awful experience. bad vibes, Customers don’t respect rules leading to dancers feeling unsafe, violated and abused and then being further blamed by management for these rule breaks, leaving them unprotected and violated and you can see it on them. I’ve had many customers tell me the girls look like they don’t want to be there and there is a reason. door fee, atm and drinks prices ridiculously high leaving customers not wanting to / not having the money to spend on girls this in conjunction with too many girls always being on the floor leaves little chance to make much money and often left dancers in the minus after over six hours of work. not to mention the music is awful there are just way better clubs to go to where the customers will actually pay you for your time and talents and the managent will treat you like a person.

Absolutely terrible strip club. Girls were lovely but have heard many a horror story of management. Not to mention the ridiculous entry fees and atm fees. How am I supposed to get dances if it costs me $100 to just get in and get money out.

Dreams is an amazing club to work at. They bring us food like 3 times a night so we never go hungry, always take care of us and send girls home if they’ve had a bit much to drink. All the dancers are friends and respect each other. Management and every single person apart of the staff are always looking out for the dancers and safety is always a number one priority. I’d recommend this club to anyone in the industry

Fake club with fake lap dances, where the girls are not even allowed to sit on the LAP during a LAP DANCE. Just don't forget to always keep one foot on the floor when you go bankrupt!

So many mixed reviews here so I thought I would add some reality. Everyone has different tastes. I went with my girlfriend and she didn’t like the quiet vibe, but it was fine for me. Girl’s didn’t hassle me for dances and were friendly when we talked to them. Drinks were strong and good. It’s very small and no shows but always a girl on stage to keep you entertained. The staff and security were very friendly. It’s $30 each to get in which is reasonable and to be expected with a quality club. You will spend more when inside for sure which is the point of being there, to have a good time. Overall, good for a small and boutique experience.

They deserve much better than 3.5. They have options for all kind of budgets, starting with a lap dance for $20. Bouncers are welcoming as long as you abide by the rules. Girls are awesome. Heidi, Nadia, Stacey are too good to be true.

Best customer service when it comes to a strip club with friendly staff and Security. Plenty of sexy girls providing great fun and exciting service as you can touch the girls in a lap dance and get that intimate experience. I have read the review from Minister X who is clearly a disgruntled ex dancer that is lying and has made false statement .This is a great club. I definitely recommend this venue to anyone over the others and you should check it out for yourself.

I think people should have better things to do than leave a review which isn't true. This is a great Club ! I think this venue is the best strip club in town, plenty of sexy girls, clean and very classy. Thought I would add another comment about this venue after visiting there again recently that it really out does the other venues when it comes to how clean and well run it is. Staff and girls are very friendly. I recommend this club over the others if you looking for safe and classy place where your feet don't stick to the floor.

What a joke this place was. First the club was only one floor and tiny. About 50 square meters. Most of the girls weren't even friendly. Some of didn't even talk to me at all. I got about 8.30pm and by midnight it was packed. There so many people in the club you couldn't even see some of the girls unless they were on stage. Also when i tried to leave I had to ask one of the security staff to open the exit. Not a good sign. I would never go there again.

Not bad due to the proximity to station. Few nice girls. We often go there in a small group. But the security guys are so rude and always misbehave with the customers. Sometimes seems that this club is run by the security guys. The do their own things . Few weeks ago , they didn't allow us to enter despite to the yearly membership. Management should think about this.

We visited Dreams Recently for the first time last week as usually I'm a regular at a few of the other strip clubs in Melbourne. I have to say it was impressive and very clean throughout. After reading a number of negative reviews that have been posted about this venue I wanted to share some reality from a customer who spends his time in this environment on a regular basis. Firstly it seems that the negative reviews are coming from ex dancers or staff that have most likely been fired from the place and they are disgruntled so they leaving a negative review. As a customer I could not fault the venue, talking to dancers and staff they only speak very highly of the venue and its management. Everyone was very friendly, the music was great with a variety of tracks that I would say caters for all, plenty of sexy girls and overall a well-run strip club. Prices were no different to all of the venues I have been to when it comes to entertainment and drink prices. We enjoyed our night with bottle service and also purchasing from the bar and the service was great. I would recommend if you are reading a review to check out the venue for yourself as you cannot always believe what someone writes about a place as everyone has an opinion for different reasons. We will surely be calling Dreams our new home to enjoy our nights out when we decide to visit a strip club again.

Fantastic atmosphere with an intimate setting ! Sexy girls and great music. Management looks after everyone regardless what someone has said about them. They send dancers home for intoxication and when your not feeling well. Everyone has their own opinions but I highly recommend working here as it's a safe environment.

Been going to this place for last 6 years. One of the best strip club in Melbourne which offers wide varieties of drinks on the menu and the girls are too friendly and nice. Absolute great vibes specially on the weekends. 5/5 recommendation if you’re in the CBD.

Been on both ends as a dancer and a customer I can’t recommend anywhere else intimate, friendly; beautiful girls, great & sexy management, the owner is attentive and you’re treated like family, a wide plethora of beautiful girls available at your fingers tips the bartenders creating the most perfect mixed drinks/cocktails at the best prices, didn’t intend to stay long but before I knew it the night was the night was done 10/10 definitely recommend try a night at dreams !

I have worked at dreams since august and definitely love the experience. The management make you feel cared about and look out for what’s best for you. The staff do the same and are always absolutely lovely. The dancers themselves are beautiful and show variety which I love, dreams doesn’t discriminate and that’s why I enjoy it. The atmosphere itself is fun and brings great vibes!

This place has much better sexy looking, friendly girls. I happened to caught up with Spicy (Mexican), she was just amazingly sexy but friendly in nature. She had given me the GFE, I had spent almost my whole night with her...!!!.

No one who works here made an effort to look or sound enthusiastic. The bar girls, the dancers and even the MC all obviously wanted to be somewhere else and it really ruined the mood. I was there with my boyfriend for 2 hours and we only had 2 girls approach us in that entire time. If the girls weren't on stage or a podium they were sitting with eachother, not interacting with customers. A few girls dressed quite trashy and cheap and seemed very lazy up on stage, making for a very disappointing experience.

Given its proximity to transport and central city location it is unsurprising to find some very beautiful young girls at this establishment funding their university education. The rules of the house are simple, no touching at all. $50 gets you the length of two tracks from the dj privately. Or you can enjoy the main show and drink at the bar.

I have not been to this place the the security guard named Darren and his badge number was 007! He was an absolutely fantastic person and srcurtirtyy guard I had a night out with my friends at the joint bar which was also great bar but we were eating out Maccas after he had told us we’re we could go to a bathroom because we couldn’t find anywhere and also gave us some where to sit and than had some crazy woman come up to us he went out of his way to make sure we were okay and so she would stay away he was honestly a down to earth kind of guy and their needs to be more people like him around we were pretty wasted and still am even writing this but I did not want to go to sleep until I did this and now just because of this fantastic guy I will be telling everybody to go to this place and check it out because if I went to a place like this I would honestly feel that safe and not have to worry about a thing apart from enjoying my night which is a exactly what you want and if this place is hiring people like Darren than you could probably imagine the rest of the staff is probably 100 percent spot on !!!

Went last night and the club was very quiet, there was an okay atmosphere considering. Beautiful women but some seemed unfriendly and unapproachable, both waitresses provided a great service. I would still recommend over clubs in Melbourne over dreams.
