc. even though there was no one else waiting. I used to recommend this store due to the quality of service and awesome experience when you walk in, not anymore. As a result of this interaction I didn't buy anything from this store today and would recommend people just go to nespresso app or even Amazon/Starbucks to buy pods - and yes the festive edition pods (infinitement) are on the nespresso app! Hopefully this was an anomaly and others have a better experience!

    Amazing customer service. Everyone is just so nice and professional here. We had the chance to taste the new flat white on ice and long black on ice today. The lady explained all the steps to us in detail so it will be easy for us to create the same taste at home. The store was well presented and we enjoyed buying our nespresso pods from this store.

    Doncaster Nespresso a few times I have been to the store I have had to walk out with nothing due to poor service. Don’t go early in the morning if you want to start off with a rotten day! I ended up calling the Nespresso line for assistance.

    EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE KAY On 20/07/23 I attended the Doncaster Nespresso store. I was fortunate enough to have Kay serve me. She seemingly knows every pod, appliance, and deal enabling me to conclude what was my most appropriate purchase. I very happily bought a bundle pack which included 2 exquisite mini wine glasses & 4 sleeves of delicious pods. I intend to return 🔜and likely buy one of the new machines she recommended which accommodates the large pods and is also well discounted with a pods deal. Thanks Kay that the best service I’ve ever experienced in store. ☕️ ✅✅✅✅✅ ☕️

    I've been to this store a few times now and I have found the staff here quite rude. They don't greet you and they leave you standing for ages while they do something behind the counter. When they eventually serve you they make you feel like you are disturbing them and are quite abrupt making my visit very unpleasant. So I often just buy what I need and leave very quickly. I've been to the nespresso store at the Emporium and they are so attentive, kind and warming. I think management might need to have a talk to the staff there asap.

    once again my online order click & collect was short by 4 sleeves luckily I checked before leaving the store this is the second time this has happened at this store. The woman that served me starting making up excuses for the shortfall stating the staff member who packed the order had gone home sick ! regardless, she was quite dismissive and disappeared out the back for five minutes then she offered me a sampler box for the stuff up ! not good enough I vented my frustration $130 just spent there again I have spent a lot of money here on capsules over the last three years. I won’t be returning to this store and will now get my capsules from Lonsdale Street store or online !!

    No sign to queue for customer at check out. The staff Belinda racist to Asian customer and starring you in the eyes and shout at you like you don't understand English. No place for racism in Australia and she needs to be sacked immediately! Hope the nespresso corporate takes this issue seriously!

    Last month I did an online order, nothing unusual went to this store to pick up the 12 sleeves I ordered. I was served by a trainee staff member who couldn’t print off my receipt? neither could the staff member training this man print one off. I walked out and shook my head, luckily I could refer back to my order to check all was what I ordered in the bag, terrible customer service.

    We came in to buy a machine and had the best experience. Wesley served us in the Doncaster Store and he was absolutely amazing. He was informative, kind and helpful. Super excited to make my first cuppa with our new machine!

    My recent purchase of coffee pods show a marked decrease in quality. About 1 in 3 pods burst in my machine with coffee grounds going into the cup, requiring the machine to be cleaned and rinsed. My guess is the foil on the pods is not as strong as previous pods. Still waiting on my replacement pods to be delivered but not getting my hopes up! Won’t be purchasing Nespresso Pods again!

    We went to the store today, Closed, no information whatsoever, Westfield don’t know anything about it nor Nespresso hotline… Are there closed down in Australia? Very bad customer service to not inform customers or landlord. I called your service number as well spoke to two different people, no one knew anything about it, nor mentioned a pop up store, maybe put up some signage, where you can find the pop up shop, very poor customer service.

    What a horrible experience my wife had at the Doncaster store. We were sold a faulty coffee machine and when we went back with it, the sales person did everything to brush us off and avoid helping us. A manager intervened. No eye contact, no communication, it was as if we were invisible. Appalling leadership and no wonder the other staff member was as she was. It was a horrible retail experience and coffee lovers (us included) would do very well to find an alternative.

    I must be unlucky. While other people said they have good experience in this store, I went in today to get coffee, a silver hair Asian female staff served me, wanted to upsale on 2 attempts. I know what I want to buy, if I did not ask for new things to try then don't bring anything up to me. Hope Nespresso can improve their customer service training in this aspect.

    I was well looked after by staff member Wez when purchasing a Christmas gift for the family, having not ever bought Nespresso before. The customer service was a 10/10. I would definitely come back!

    Minus zero stars!!! Customer service is beyond appalling. The Asian lady is unbelievably rude for no apparent reason. I left the store shaking from how upset I got. Their manager is more concerned with her 2metres fake eyelashes than training her staff properly. Shame on you!

    Had problems with this machine within 5 months of purchase. I know it is still under warrantee so I and called tech support. Machined seem to start and stop. Have spoken to tech support at least 5 times. Had the rudest operator I have encountered. I do not recommend this company.
