A nice hidden spot for daytime punters. I was in today & had the chicken fillets snack size for $5.50. Plenty of screens, EBT’s, & friendly staff. Unfortunately my visit was marred by a patron who looked homeless & affected by drugs following me around mumbling threats under his breath. Eventually i just left. There were a few patrons lingering in the TAB who fit that same description. Has an element of unsafeness.

Told to one of female staff , to change the paper for machine and she never changed and instant of doing her job , she send me on another machine. Seriously, if you can't do your job , plz stay home or find another job.

I normally don't mind coming to this place but tonight was different. The islander security at the door tonight was so UNREASONABLE, RUDE AND ABNOXIOUS. He would not let us in because we didn't have sufficient ID. We've been spending ALOT of money coming to this pokies every night for the past week except for tonight! We took our money and spent it elsewhere! We will be back when the power tripping security guard isn't working!

Nice venue to have a quiet beer and a punt. The only drawback with this venue is that there is no Bistro, they should serve light Asian dishes such as Dim Sims and other Asian cuisine because of the other restaurants nearby.

Don't go here! I went in put $50 in the machine.. the little blonde manager approaches me straight away. I was dressing in a beautiful outfit nothing wrong with it at all.. hi. and a woman that work there, told me that i was wearing my can't wear it there I asked to see the policy.. they couldn't producer it anyway i pulled my money $57, he kicks me out the front.. and I handed him the ticket and said cash it in, he went and cashed it in, threatened to call the police all because i didn't ask him nice enough to do it and then he gave my money to a guy i specifically told him not to and then the guy wouldn't give me my money back i have huge arguments with tim out the front.. all because the manager gave him my money,.. it really upset me, the manager took no responsibility for going and giving my money i had to get the police involved. This went on for 20-30mins. All because the manager decided he didn't like what I was wearing. They are rude and it's Discrimination!

Don't ask for food there unless you like microwaved chips.

Asked the lady cleaning around the sliding glass door at the front, for directions to a nearby business. I found her attitude towards me to be very rude, dismissive and impatient.

Everytime I head to Melbourne this place is my go too. Relatively cheap beers, beautiful snacks. Huge tab facility. We stayed at the Chifley just near it. Then headed to China town for a feed. We'll be back again tonight for round 2 .

I plan on going here tonight after reading some of the reviews I'm worried I won't even get in the door let alone get to play any machines fairly most peoples complaints seem to be centered around management unsure how many managers there are but if I owned the place id be straight onto the management team and sort out the power hungry guy/ girl when people complain about management its more than likely the same person everyone complains about I'll update my review after tonight edit the staff where friendly and didn't bother me altho i did notice that when ever someone won over 1000$ either a staff member or security would rush to them i witnessed one of them begin pressing buttons for the winner i assumed in an attempt to hit the gamble button mabey???

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Despite all the bad reviews, thought I'd try it out on my way back to the hotel (first and last time visit!!). Done my fair share of pokies over the years and hit a Major Bonus on $2.50 spins (which equals a couple of hundreds) on one of my favourite machines "Bull Rush". Hit another Bull (which added everything on the screen except the bonus!!!). Kept playing until the feature ended as I thought the Major Bonus would be added at the end, it wasnt!!! I walked up and asked two people at reception why this wasn't the case?! They gave me some lame excuses about this and that until I showed them that I had filmed (LUCKILY) everything on my phone!!! Suddenly, they changed their story and said that they can't do anything if I had already printed my ticket and that the machines sometimes do this!! AVOID THIS JOINT LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAND MONEY TO SOME SHADY CHARACTERS THAT HAVE RIGGED THE GAMES. I will contact Aristocrat tomorrow to see what they've got to say about this!!!

Typical CBD pub with TAB, the ubiquitous slots and live sports. The beers are cold and nice ambience.

Good place for a quick drink and place a bet on any sporting event. Have enough machines for people who love pokies.
