Unsafe for women Me and my best friend were leaving the nightclub, which to this point had been fine. However, as we were almost out, a guy violently hit/pushed my best friend (She was moved 2 metres). Other patrons were visibly shocked and concerned. Firstly, why was this guy allowed in the venue? He was either fueled by testosterone or extremely inebriated. However, when we approached security about this issue, we were treated with even more disrespect. The advice we received was: "It's just a nightclub, let it go, it's what happens in here" "You're not my missus why would I go and call that guy out" "It closes soon, don't worry about it" If you are aware that "this is what happens", then maybe you should do something about it? Is this the culture you want to permeate your venue? Because it sure seems like it. Your facebook page responded to our concerns with 'Hahah', deleting the comment minutes later. The conduct of your security and whoever operates your Facebook is highly concerning and shows no respect for women's safety. The responsibility of your venue to keep patrons safe was not adhered to. Your security fosters a culture which condones harassment to women.

Tried entering this venue with 4 males + 4 females. Females were told it was free entry due to "marketing" whereas males had to pay a cash "cover charge". Completely unacceptable in this day and age. Women are not a marketing tool. What an absolutely disgusting way to manage paying customers.

Although the music was enjoyable, I had an incredibly unpleasant customer experience. I feel compelled to say that if it were possible, I would give zero stars. 1. When my group arrived, one of the bartenders was sucking on her fingers while preparing drinks. 2. The bartenders seemed unfamiliar with how to prepare a basic drink like an Aperol split. 3. The behavior of one of the bartenders towards us was physically aggressive and unwelcoming. 4. The manager accused us of being drunk, lying, and not being proficient in English, despite the fact that he himself spoke Spanish. 5. He offered us a courtesy drink and the opportunity to wait while he checked the security cameras. However, this was not an acceptable proposal after the disrespectful treatment we had received. Additionally, the manager continued to pressure us to stay even after we decided to leave in search of a more welcoming atmosphere. Overall, my experience at this establishment was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I used to be a frequent consumer of this Club. Till one of its bouncers have aggressively and physically thrown me out of it without any rational reason besides his own testosterone. Terrible security staff, asked my friend what kind of pants he was wearing and to smell the bottle of water he just bought from the 7-11 down the road. Then lied and said there was a $20 cover charge when there isn't one. The venue lost out on the $100s of dollars me and my 5 friends would have spent at the place. we will never attempt to enter this bar ever again and will make sure to inform everyone we know that it is to be avoided.
