Galaxy Pool Lounge is the best place for pool. So happy for the reopen what amazing beautiful changes to the place we missed this place so much!! They have the most friendliest staff, very spacious and clean environment so happy couldn’t get any better than this.

Best place for pool lovers. So many options and nice atmosphere with reasonable price and this place is so addictive 😜 but good though. I used to play 8ball pool on my mobile but playing in real is great fun.

Pool for $20, they even have table tennis for $20 an hour. The place is massive and the tables do not look run down. Friendly customer service. My only suggestion is that the air conditioning does not feel effective upstairs.

I love this place, I frequent many pool places, but I must say this is my no. 1. Amazing 9ft pool tables both american and British options so you can't get bored. Quality is one of the best I've seen. Pricing is reasonable. You can't go wrong here if you're looking for a place to chill out with a couple of mates and play. The only gripe I have is the tables are a bit too close together, which can become a problem when it's at peak. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! if you're looking for more than just pool, they have table tennis tables, darts and plenty of arcade machines. The one arcade machine everyone must try is the paceman 4 player airhockey table. Make sure you try the special mode, it's out of control!!!

Local hang out with friendly staff, good tables and good music. Lots of people having a great time which is great to see. What so disappointing is the amount of vaping. Seriously, vapor or smoke outside. This is despite clear signage to not vape or smoke inside. Working staff did not care nor did they want to do anything nor say anything about it. Wondering who actually runs this venue - the management staff or the customers. Clearly the customers from what we saw. Another thing too - since when do customers just hang behind the service desk where money, drinks and food is kept?? Really!! The venue is run by children. So disappointing. Perhaps the introduction of some security to kerb the vaping and customers going behind the service area is food for thought!!

It's a wonderful place. The coat of the pool table is fair, and the staff are really nice and welcoming. We had a lovely time there today. I was surprised by the price for one fizzy drink... But I guess the price of living....

Wonderful service!!! When i needed to pray i was given an isolated place and they turned the music down for me😁 they provided us complimentary Tea 🥰 and alcohol is not welcome here👍 thx guys for a great experience!!! We do look forward to our next visit🥰🥰🥰

Excellent pool tables, great vibes, always people in and around the place, no issue getting tables everytime that I've been there. A few good arcade games too

Avoid coming on weekends in the evening. Tables are too close to each other and certain people are too happy to congregate beside your table disregarding your space around your table. Certain kind of people also ignored the no smoking/vaping signs and the owners couldn't be bothered telling them to stop.

Possibly one of The Koolest pool joint I've ever been and love going there I haven't missed a week ever since I've started going there Lovely and very friendly staff eg. Pam,Junaid,Aisha and some amazing regulars Love interacting with them and playing against or with them They really good with people and they look after their regulars very well Amazing collections of Que's and tables What's more amazing is you can actually buy your own Que which gives you the privilege to have your own locker and a carry box Also Junaid has a lot of knowledge about how to look after Que and how to pick your best ones Even if you not buying your own but i strongly recommend you have a look at some of their collections All in all I recommend this place for a hangout with mates,enjoy some pool games or other games they have and have great time in a lovely environment

Place is a bit rundown tables not in great shape, cloth 90% ball return often traps balls. Lights broken. They want ID to get balls. It’s not cheap either. Keep going back haven’t found anything better.

Best pool lounge in the north

Quite busy on the weekend, great selection of tracks, good atmosphere. Alot more quiet on the weekday if you just want to focus more of a game of pool.

Big and reasonably priced pool hall with friendly staff. They've got American tables, English and Chinese eight-ball tables - as well as a three-cushion table. Definitely one of the best places to play pool in Melbourne.

No tables available upon entry. Staff said ten minute wait and was barely even five minutes and we had a table. Relaxed atmosphere and decent equipment level. Had a great time.

There are so many better pool places than this hole. Very narrow walk ways, feel claustrophobic and keep on getting hit with other people's cues. I had put 2 bottles of soft drink which were closed and 1 was empty on the side of the pool table and some old lady literally came over picked them up and put them on the floor without even talking to me. I found this encounter to be quite rude, even when you go up to the counter no one even greets you and they instead just stare and look you up and down and make feel super uncomfortable. Won't be coming back here anytime soon that's for sure.

Second time visiting here, was busy this time with great vibes! Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there were a large number of people who were openly vaping inside which was really unpleasant (especially as were asthmatic). At least management did eventually say something to one group, but only after we had complained. Otherwise, it’s a fun place and the owner is friendly and helpful. 😊

Nice venue. Tables are spaced out so that players don't often have to wait for aomeone to move. Good price per hour too.

Nice place to relax. I went during summer, and the A/C was much appreciated. The music was good and the staff were friendly

Great place to have some fun and muck around with friends.. Though if you want to actually practise Pool/Snooker it is too noisy. The tables aren't maintained at all and are in need of a clean. Most of the cues are bowed so if you want to practise I suggest you bring your own. Unfortunately tables are too close to eachother, so you are often waiting for other people to move out of the way. Otherwise very friendly staff and services. Would be appreciated if they had monthly/yearly memberships, as it can become quite expensive.

WARNING: DODGY! IDENTIFY THEFT? This place used to be great for a game of pool and me and my friends were regulars. Galaxy recently changed ownership and they have implemented a policy where you need to supply ID as ‘collateral’ in order to play. The potential for misuse of photos of a license is HUGE, and they would NOT accept $50 CASH as collateral (2 hours of pool)… Personally thought this a major Red flag; call me cynical but an ID photo is worth $100 on the black market…..

Really good service, new owners are really welcoming, staff there are really sincere, they always have a great positive energy to them, i go there almost every week.

Been going to this venue for the past months now regularly & we absolutely love it. It’s normally a full house on the weekends yet there’s always a table available so we never had to wait. Staff are really nice people, can’t wait for the membership to roll out. Great work guys. Cheers

About the last review about customers and “teenagers” behind the counter. They are such friendly staff. We are also teenagers that attend there twice a week we are not on the street causing trouble. We feel so welcome there and perhaps we go behind the counter as that is how great the staff are and also the reason being we always go back is because of the staff in general. Perhaps if you have such a concern about the place that you find another place to go.
