Attended this place because of the claim to fame on the front window - best ice chocolate ever- it was a big claim but they got it correct. Cant comment on prices as mine was paid for- but it was definitely delicious

From the outside, it looks a bland developer's aluminium idea, a glassy box attached to a supermarket. As you approach though, much comes to light. Lots of regulars. Seating options inside and out. Low cost meals. Fine coffee. Friendly greeting staff. Happy people. Sensible serving sizes. Some corner cutting, like self serve water but overall it competes well on the strip. Recommended. Try the breakfast special.

This cafe is a great spot in Heidelberg. They offer breakfast until 3pm so perfect for a late brunch. They have an extensive menu and many lunch options. They also have sweet and savoury options in their window displays as well as a few specials. We ordered the French toast with berries which is the perfect sweet treat. I had the eggs Benedict with salmon, spinach and avocado. This dish was tasty and very filling. For drinks we enjoyed a soy latte and a hot chocolate, both were delish. Definitely check them out for delicious food and drinks.

Bought a salmon focaccia. Salmon was dry around the edges and tasted old. Very little filling (see pic) yet cost $10. Also I didn't realise until after I ordered not a single worker was wearing a face mask even though it is currently the law. Regret buying my lunch here

Sat 15-Jul Family Brunch Easy to get a table for 4. We had Vegetarian breakfast, Chili Egg and Egg Titanic with smoked salmon. Food was delicious. Definitely try the juice & coffee. Quick service. Ordering is only at counter, so takes pressure off wait staff. Price is good value. ------ 23-May-23 Lunch Great cafe on Burgundy St for catchup. Quick service. Great coffee. Vege focaccia was toasted, packed with tasty grilled veg and cheese.

Coffee was nice and hot - good roasting blend. Chicken Panini - Bread was nice and soft, however, the chicken was a little dry, and the overall flavour was missing something. Fair priced, and friendly staff all around. Vibrant cafe in Heidelberg!

Not bad here today. Food was good. Service was good. We’d come again on this experience.

Attracted by the "best" signages out on the facades of the Cafe, I gave it a try. Was not amazed. Ordered the poached eggs Benedict and it was probably the worst breakfast I've had. The hollandaise sauce seems to come out from a bottle, ham was just stale and bad. Coffee was okay, nothing amazing. Clientele here are old people. Service and atmosphere was good on the other hand. I'd recommend only drinks, don't get the food unless u come in with low expectations.

Great customer service and nice atmosphere, unfortunately the Chicken Parmigiana meal was not good. Originally the cheese on top was liquid. Sent it to be re-made and it did not come out too much better. Possibly too much sauce and definitely using the wrong cheese. Was sloppy and uncomfortable to eat. Really nice people there though which is awesome.

The service was as cold as the Cafe. Fortunately the coffee and food was good.

This place has the best ice coffee in Melbourne. Great food at fantastic prices. The customer service is always amazing feels like I am at home. If anyone could come up with one better I would be BLOODY surprised

Coffee is ridiculously hot. French toasts look sad and small amount of food. The menu is big, maybe good ?! But from our experience, it’s not the story. There are so many staff around but no table service, no friendly greeting . Disappointing as there are so many good reviews. Maybe we will try it again ?! Maybe NOT.

Coffee is average to good, not very strong. Foccacias were okay, a tad dry and could have had some mayonnaise. Service is poor, unfortunately. The female staff are friendly but the young man behind the counter is terribly rude and looks as though he'd rather be anywhere but there.

I highly recommend this coffee shop in the area. The food is incredibly fresh, the coffee is top-notch, and the staff are all incredibly positive and friendly. It's definitely worth a visit!

Got the green reviver smoothie. It’s a mix of mango, kale, lemongrass and banana. Wish i knew the banana taste would be overpowering. But overall it was good

Best coffee ( cappuccino) I ever had. Relaxing atmosphere (outside table), mostly under shade in the afternoon due to orientation of the building. Friendly staff.

My daughter and I recently visited this café for breakfast. We were initially delighted with our meal; the bacon was delightfully crisp and the portion sizes were substantial. However, our experience took an unfortunate turn when a cockroach dropped from the ceiling onto our table and scurried across my daughter's half-eaten plate. We managed to apprehend the cockroach and brought it to the attention of our server. She apologised and attributed the incident to the weather, yet we were dismayed that no further action or compensation was offered to rectify this distressing occurrence.

Absolutely Fantastic Cafe with a wide variety of snacks or meals at a great price. Friendly efficient staff & a big shout out to the Chef SteFonzi. Indoor and outdoor Heated seating, highly recommended 👌

Nice Cafe in a great location. The coffee was beautiful, probably the best part! The menu choices are fun, and the Middle Eastern Breakfast was really nice. The big breakfast was pretty standard and a touch bland. Didn't like having to go up to the counter to order, and the service in general was lacking. Overall not a bad place. will go back!

Lovely bright & airey Cafe , great menu to suit the fussiest eaters. Gluten free options , vegetarian & all others . Savouries & sweet tooth's catered for . Our table had all differing orders including Prawn Pasta , Burger , Big Breakfast , Chicken Parma , Italian Omelette then Butterscotch Pudding , Orange Citrus Cake , Lemon & Almond Cheesecake , Lemon Citrus Tart , Vanilla Slice all made on site & washed down with beautiful Coffee , Tea , Juices , Iced Chocolate & Hot Chocolate . Meals were fairly quickly & beautifully presented & were ALL tastefully exceptional . Lovely staff . Would recommend always & anytime whether dining alone or with a group 👍❤

I didn't want to give this cafe a 1 star review but felt like I didn't have a choice after the absolutely TERRIBLE customer service I experienced. I walked into the cafe and was knocked over by a lady who didn't apologise or even look my way. This lady turned out who I assume to be the manager, she took our order from behind the counter and the first thing she said was 'what do you want?' in the rudest tone. She then proceeded to have a chat and a giggle with a coworker behind the bench when I was halfway through talking, and she put a finger up at me to tell me to stop ordering my food and wait for her to be done. I have never ever experienced such poor customer service. It's such a shame as the food was definitely worth 5 stars, but the customer service from this lady was appalling. As someone who works in hospitality myself and has for years, I'd never want a customer to have the experience I had today.

Nothing much to love, nothing much to complain about. Decent breakfast that was a good sized portion but was just quite basic. Coffee wasn’t great for me, however my partner got a really good hot chocolate!

I eat here with friends almost every weekend, the food is consistently good and anytime there has been a minor mistake they always fix it instantly (we’re all human after all).

To be fair I can’t comment on the food or table service but I had a few issues when I got a takeaway iced coffee. I know paper straws are challenging but there are better options out there for thick drinks that need a large, strong straw. The one provided softened very quickly and was too small. Lastly. My drink had coffee grounds in it. I’d be more forgiving of all of the above if the staff I encountered were friendly - they were not.
