Although the skating experience was very fun, the food service was horrible, after we ordered hot chips and drinks our order took at least 15 minutes and when I had to go back to BUY tomato sauce they said there was a $5 spending minimum. And after I bought $5 worth of other stuff she gave me the wrong flavour of chips.

Very well run and good fun skating rink in an easily accessible location. Large rink with plenty of space for skaters of all ages and levels of experience. Staff encourage group participation and enjoyment with various games throughout the sessions, some with prizes. Bookings not needed but it's very popular during school holidays so can get a bit crowded.

Good skate rink, nice chips. Engaging staff. Starting to get a bit expensive to go regularly though.

Great people and very friendly. They're generous with the allocated time and let us stay on beyond our 2 hour time slot. The only negative I have (which I've not factored into the stars) is that the food is very, very overpriced. $1 per chicken nugget is just crazy folks. It simply means that from this point forward we won't ever buy food again, simple as that. Had it been more reasonable then you would have made more money from us for food in the long term. Something to consider...

My daughter and I had an absolute blast here. Her raffle ticket won and she got to spin the wheel for a prize. She was very excited as the whole day was a surprise outing for her and I while her sister was at daycare. Will definitely be back again in the future!

Modern x Retro welcoming family vibe. Friendly regulars made us feel welcome. Great skate games MC'd by a capable young host. And the chicken tenders were surprisingly great too for 'fast' food.

We had my daughters 12 year old Birthday there at skater last week, all the kids had an amazing time! Everyone at skater team were very helpful and amazing. Everyone had a fantastic time. Best birthday ever!

This is my happy place. Friday nights are like 'The Purge' where everyone under the age of 10 aims to annihilate anyone 11 and above through a series of near misses, wheel-based gaslighting (it's a thing) and high-impact reverse-direction skating. I love it. Some 90s RnB would have made this review 6 stars. Also, they make good chips.

Great space to spend on a Sunday afternoon with the kids. Few interactive games during the skate session. Kids won’t be disappointed and burns up plenty of energy! Highly recommend just bring your own protective gear as they only rent out wrist guards only

A truly amazing experience. Best staff. Best skatez. Love everything about this place. Nobody remembers a night in front of tv. But everyone remembers a night skating.

This place has a great atmosphere. The staff and people are nice. Its great for beginners as it has the skater aids for kids and grown ups. It's a smaller rink that packs a punch for entertainment. The holiday program has 3 hour skating and it has race skating for all age groups.

Outstanding fun and such friendly, helpful staff!! I am a school teacher and each term we bring a group of Year 9 Students here for an excursion. The kids have an absolute ball!! Salli and the other staff are so accommodating of our students, and offer such a reasonable price for our students that includes Skate hire. I am so grateful for how helpful Salli has been the last couple of years, our kids love it!!

Really good experience. We went on what felt like the kiddy session (most attendees were between 4 - 10 and a few parents) and the staff were absolutely amazing with all the kids including helping them all up if they fell and keeping the whole time really positive for everyone. Loved it! Will go again.

Our daughter’s 8th birthday party was so easy to organise and the service was great. Food came out on time and the kids loved it. There was plenty of food and they had everything we needed for our cupcakes.

They allow you to skate . Skid get practice without the controlling restrictions of other rinks. Owner has thanked us for coming to the venue at the end of the session. I can say last night was the best night ive had at skating from memory . Decent food compared to other rinks . Song requests allowed ,under 15s go home at 830 then it turns into a stunt fest when you can really let loose as long as your not emdandering others.highly recommend this place

Been there a couple times with friends and by myself... Wasn't the BEST skater rink but its good if you want to skate safely (lots of attendants, whom seam professional in what they do). however the area is very stuffy and it gets very hot, probably just due to all the people in one room but I believe a better air con system should be applied ESPECIALLY DURING SUMMER. Most important issue is your hours, I particularly find it very annoying how your hours keep changing due to unknown reasons which I would like to be explained... reason I touched on this is because every time I want to organise a skating day with a few friends the hours keep on changing to times in which some of us are not free, really bringing down the whole fun... Why do you close so many times? Frustrating... Anyways recommend people to visit first then find out what they think as everyone has different tastes. Rated 3 stars because 5 stars would be too much and 1 star would be too less... Keep up the good work anyways, fixing up the stuffiness and the hours (Please just set your heart on something now), satisfying customers with good prices and smiling faces.

We had our daughters 7 th birthday party here on the weekend and everyone had so much fun ! It was a fun and memorable day for all the kids.They loved the music and games. Would highly recommend this venue for parties, staff were so friendly and easy to deal with leading up to the party and absolutely amazing on the day .

We had our son's 8th birthday here, and it was great. Our host was very professional, helped all the friends that hadn't skated before and also put ice in the children's cups and drinks as it was a hot day. Small gesture but very thoughtful.

Had my son’s birthday here over the weekend - wow so impressed. The staff were all kind,polite and Casey was so attentive to our needs and enjoyment for our guests. Many parents commented on the professionalism and all the kids had a wonderful time even those that have never skated will be heading back. My son has already asked me to book again for his birthday party next year!!

This is the third time we come here. $22 entry $5 skate hire sounds fair and reasonable to me. Nice environment to spend a Sunday afternoon with the kids. Today i found the staff friendlier than last time.

Skaterz is my favourite place to take the kids. It is a family owned and run business with an awesome atmosphere. The people who work there love doing what they do. They even offer learn to skate sessions for beginners. It's clean, affordable and they make the best chips and wedges too! It's loads of fun for all of us! Highly Recommend!
