Used to go nearly have a bowl every Wednesday play mulitiple games and have a blast with a core group of friends. Then a change in specials and a drop in costumer service pushed me and my group of friends away. To add to it on a separate occasion Strike refused to honour a Tuesday special because the following day was a public holiday. Disappointing overall as it used to be something to look forward to midweek.

Lovely staff and always had great experience before, but tonight’s visit spoiled the whole families’ mood and disgusted by the staff member Jessica! We came for a fun bowling night at 7pm, and was told by Jessica that there is a fantastic promotion of $15 unlimited bowling games, and the kids can play til 9pm. So we paid $45 for two adults and one kid and was told our game time is 8pm start and play to 9pm. I triple confirmed with her as I had to tell my son how many games we could play tonight as promised. We came back 8pm and started our first round happily. We Finished but didn’t see our second round on the screen. We Went out 8.30pm and asked her what happened as my son was really looking forward for the second round. Now she told me a complete different story, and tried to kick us out to fit more people in. Customers are not stupid, we know this by kicking us out that you can fit more business in tonight. But we will never come back to this venue again! You can earn more money by deceiving families who was just want to keep their promise to their children. Sadly disappointed!

Staff is great but security guy is so bad, Racist in front of my eyes he let some people go inside without ID, but didn't let my friend enter inside. Upon asking how he let others and not to him, he had nothing to say. Spoiled the mood completely of all pf us.

I echo previously shared feedback here that the Highpoint centre is, at times, understaffed. Visited for a pre-booked escape room with friends over the weekend and was told that, due to birthday parties being run, we would have to wait - but they were unsure how long. Suffice to say, the wait was 55 minutes. The entry was rushed by panicked staff, and we escaped the room without any acknowledgement (just walked up to reception and left the iPad on the counter). Polite and friendly staff but hopefully this isn't a regular experience.

The staff were so accomdating and friendly, very helpful with our son's first attempt at bowling. Good service with food and clean venue.

We had a birthday party at strike bowling and our host Kellie/Kelly not sure of her spelling sorry! Was great, very interactive with the kids , making them laugh and mucking around with them. Fantastic customer service. The pizzas were yum.

Quick and friendly service. Felt a bit rushed when we were approached to hurry up as our 100min for 2 games ran out. We played non-stop, .. It's a small place but works just fine, the value is overall decent.

It's not like you'll cross lanes with the Dude here but the franchise feel is spruced up by the best staff around. I have never failed to be surprised by how friendly and helpful the crew here are. From party hosts to bar staff, they all have a genuinely positive approach to dealing with people in the ambient chaos. It's as close as I'll get to a perfect game.

Absolutely appalling. Booked back to back lazer tag games for kids birthday. No worries taking the cash! Told to arrive at 5 still here at 6.15 Game 1 guns didn’t work - didn’t stop the game so kids got 10 mins max. Kids birthday party group so they decided to split the group - all birthday kids in 1 group and put the birthday kid into another separate group with strangers?? Then told had to wait for the next group to go through before we could start game 2. Had to chase a staff member to get it going. Don’t charge $160 if you can’t offer the service. To busy making cocktails than remembering this a kids entertainment venue. Won’t be back. Won’t be recommending to anyone - would actively advise steering clear!!

Cheaters 😡 One sh*t white guy with glass and bread forgot his name, his behavior is so rude and he should hide in the toilet.That idiot told us there is a fantastic promotion of $15 unlimited bowling games and laser tags, we waited for an hour till 8:15pm and then they told new story that their one bowling lane out of service. Its noted that before purchasing the ticket they did not mention any time period. When we ask for refund he said their company policy is they cannot refund. Deceiving customer like this and doing business is not fair. Authorities need to take action. I don’t recommend anyone to go there.

I wanted to rate 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. We went there for a birthday and it was a mess of disorganisation and overall not a fun experience. They didn't put us on the right teams and also the guns didn't work half the time in lazer tag. Wouldn't recommend.

frequently understaffed, getting through 10 frames is often quicker than ordering a beer. Also a little bit more advertising of the LaserTag facilities wouldn't go astray as i often have issues getting my group to play.

The recent changes to the mid week deals at Strike Highpoint are disappointing to say the least. To add to this, the staff have been less than helpful on a number of occasions, both when attempting to book a lane or whilst serving at the bar. My friends and I, who were once mid week regulars at Strike, will now only bowl at Kinpin and Zone bowling venues.

Had my daughters 10th birthday here about 10 minutes ago, and we had such a great experience. Our party host, Lainie was absolutely fantastic. All the staff were lovely, polite, and very patient. The food was also great. I would definitely recommend having a party here.

I cannot thank the team enough at Strike Highpoint who hosted our Corporate event. Lenne, Mel, Tyler, Emily, Joe and Chloe all did an amazing job looking after 60 of our Staff! Highly recommended

Atmosphere is just one thing that's good, but the customer service is top notch, ready to help with customer needs. One of the staff even gave my group a free game of billiards while waiting for laser tag which is nice. This place is definitely a great place to bring the kids (before after dark).

My son's laser tag b.day party was amazing. Big thank you to our host Dimi, she was very professional, welcoming and she took care of everything. Kids had so much fun and they loved her. The grown ups had their time to relax and enjoy at the bar.

Steph and Tyler were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived for an event held for a group of over 30, both were understanding, helpful and kind in their interactions with us. Service was excellent, prompt, and well received by all. Overall, a fantastic venue for group events, professional and helpful staff, that I would definitely consider having another event at.

I had an amazing time here with my friends, the atmosphere was upbeat fun, the staff were friendly and helpful. The escape rooms are challenging, the food and the drinks are fantastic. Good family fun for everyone, I highly recommend Strike Highpoint.

Wasted time in setup of darts so did not avail 1 hour then only played one game and 1 hour bowling time finished. Aircon in the bowling area is not up to the mark which can cater for 20 to 30 people in the entire shop. They gave a grace time of few minutes but it was not enough. Not a happy camper.

We recently organised a party here and the team did a fantastic job on a super busy weekend. Mary and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely place! Great layout, friendly, good bowling

Bowling experience itself was fine. Nothing special on the screens. No replay shots, no pin overview, no cool effects or anything. Just a basic bowling experience. Unfortunately the heat in there was unbearable. I don't know if they crank the heating to sell more drinks at the bar or if it was broken down on the day but it made everyone's experience very unpleasant

We (3adults/5 kids) did an Escape Room yesterday at Strike Highpoint and had Mikayla looking after us. She was friendly to both adults and kids, and very helpful. Nothing was too much effort. In fact, Mikayla went above and beyond to put the kids at ease (escape room first-timers) and gave age-relevant explanations. We really appreciated Mikayla and her efforts to make sure EVERYONE had a great time.

Even with booked times you still need to wait for your lane to be available. There is a giant connect 4 set up to play while waiting. Not as many lanes as the usual bowling alleys around. Maybe other locations are set up different, but I don't think the highpoint location was all that. It was ok but I wouldn't be going back in a hurry if ever again.

When we got here we waited 5 minutes for someone to come over but there was no one around, no one behind the bar, no one near lanes, no one at reception. I had to call the number on the website and there call centre answered and they were stumped why there was No one there, they tried to get in contact as well but no one answered, after about 10 minutes someone came out from the kitchen and serviced us then disappeared back out to the kitchen, we were about half way through our game when a guy came out from the kitchen and left the venue then the lady came back out to the reception I think it’s pretty dangerous and silly to completely leave a bar unattended like that,

I had my daughters 9 year old Birthday party here last afternoon. Best experience yet & I have had her party at a different venue every year since she turned 2. We did laser tag & bowling. Our host was Vee (sorry I am not sure how to spell her name correctly). She was fantastic & super organised. She was great with the kids & everything run smoothly. I did not have to worry about a thing. She was flawless. All the kids had the time of their lives. Great music & food too. Every staff member there was extremely helpful. Will def be back. Thank you

My team's visit was very disorganised and impersonalised. We were informed in the email and at the counter that laser tag would be first and were sent to wait outside the door. Only to be then informed by the man working in there to go sit at the lounge. After waiting half an hour we went to the desk and they had been calling my name and number to get us set up for bowling. It was so incredibly loud I don't see how they think I would hear my phone ring. In the confusion I said sorry I thought we were doing laser tag first, the same staff member that came from there said it's usually always bowling first, would you rather laser? I answered I would just prefer better communication. After bowling we were told to go wait at lasertag and someone would be there in 5minutes. Finally when someone did come they did not even ask what group we were, kept asking if we had a time limit or a single game booking. There was just no communication. We paid for 13 staff and unfortunately 2 couldn't make it, so you also got $66 for free because you wouldn't even credit it as food. Next time we will most definitely stick to Archie's or Zone where the customer service was far more superior and welcoming. The extra star is for the bar staff who were the only ones friendly and helpful!

What a waste after arriving and choosing laser tag for 5 of us they offered if we would like unlimted instead of just the one game so we opted for the unlimited after waiting for a group to start and finish their session we went in only to be told there was a function and could we wait half an hour to which I said no so we were allowed to play for 10 mins once finished we were told we aren't allowed to play again due to the function so y offer and take our payment for unlimited if you knew u had booked functions seems pointless lady offered 2 for 1 bowling which again pointless as we werent there for bowling

My son has had 2 parties there now. It's the best. The boys have so much fun. We had the best party host Jarred who took care of everything. I got to sit down relax & the boys had the best time. Highly recommend it for your child's party

Very well maintained place, great atmosphere with good customer service. Would highly recommend bowling here. The escape room is a bit too difficult if you are a first timer.

Awesome and friendly staff. We all had a great time and beyond our expectations as there were a bar and live dj music. Not just a typical bowling place but they also know how to put on a party mood. Loves this place and will definitely back again.

Usually come here with a small group of friends and it always goes well. Workers are very attentive and get you sorted quickly. On occasion, the bowling lanes malfunction but that gets fixed easily. When there's a ball stuck in the gutter, workers don't seem to be annoyed for our rookie mistake which is nice. Would recommend the Thursday deal, $15 for unlimited activities excluding Karaoke, great value.

Every single time I visit Strike at Highpoint, I am constantly blown away by how amazing and attentive the staff are! They go above and beyond what is expected of them to ensure everyone is having a good time. The cocktails are always delicious and the food yum!!! Special shout out to Marcus who delivered excellent service when we were there! He made the afternoon so much more fun than it would have been with his big smile and humorous nature! Thank you so much for everything Marcus! All the staff are beautiful, fun and definitely make Strike Highpoint the best place to go for some good old fun after a tough day/week. We came here for karaoke and had a pretty good time! The karaoke selection is great, with a "private" room for your group to sing in (private in quotes because anyone can still walk by and look at you from the window, or just come into the door haha). We had so many issues with the mics though, and had to get them switched several times. I finally got a working mic but it was held together with sticky tape! Service was good, there were several people on staff, all super friendly. We were accidentally brought food we didn't order at one point, but that just made us hungry for food of our own, haha. All in all, a nice day of karaoke. We booked for the $10 an hour promo on Tuesday the 10th, normally, it would be be $100 an hour and I definitely wouldn't pay that much.

She went absolutely above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly exceeding in our customer satisfaction. I cannot thank her enough for all the effort she put in for us all. Communication with Sales and events department (Amelia) was spot on. Amelia worked well with me to customize a package to suit our preferences and offered a great price. I have had to organise a few partys for various ages and occasions and this service by far has been the best! Thank you Strike team!!

Great place to host a party or a fun day out playing laser tag and bowling. I’ve been to two parties here. My latest experience was pretty average. The check in process is efficient but they took 45 mins to start the activities and the staff was just clueless. At the end the food was served while kids were bowling which was quite messy.

The best bowling place that I have ever been to! They have amazing deals for unlimited bowling and laser and the atmosphere at the lanes is great! Though kids do have to be out at 9 on certain days.

Friendly helpful staff, Forensic game was good except the ending didn't make much sense to us but we did solve it in time 🙂

We enjoyed a fun night out at strike. The atmosphere was great and the lady serving at the counter was fantastic! Highly recommend!!

The whole night was in disarray. Food was below average, dietary requirements barely catered to but worst of all the schedule was thrown out the door due to someone incompetently booking both our bowling and escape rooms at the same time. A few of my colleagues had to miss out on the escape rooms and I as the organiser had to leave halfway through one due to the time delays. We were promised 3 separate escape rooms but were only given two on the night. Will never take my team back here nor will I ever recommend strike for corporate functions.

Wasn't able to book on the website, so I tried to call. I was kept on hold for 20 minutes with no answer so I requested a call back and nothing.... customer service is non existent and the website is terrible! Wouldn’t be surprised if they lost a lot of business because of it.

Staff were friendly and vibe is cool. Bar wasn’t stocked and couldn’t make their ‘signature’ cocktails. The free WiFi needs cellular to confirm newsletter sign up, but in the belly of the venue cellular connection is lacking so doesn’t work when ordering food/drinks from the table. In the bowling section the walkway is in front of the chairs meaning people kept walking through our game. Space issue? Still had a great date night, could have been better though

My daughter had the best time at her party as did her friends. Very easy booking process and catered for allergies. As a parent this was a great option that required minimal effort on my part so definitely a win win situation!

My favorite Strike, great atmosphere, usually not too crowded, and the escape rooms are pretty good. The layout is also such that bowling lanes feel quite private which is nice. Staff are usually lovely. Make sure to park in the right car park as well!

Great atmosphere, however when I visited in 2021 covid protocol was so strict, couldnt let me in without showing proof of vaccination (which I had, but my phone had no reception and couldnt load service victoria app) Ruined it a little, but the bowling was quite fun aside from it being a little overpriced

Tried calling for 30 minutes to ask if we could move our booking so we could eat dinner. No-one picked up, was still on hold right up until we walked in - and their phone wasn't ringing. Probably went through a corporate call centre. Got there hungry and cranky.

Great experience during a laser tag birthday party with 11 kids. The host was fantastic with both adults and children, and the entire team went above and beyond to resolve a little timing issue during the party. Everything went smoothly from my end, as a parent, and all the kids had fun so it was a win for all of us.

The team in Strike is fabulous and everyone works hard for the guests. Even though it was super busy, they still demonstrate awesome customer service. The food was delicious too. We had an unforgettable time and we will be back again. Thanks team for everything!

Extremely disappointed with the quality of food. I understand it’s just a bowling place but the food was inedible, I just took it back. What a waste of money. Service was horrible, dealt with a Steph who has terrible customer service and I didn’t even complain, i didn’t ask for my money back, I just returned the food.

We got 2 bowling games with 5 people each. Then 1 Hour with billiards. Unlimited beer, wine, cider and soft drinks(Minimal Alcohol Drinkers) VERY VERY limited finger food. For the price of approx $90 each. Not really worth it.

A little disappointed after booking a lane then to arrive only to be told we can’t be allowed entry due to the RSA laws as we have a 3 month old infant with us….. he can’t hold his own bottle let alone order alcohol.

I went to do karsole and the room is not private at all, and made my anxiety go ⬆️. It looked quite depressing and the mics did not work well. The songs are alright but quite limited, they should increase their range. I was hoping to sing my heart out but the fact that the door had a gap made me refrain from doing so. Although, the staff were really nice and respectful. It was an okay experience, but I don’t think it was worth the money at all. The other activities are good though, I recommend.
