A great open space for kids to play or run around. Good variety of equipment which caters for different ages. A drink fountain, rubbish bin and table and chairs at the playground a nice addition as well as numerous benches around the park

Small park, dogs can roam lead free. A good sized play ground is on site. A drink water fountain has been installed but there are no public restrooms.

What a great park here. This popular reserve is located on the north eastern corner of Union Road and Carlyle Crescent in Surrey Hills. It is quite deep and is located on a sloping hill. It boasts an excellent play equipment area for children, extensive grassy areas and several wooden park benches for resting and supervising family members in the park. At least one of the benches has a posthumous dedication plaque in remembrance of a community member. The main drawback is no public toilet amenities, though I guess this could potentially be added as an upgrade. This park is about five minutes walk down from Whitehorse Road where there are several shops, and the connecting 109 tram line to Port Melbourne or Box Hill. There is also the 612 bus service between Chadstone Shopping Centre and Box Hill, which runs along Union Road.

Nice park with lots of different kids play area and flat ground for kicking balls. The playground isn't shaded so could get really hot during the day.

This is a great playground for younger kids. There's a water station, tables & seating but no toilet or BBQ. The playground is not far from the very busy Union Road with rapid traffic. It's also off-leash for dogs with no fencing. So you have to watch kids carefully and keep even trustworthy dogs off-leash well away from the road. There's a big area suitable for reliable dogs down hill from the path - the opposite side to the playground.
