Although Kingsley Gardens is located in the centre of Box Hill, it is of substantial size offering an ideal place to have a picnic or barbeque and walk or cycle while enjoying the greenery. The playground here is not that big but is satisfactory to happily play. This a great place to relax in the hustle and bustle or Box Hill and I have been here multiple times.

Very impressive garden reserve. Nice wide and solid pathways. A lot of tall mature trees offering shade. Numerous park benches and, unlike some other parks, quite a few in shared areas. The playground is impressive for it's variety. Picnic area is also well set out.

Great place for a picnic. Nice shaded areas,good BBQ facilities and children's playground. Although it is close to a main busy highway which may put some people off it is a lovely park.

Fantastic little park, with many personal memories that I share with many others. Magnificent scenery with beautiful trees covering the parkland that finish off the gardens with a cozy and welcoming aura. The barbecuing facilities are well kept and often in pristine condition, with myself and many of my friends using them regularly. The playground facilities, whilst not being the 'state of the art', are still at a very acceptable quality, as seen through the clear enjoyment expressed on the grinning faces of the children, teens and even adults who have used it.

This is a nice park for locals. There's good play equipment, a fantastic shelter with solar panels, and lovely manicured gardens. No toilets, so not for a long stay.

Beautiful scenery and green trees that some of them are very old…! It has a little playground and a bbq plate and some chairs

Love it working alongside such attraction to the natural beauty of the trees the lawn nice and green there's playground area for families and love one's huge park for everyone very nice park for the community trams and buses commute alongside with parking around side .

The playground is rather small and not suitable for younger kids. The park is a bit hilly as well.

Lovely par with a covered area for bbq, and lots of trees around so can have a nice picnic in the shade if you like Cute little playground for kids as well! Unfortunately no toilets that we could find

Its a park. Unfortunately the grass is only nice and green close to the road which is super busy so its not really a good place for picnics or sitting in the grass. Go to box Hill Gardens for that its much nicer

Very spacious and the playground is well distanced from the main road making it great for family picnics!

Great park, BBQ, play equipment and hidden away.

Walked through the park late at night. Felt semi safe and it's pretty.

Not too bad for the size, decent slope for some power walking.
