The staff were great and friendly! The atmosphere and environment were clean and very bopping. Would come again. Very well maintained place, with good customer service .Thank you to the Wednesday night team!! The only thing to worried is car parking is very hard to find 😊

A great place for fun! We went with our IT, Accounting and Financial department together to play and eat (just around the corner). It was really amazing place. There is $40 for a family of 4, so I must try with my family soon. Thanks.

The place to hangout during the kids Easter break and school holiday. We had a family bowling, 2 games for $20 per person. You can't control the settings unless you go to the counter and get it adjusted. We also try to reserve the Karaoke room, but was advised to just came to book, but when we arrived it was just booked by someone else, so big disappointment for the kids that are looking forward to the Karaoke.

I've yet to try the place out, but so far the bathrooms do not excite me, as they haven't been cleaned in a fair while; as illustrated by the mould in the hand dryers.

Be sure to book a night at Strike Glen Waverley. Such a pleasure to have had Elise take care of our night. Her attention was fantastic. She was positive and happy and attended with a smile. She is a big asset to the team. Well Done. Cheers to the guy also that greeted me when i arrived and got the ball rolling. Great team and great night. Thanks heaps.

Great bowling alley, much more intimate and clean vibe than other local alleys that are packed with so many people. The staff were very friendly and helpful, had a great time!

Great setup and the pricing is pretty competitive. It's a really fun atmosphere. Parking can be a real pain though, especially during peak times. So if you have booked a lane, allow an extra 15 minutes at least to find a park and walk to the venue.

Really great place many things to do! They have 8 lanes of bowling, karaoke, escape room and a pool table near the bar ! Friendly staff. Bowling balls were a bit scratched/not polished but we still had a good time

Better room than both of Eastlands'. Both sound and vision on a better different level, but still clunky. The whole scape is built better than Eastland. Downgraded 1 star for the clunkyness of the proximity sensors in the first room, and the time it takes to reset the dance moves. Downgraded 3 more stars for being asked to surrender our phones before entering (we refused without issue). That's not even CLOSE to acceptable. To the response: the 4 stars are for the escape room; the 1 star review is for you. A tub in an unlocked and unattended cupboard is beyond any semblance of being okay. And don't argue either of those points, as that's what it would have been had we surrended them. This is clearly a franchise by franchise issue, as your staff were both lovely, but there is no getting past the fact that peoples livelyhoods, superannuation accounts, banking information, crypto wallets etc would have been in an unlocked, unattended cupboard no more than 5 meters from the entrance. That is beyond unacceptable and this review is to the proprietors, specifically. If this is how you run things,- put that on your website; we'd never have visited. This is why public reviews exist, though, so I thank you for your calm response. There is no further contact necessary; This is a review, not a debate.

Strike Bowling 🎳 is a nice place to go . At least try it once i am always going there with my friends but what i recommend is Saturdays and Sundays are two days that Strike Bowling is too crowded so it's better to reserve before you want to go there . I was always happy when i came out from there . But 2 times where we were playing, the device stuck and we had to wait 7-8 minutes for them to fix the device again. Overall its a good place to hang out and spend some fun time.

Legends! Botond was an amazing host. We honestly had the best birthday party for my daughter. The team went above and beyond. Even the adults had a blast. Thanks again guys! We will be back.

Really nice atmosphere. I came on a Friday many months ago we played 5 games and I wanted 1 on my own and then the staff gave us 1 game each for free. I never knew the girls name who did that for us. Really appreciate it.

Strike Glen Waverley has the best floor staff ever. Be it booking experience or service, nothing is too much for them. I was here last year for my kids birthday party and the food and service was amazing. Today back again for school holidays and the crew has been amazing. Highly recommended.

Aisha hosted our christmas party last weekend, i cannot be more grateful to her for making it so smooth sailing, she was friendly, had great communication and made everyone feel like they could relax & let their hair down! Thankyou Aisha! xx

We loved the bar area and pool table! Charlotte was awesome at her job and everything was great we only stopped for 1 drink but ended up having a few and some snacks and played pool. great service

Had the most amazing night last night at Strike Glen Waverley. We were looked after by Katie (such a beautiful girl) she was so helpful and friendly! She really took the time out to make us feel important and made sure we had a great time!! Thank you Katie!! We will definitely be back!! :)

My experience at strike this evening was made even better by the sweet and very friendly Katie, who was a wonderful host from the get go, and also kind enough to help me find and return a missing item. Terrible service from head office. I accidentally made a booking with an extra person and called up IMMEDIATELY after booking to hopefully get it changed and refunded. The guy I spoke to on the phone was lovely however the manager refused to give me a refund due to "policy", the manager later then agreed to give me a refund but needed to call me back (was advised within next 10min). Manager did not call back at all and I had to call up again 5 hours later, finally reached the manager who then went back on his words and refused a refund, states he would talk to the guy who I initially spoke to then call me back. Again, never received a call back. Legend says I'm still waiting for a call back... Take your money to Zone bowling for a better experience and a cheaper price.

Fun time with friends. The drinks & food are reasonable and the ambience & vibe is really good. The only issue was that there was just one person running the whole place and that delayed the service (although she was doing her best)

Had such a wonderful time with my friends here. Bryce served/helped us, and he was wonderful. He made us feel so welcomed and comfortable, I had a lovely chat with him and he always seemed to have a positive attitude and a smile on his face at all times. Neil also served us and was very helpful and always seemed to be there when you needed help.

Usually I wouldn't say being stuck in a room with 4 other people was fun, but the Escape Room was quite the opposite. Working to help Alice (or escape her, more like) was a fun way to spend an hour. The sounds of the rain and eerie music helped to bring the experience to life. Unfortunately, the immersion was marred by the disco music and clanking of pins from the bowling lanes. Not to mention the thudding of the balls as they were dropped by amateur bowlers. Some soundproofing would go a long way to close the room off to the outside world. We didn't quite solve it but we were extremely close! A small token for the attempt would have been nice - you know, a key ring or a card, something. Or maybe just the blindfold you made us wear to walk 6 metres to the room. Something! Or perhaps you could take a photo of us in the room and print that for us at the end. Something for the memory. The customer service was good, though rushed as the place was buzzing. We were also a little late as parking was a nightmare (15 minutes to find a single parking spot!)

Came here for my work christmas party a few weeks ago and it was beyond amazing and a big part of that was because of our host Aisha (sorry if I spelt it wrong)! Everything was perfect and as I was the one organising it all I had a lot of stress but the whole team at strike were so organised and made the whole night stress free! Great place for bowling and they have many other activities here such as a pool table, escape room, etc. Place is clean, neat and tidy. Staff are friendly enough however disorganized as not being able to honor the booking time made. Other than that, bar was good with a variety of beverages. All in all, okay experience.

We booked 2 lanes for 2 games, with 3 people per lane. When making the booking over the phone we were told the booking was from 4pm to 6pm. Half way through our first game/30 minutes into or session, we were advised that the lanes were booked for 5pm for another group. That equates to 60 minutes in total to bowl 120 times per lane if nobody strikes, that leaves just 30 seconds per bowl and that is excluding time for the machines to reset. This was arranged as a birthday celebration for my mother and due to the time constraints it was a horrible experience. When we asked to be refunded for the second game since our booking was changed without us being informed prior, the Manager Alice told us there was a no refund policy (which online is stated to be for changed of mind). Group size is not taken into account at all when booking, at least not realisticly. We had a booking that should have allowed us to have a fun casual bowl and socialise, but instead were rushed to make the most of our money and left feeling cheated. We were at least refunded for my mother and father's second game as they had travelled two hours for the occasion, however the other four members of our group were told we could only be given vouchers, which we will not be using at this venue.

Nice place to visit with family and friends. We visited last week for a birthday party which involved Karaoke and Bowling. The young man Aaron was very helpful and accommodating. This helped making the outing even more enjoyable. Thank you Aaron

By far the best strike I've ever attended. Staff are kind, attentive and super cool! Food and drink is always well made and no shortcuts are taken, always top notch.
