Worst place to hang out. Manager is rude and dishonest. He didnt provide right information over phone and didn’t know how to talk to customers. and also a bit racist. We went there after making a booking but came without ordering anything. there management just spoiled our day.

There is a set available for hookah plus 4 drinks, I ordered it at the bar and requested the bartender to provide two beers later as we were just two people so the two beers will get hot but he refused and said can't do it. That's not how customer service is supposed to be. If it's in the menu, it should make sense and it makes sense if its served with a thought. Worst experience. Ended up ordering just the hookah and two drinks.

The staff and service are good, however I came for a shisha. It's NOT shisha it's Herbal meaning imitation of tobacco not the real deal, you're not told prior to your order nor it's listed or clarified on the menu or display. It's extremely disappointing, I was in Melbourne for one night and they ruined it.

I'd recommend Marrakesh if you're looking to grab cheap after work drinks as it's located in a great location on Little Collins. However, it's nothing special, especially compared to the quality of bars in the CBD. I also won a $50 drinks voucher, and was pretty disappointed to find that it's only valid for 2 drinks and 2 shots. My friend and I don't do shots so we really only got approx $20 worth. Shisha seems to be super popular here, so if you're into that this bar would probably suit you better.

Needs a revamp! This place has become so old, tired and dirty. The vibe is dark and damp. The shishas are run down like the couches. The food is frier food which was over cooked and drinks are watered down. Never have a fresh head available. If you need to go out with someone you do not want to be seen with, this is your place

The shisha took way too long and it tasted like plain smoke. No flavour at all. Might as well of just vaped down there and it would of been ten times better

Good place to chill with mates. Drinks are a touch on the expensive side but that's expected. Really like this place and would recommend as the top shisha bar in the area

Great atmosphere, chill vibes and Shisha was nice. Went with friends and had an awesome night. Took a while to get new Charcoal but would only assume that they were busy, more people came. Other than that, amazing night.

Samantha is hands down the best part about this place. She is so welcoming, fun, and always makes sure we have a great night. We love the music, the atmosphere, the vibe, the shisha, the drinks, the food and all the staff. This place is always the place we end up at the end of the night and we enjoy it everytime. Been coming here for almost 7 years and won’t be stopping anytime soon! ♥️

Terrible service and false advertising. They advertise $10 drinks on the TV’s. However after purchasing drinks I was vastly overcharged and very disappointed that the drink cost $16. It was not disclosed that these advertised drinks prices were for a VIP members club only. I found this form of advertising as extremely misleading and when the bar staff were confronted about it, I got a very rude response. Do not recommend coming here. There are better shisha places to go in Melbourne.

Sadly I had very bad experience in here. With high hopes and expectation I went here with my friends and booked though their website. On the spot they said they could only provide standing tables and their explanation was online booking comes late to their system, they could only provide standing chairs. So how would someone know this thing. They should at least mention this on your website, right? the entire Bar was empty and we asked if we could sit on those velvet chairs for an hour or so and leave after a few drinks, the staff member was so rude and said no. SO overall the service is bad, staff members are rude, site is not helping and we couldn't comment on the food & drinks thanks to all the above. Not recommending this and never gonna go back in here.

The flavors is not the thing that you want

First of all nice location, shisha is great but the mochito jug was just lemon water

Atmosphere was nice but the cocktail jug we ordered didn't taste like it had any alcohol in it unfortunately.

I feel like crying right now. I order a Shisha expecting tobacco. Heavy hit after heavy hit I'm confused expecting head spins. It's herbal. Felt sad. Good atmosphere if you're intimidated by shisha. Good start, not for the authentic shisha smokers. More of a bar with the added "shisha". Still nice to hang out.

Central location in city and good service. But it's herbal and not Tobacco so leaves a lot to be desired. Alcohol selection is limited as well. Overall good experience, but can be better.

Petty, scamming staff. They run a perpetual Facebook promo advertising "a free $50 Drinkcard every Friday until June of 2020", yet when you try to redeem the offer, you don't receive anything. It's clearly a ploy to harvest people's Facebook profile details. When I pointed this out on the Facebook post, they deleted my comment (along with others' similar comments) and blocked me from messaging them or accessing their Facebook page. Not an effective marketing strategy to win customers and influence people! 😄

Really bad place to be. Bad customer service Worse Shisha I ever had in the world. There were lots of holes in the shisha pipe. And staff didn’t do anything about it. Not even deserve 1 star.

They had a variety of drinks, however they are on the pricey end. It wasn't all that busy when we went which wasn't a bad thing. I'd like to come back when it's a little busier to see if that's better though.

Horrible experience. First the bartender (only employee when we were there, maybe a manager?) was incredibly weird when checking our IDs. Seemed like he was high or something. He held my friend’s ID for an uncomfortably long time, and snatched it away when she tried to take it back. In the end my other friend had to physically take it from his hands. Then he was similar with my ID and ended up slamming it down on the bar which was odd. He was incredibly rude when telling us the options and instructing us where to sit. He also was clearly not following his RSA (if he even has one) , because there was a man who was incredibly intoxicated sitting alone near us, and he made us very uncomfortable. This man then offered us some of his shisha so we walked over, the guy picks it up and drops it and of course the glass shatters. Unsure what to do we were all standing around awkwardly, the bartender comes over and angrily says that somebody has to pay $150 and take the blame- which is ridiculous. First of all, if you’re running a venue you should have a budget for accidents/breakage etc. Secondly though, my friends and I had to pay for the broken pipe even though it should’ve been the responsibility of the other man- since he had picked it up and dropped it; and it was his order (we hadn’t even had a chance to order ours yet). Overall the experience was awful and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Shocking service. Attendant thought it was funny to take my friends id and pretend to give it back multiple times only to pull it out if her hand at the last minute. Some drunk broke his Shisha and the same attendant blamed our group as we just sat down and asked us to PAY for it. I'm sorry but if you charge $40 per Shisha and somehow can't afford to repair the occasional break, maybe you shouldn't be in business. Furthermore if you claim it's so expensive to replace the Shisha cause you import it from Russia, maybe think about your ethics mate. Haven't you read what's happening in Ukraine? Management really needs to think about who they put on and how customers are being treated as they enter the venue.

Indoor setting makes it hard to breathe, especially with everyone around you smoking. Shisha a bit weak but a good place to try. The staff was nice and friendly.

Nice atmosphere, great drinks, friendly staff and a decent range of Shisha - coming from the UK I’m used to there being a lot more variety of flavour but overall still decent!

Tucked in a lane way, it’s an underground shisha and drinks bar. Not the cleanest I would say, but decent hookah ( we had double apple with mint) . The bartender was hospitable and checked on the hookah every few mins. As opposed to the earlier reviews I was reading about. We also ordered some wine and whiskey. Moroccan lights three coloured shadows that danced on the floor log the otherwise dimly lit place. This made up for the small dance space there. Tables and a separate area available for a 15 plus gathering on one end of the place. Was happy with the hookah service as well as flavour though did not give us any kick, just pure good flavour.

Service and staff are great. Super helpful with shisha recommendations, ask for the house special flavour and or bubblegum. Will definitely back!

We went there for the shisha and it was digusting. Had no flavour at all. The wine was aweful aswell. We couldn’t even finish the shisha it was that bad. Never going back.

Have been smoking shisha since 10 yrs and i can confirm it is the worst place to enjoy shisha…. It was literally disgusting flavours, we guys werent able to finish it. Plus the customer service was awful as well.

Sheesha is top notch here, high quality with good smoke volume, atmosphere is discreet and melbourne vibe.

The shisha range is beautiful , it's definitely different from the other shisha i had in Melbourne. Their shisha has no tobacco and the flavours were really nice and smooth. Few of us girls sat at the back lounge room which was private. The place has good music and not too loud as we still managed to speak without yelling.

The service was terrific. My Buck went through a small rough period, and the staff were just so helpful and accommodating. Food was delicious, music was excellent. People were very friendly.

If you are looking for shisha then just don't come here. They sell herbal shisha and they don't even tell you that. Just scamsters in the name of shisha. Cocktails are full of ice mostly. Just scamsters.

Best experience i’ve had in a long time. Sam, Carlos and Josh were FABULOUS i had so much fun. good drinks. quick and beautiful service and Michael on the decks was perfect to set the mood. will happily drive the two hours from home to be here again. genuinely 10/5 stars if i could. perfect experience and it seems like a place to enjoy as staff or customers!!

Dim lights, strong cocktails, over priced shots. If your wanting to save money on drinks dont go here. If you want an amazing night out with a group of friends start here.

Great place, great venue in beautiful Melbourne. This place is fantastic for a few quiet drinks or to dance the night away. I've never been to a Shisha bar but I was impressed. Great service and smiling faces go a long way. Cocktail jugs and beer 👍🏽👍🏽 and space for larger groups.

During the day it is great. The Shisha and Cocktail selections are extensive, staff are polite, attentive and some of them are just pure awesome! Food is always fresh and tasty and the interior design is stunning! But I don't know what happened to the weekend nights there. It used to be so good, but now I just don't know anymore 😔 to be fair it's only the negative patrons and sloppy DJs not the club or staff itself, and I'll definitely continue to be a regular patron, but I'll probably never go back to the Friday or Saturday nights again.

I went to the place twice and they never said that we need to pay the entrance. The second time i went there, and i was waiting my sister and my boyfriend inside, but they stopped my boyfriend and said that he needed to pay 25 dollars, and after i entered they call me saying that i had to pay as well. So, i left my passport with them to take cash out inside because i didn't have cash that moment. But it was so weird that i started asking people there if they were charged, and they said no. After that, one friend went to the place as well and he said that he didn't pay anything. Basically, they choose who they want to charge. Terrible customer service and i felt discriminated.

Good music, a little steep price with $20 cover, $40~ for shisha. No freshheads at nights so shisha will last about an hour or hour n a half. Overall great vibe with hip-hop tunes playing and a dance floor if keen.

Not Bad place, cool 90's music. The place is spacious, and kinda Maze feeling. Jamaican guy was nice, very friendly staff we even say goodbye to them when we left. Though the drinks are 90% ice and 5% mixture of vodka and 5% soda water i think.

Music is a bit too loud (not bad for a bar but can't chat that much when drinking) a lot of spanish music, would've liked more pop stuff to be honest. Shisha is not worth it. Tasteless ( lack of tobacco or probably mixing it with organic stuff) and was burnt pretty fast. Overall it was an ok experience... friendly staff tho

Shisha bars are supposed to be friendly hangout places with a positive vibe. Without going into too many details, I would just say if you're looking for a chill place after a long night, look elsewhere. YMMV but that's my two cents.

Pretty rude manager. The night we went, some of the group dint understood what the guy at reception said about check in( every sungle person were checked in). So they just were waiting in a booth when the manager came with a rude attitude as if we have invaded the place. Her tone was as if we have never seen a sheesha bar or dont know anything. Food is may be the worst of all. Sheeshas were average. There are way better places than this in carlton

This place got me fkd up lol (in a good way). Bartenders were bloody awesome, and super friendly. Had Aperol spritz through out the night, and one other mixed cocktail that was super potent and ended my night very nicely. Food platters were bomb, and shisha was all good. It's a very chill place and the r&b playlist they had playing, nice! Will defs come back again, had a mean night out.

Nice place and ambience but Shisha was worst. Tried 3 times and all three-time shisha was not good.

Nice ambience, good drinks, good food and good range of Shisha flavours, but very average service. You have to keep telling the Bar to change the coals whereas a proper shisha always comes around with new coals without even asking/telling.

Nice ambience . Owner was very nice . A friend got bit drunk and was talking loudly and aggressively ( nothing harmful) . Owner was polite and handled the situation very well.

Arrived around 7.30pm and we enjoyed the calming ambience. The place had a moody vibe and we felt very relaxed after a long day. Had the Shisha and the flavours were kiwi and watermelon mint. SO GOOD & SO SMOOTH. Recommended! and will definitely be back! Special thanks to the staff for being so accommodating :)
