Good place to bring your kids. They can explore many jobs and things. For example, post office, restaurant, supermarket shopping centre, airport, medical centre and other services. My kids enjoyed being here. Every kid got simple passport and credit card, so they can practise well. However, the time being here is limited. Each session is only one hour and 10 minutes. This is not enough for kids to have good experiences. I suggest to increase the time of each session.

I was trying to find an activity to do with my 3yo that didn’t involve going to a play centre and found Interaxcity. What an amazing place to let your child’s imagination run free and learn new things all at the same time! Met the lovely Mel and Kate during our visit who made sure my 3 year old girl had a great play session in their mini city today. It is a nicely contained space with lots to explore and do. The space was clean, interactive and very well thought out. Mabel loved playing florist, decorating the gingerbread house and playing the postie, delivering letters to all the business and building towers in the construction site. You can even order a drink and they will deliver coffee and milk shakes to you! Thank you for a wonderful session! We will be back! See you in the new year when we are back from holidays!

Travelled across the city to check this one out, kids LOVED it, they went off and I barely saw them during the play time as they were so consumed with all the play spaces. Staff were brilliant, took time to make everyone comfortable and can tell they enjoy their jobs.

Such a clever idea and very nice for the kids to experience grown up things. It would be nice if there was more space for adults to chill out. Good price and value for money.

This is such a great little place to visit. Super organized, clean and lots of activities. While it is a bit more expensive than some mega sites, the friendly staff more than make up for it. They obviously love kids, and make you feel like a welcome guest. It is small, and places are limited though. Don't let this deter you though. It is small enough to allow you to be involved. My wife had taken out kids several times, and I was lucky enough to get the chance today. I implore you to give this place a go. You and your little ones will enjoy it.

We want to thank Melissa for an awesome time at the museum, we went there on a Friday afternoon and had a blast, my 4.5 yo daughter absolutely loved the place and especially loved being a pilot and doctor. A lot of the stuff there are real - airplane seats, car, weighing machine, stethoscope and the products in the supermarket (packaging) etc. My daughter refused to leave when the time was up, and was nagging us so we decided we were going to visit again the next day! Melissa was super helpful, patient and educational, we will definitely come again the next time we are in Melbourne!

Great experience for our three year old boys, they thoroughly enjoyed it as did we as parents. A fantastic hour and half indoor activity. Loved the fact everything can be touched by the kids with their full engagement. The staff were super friendly and premises clean and hygienic.

A great pretend play experience for young kids that grown up big kids can join in on. Kids take on the role of a Chef, Postie, Pilot, Dentist, Builder, Mechanic, Doctor, etc. Support this new small business that will create future educational challenges to keep kids wanting to revisit, having fun learning life skills!

The space and themed rooms were very thoughtfully planned, and the set up was filled with careful details that allowed our toddler to engage and experience more of what she observes and finds interesting in everyday life. The atmosphere was relaxed – neither loud nor overstimulating, and the staff were lovely. Even though it was her first visit, it took little effort to guide our young toddler to the activities on offer. It was also quite relaxing for me and my wife - the staff ordered food in for us from a local café, which was such a warm touch. Our two and a half year old daughter had a fun filled morning here - will plan another visit with some of her little friends.

We took our two granddaughter today and this place is brilliant. A wonderful and innovative play context that stimulates creativity. We loved the limited numbers session concept, as well as the warm, engaged and knowledgeable staff - child psychology and teacher trained. The coffee runs by the staff for the carers is a superb idea. This place is wonderful for kids of all ages, grandparents and all sorts of carers. We will be back.

What a great afternoon with my 3 yr old here today! Such a great idea to fuel little peoples imaginations! My daughter loved the playing in all the different shops, going through the airport and delivering post to all the places in Interaxcity. The staff we so lovely and we even had coffee and milkshakes delivered from a local cafe whilst we played. My daughter is already asking when we can go again. I have no doubt we will be back again soon.

I took my 2 and 4 year old little ladies to Interaxcity a couple of weeks ago and they haven't stopped talking about what a wonderful time they had (as did I!). The place is immaculate and such a fun; amazing space to inspire creativity and make-believe play. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the coffee that was ordered in and delivered from a local cafe was a big plus. We can't wait to return!

What a great idea for the kids! The entire set up is interactive and encourages creativity no matter what age! Our daughter LOVED every moment spent there! We’ll be back again for sure! Big shout out to owner Melissa who went to every effort to ensure we got the most out of our experience - we were the only family in there on a stormy Friday afternoon, Melissa played with our daughter, encouraged her to explore, played song requests, read her a book whilst she ate a cookie they decorated together for valentine’s day and even walked our lil one out with an umbrella to the car! Thanks and see you again soon 😊

👍👍 A great place to spend a few hours with young children. You do need to schedule your time in the Children's gallery, as you only get ~40mins in there due to Covid-19 restrictions, but there is still plenty to keep your little ones engaged. Make sure to check out the Arboretum and seek out the Satin...

👍 At the start of my review Google reviews was already showing 4/5 for chaos lab. I definitely agree with the google reviews of 4/5 for this establishment. The activities are definitely interesting, but somewhat limited. All up there is about 11 activities (maybe one or two more I'm missing). These we...
