The hot chocolate here was delicious, but the tortilla sandwich just tasted like potato. Couldn't taste any aoli or onion. And my friend's porchetta roll didn't seem any more impressive apart from the porchetta. Will only be coming back for the hot chocolate.

We ordered one of each from the dinner selections displayed. Didn't expect much taste-wise as we came for the atmosphere. But super impressed with ALL the plates. That corn dish is the best we've ever had, we won't be having corn anywhere else now! Spanish hot choc with orange and Chili had a great kick and is good qual.

Delicious small dishes that change all the time to choose from. 30$ per person should be enough for dinner (food only). Unique flavours in food and cocktails make it one of our favourite places to come and celebrate something, or just have fun.

I had the fresh bocconcini with tomato and basil breakfast Ciabatta roll, with fresh orange juice and a latte. The coffee was really good! The juice was divine!! And I need the recipe for that bread! 😋 😋😋 It's perfect! 🤩The texture of its crumb. 😍The crunchiness of its crust. 🥰Its size. Not too much, not too little. It was the best breakfast I had in a very long time. It took me back to Europe, where bread is casually beautiful, and we never cherish enough this given. I'm definitely going back for more next time I'm in Melbourne.

I got so many recommendations to come here and try the porchetta roll and I will say the actual roast pork was delicious… however staff is incredibly rude, I had to wait 25 minutes for my panini, and the actual panini was so dry, the only nice thing was the porchetta itself :/ why was the mustard and relish on the side? The roll itself either needed some kind of mayo/creamy sauce or WAY more of the green pesto sauce.

This place mainly does baguette style sandwiches. No chicken options. A little expensive for coffee and sandwich. But cosy place to be. Sandwich tasted alright

A real treat of a cosy spot for the chef's ever-changing range of nibbles and more substantial food that can be selected from the counter. Great wine list. Super friendly and welcoming staff.

This place makes one of the best lattes in Carlton! Would highly recommend for great coffee. Unfortunately I haven’t seen a vegan food option so I haven’t tried anything from their food menu. My friends tell me it’s banging though.

The best soy chai latte in town, great sandwiches and a perfect long black all served with a smile, what more do you want.

Coffee always good. Hot chocolates are delicious, not weak and sweet like most places make them ❤️ Atmosphere is lovely. Mornings there are always a lot of people with their laptops working away quietly, variety of indoor seating and outdoor seating on the street. Lovely place to meet friends, there's a long table perfect for groups up to 10. Service has been consistently good and staff friendly :)

The Porchetta was simply divine, super crunchy and not overly oily. Falafel was ok but the texture was a little too mushy for me probably because of the sauce. Small and cosy but it can be quite dark inside so a perfect spot for date lunch but a bar vibe. Also, the sandwich is more on a pricey side. Definitely coming back to try their Spanish hot chocolate.

Cute place, bar service only. For the price would have loved table service. Tapas are delish 😋

Lovely welcome, very nice ambiance. there’s a possibility to turn your sandwich into a salad which is worth it!! And I was recommended the Lemon Yuzu (if I’m correct) which I recommend too!!

Don't show up at 11.40am on Sunday as the breakfast menu is sold out and the lunch menu doesn't start until 12pm. The staff were happy to redirect us to a sister restaurant instead. However I was surprised a place would be unable to sell for for 20 mins. The lunch menu is also more limited and more expensive, so it wasn't what we were after.

I will always be loyal to Heartattack's spanish hot chocolate. I was first introduced to this many years ago when I moved here, and have now been taking visitors back ever since. It's citrusy, rich, and dark. An absolutely delicious cup if you like your hot chocolate not-too-sweet.

Surely, it was the largest cookie I've ever had the pleasure of dining upon. The crust was delightfully crispy, and the dusting of sea salt crystals was proportionate. The blonde waiter's jovial antics were adorable. 10/10 would recommend.

Hands down the best wine bar in Melbourne! Absolutely love everything about Heartattack and Vine. Food, drinks and particularly the service are always 10/10. Can't wait for my next date night here.

Nice hip and casual vibe and happy staff, liked the idea of combining starters / tapas but overall the menu seemed a little limited to small bites, especially not many wines by the glass

Has been a romantic favourite for us for years. We usually see a movie at Nova, stop at Readings to browse/buy after, go here for a cheeky wine/read/chat, then a nightcap at Brunettis. Hope Heart Attack and Vine stays around for many years to come ❤️

Honestly one of the best pork sandwiches I have ever had, it's beautifully made and the staff were lovely

This is my go-to cafe. I always have a lovely experience here service and food-wise! Drinks are almost as lovely as the staff. Thanks for keeping this university student fed :)

If you eat pork, order the porchetta roll and use the condiments as you take each bite; Heartattack and Vine have perfected this meal, truly worth going out of your way to try. The coffee was nothing special. Staff was friendly even when I went at prime time. The venue is cosy, warm and inviting.

Delicious filter coffee and awesome breaky! The tortilla ciabatta was insane! Very reasonably priced and great service!

A nice place to have breakfast or lunch. The place has indoor and outdoor seating. The place has specials which are off menu. The menu is adequate and the coffee is good. The staff members are very helpful and their meals are good. I enjoyed the meal and the place. A good place to visit

Awesome selection of alcoholic beverages. I was keen on perusing their beer collection and found some pretty exotic beers that you just aren't going to find at Liquorland or even Dan Murphies. When I got stumped due to the massive range, the helpful guy working there gave me some suggestions.
