THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE BOUNCER and the establishment.. waited in the line 45 minuites and everybody Caucasian was accepted and when we came to the front we were rejected solely because of our skin color. We have had no alcohol and had two girls with us.. the worst place ever. GAVE NO REASON AS TO WHY WE ARE NOT ALLOWED JUST SAID ORGANISERS CHOICE.

This club is extremely wasteful. There has never been a reason to hose down concrete out of the front of anywhere. It saddens my Australian heart to know that we can have drought all over this country yet this club finds it reasonable to clean concrete. I hope one day a thought falls into your head for you to be able to understand how dehydrated most of the world is. Have a lovely day

We booked a VIP room and half way through we went to the dance floor and came back to see that all our drinks were gone (bottle of Grey Goose and Johnny walker). Staff memeber said that she doesn't have the control of bar staff cleaning the tables. Very disappointed.

THE STAFF HERE ARE APPAULING... This establishment is a discrace....I arrived by myself and went into the line... Upon getting to the front I was told by a bouncer that I was intoxicated and not welcome.... I asked why alas I had not had a drink. Another bouncer told me that no explanation was necessary and I should move on.... I questioned their reasoning and was chest bumped all the way to a parked car where the bouncer bumped me hard enough to end up on the bonnet of the car...... They will only allow females into this venue... After this incident I was abused by a female who knew the bouncers and she told me I was in the wrong, to which I replied that she mustn't be much of a lawyer. This time her sister (also friends with bouncers) came over to me and tried to smash my phone to the ground while bumping me....

They kicked our friends for no reason inside the club. They were not drunk too. We missed our friends’ birthday party 2 weeks ago because they didn’t let us in even though we had girls in our group. Please do not waste time in Empire Narre Warren. Worth going to a proper club in the city!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE NIGHTOUT!

The security are rude and racist. Just losers on a power trip. The way they speak to 18 year old girls is either really creepy or really aggressive. Every time I go I see them harass poc customers. Never going again.

Security are thugs / bullies like most in the nightclub industry are ! Why do staff at this hole evict people who've done nothing wrong ? Not intoxicated or nasty ! Read the other reviews about security assaulting male / female patrons ! Seems like the prerequisite to work at a club is to be big ! Worst place if you want to have your night out. Bouncers will send you out even if it was a mistake with the bar attendants. Bar staff is arrogant. So don't go there. Note to the owner. First time I heard questioning a mistake as abusing.. If you really want to get to the truth, check the security cameras.

This place is terrible I am a disabled girl with a knee replacement. The bouncers asked me to go inside or stay outside as I went to walk inside I was manhandle and thrown to the curb please keep in mind I have a knee replacement and they told me to leave the premises all I asked is if my partner could come in he has never been rejected for any club but could not come into this one please everyone for your own safety steer clear of this place the bouncer have no sympathy if you are disabled.

Came here for the second time saw everyone vaping thought it was ok next thing u know security is taking my vape off me security are so aggressive around here and will litreally yell at u for smoking on the ground and will push U out the way, anyway ended up leaving after getting my vape taken off me they ended up giving it back but I explained I’m new and saw everyone else and some other guy tried to have a go at me saying what do u mean u didn’t know started getting smart wouldn’t go back

I've always had a good time at the venue and have been going since they opened, the security and staff at Empire are all very friendly. Reasonable pricing and really good drink specials on weekends too! :) Definitely my favourite local night out.

Going to empire on a Saturday night is the best thing you could do. Great tunes, awesome crowd, never had a problem getting in and it gets absolutely packed on public holiday events. The South East is where it's at if you wanna party.

I had a friend's birthday there and spent quite a bit of money on drinks. We were having a great time as Jay Sean was the main event. However, I accidentally touched a security guard and got kicked out of the club. The security guard wanted to fight me and I think that's what his intention the whole night. Although I got kicked out, I'm giving Empire 5 stars for how they handled the situation as they fired that employee for abusing their role. Thank you Empire for doing the right thing. I hope one day you will have me back.

Been here quite a few times and really enjoyed it however tonight was my last night coming. This is because I watched 3 young lads who I know get kicked out of the line purely based off the fact that they were sudanese. When they asked why they were being removed they were told they don't have to be given a reason. After they left I heard the security guards discussing how they could have handleded it differently, and they should have let them in, ID banned them and then kicked them out immediately after... Absolutely disgusted with this racist behaviour, wish I had it all recorded. Place should be shut down. They are racist
