Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre Visit Update on 1/7/2021 Target store is permanently closed, and the space is going to be a market selling vegetables. Bocero has moved next to McDonald's. ____________________ It is not very large suburban shopping centre, not up-market boutique or restaurants. The ambience is fairly pleasant, with Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and Target as more permanent tenants. It has cinemas too. It is ok to catch up with friends for a cuppa.

Selection of stores ( Cole's , woolies, Aldi , Bigw, , food court and much more ) and the overall shopping experience is good. The center is clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant atmosphere while shopping. The parking lot is spacious and well-lit, making it easy to find a spot and navigate the area. Additionally, the center is conveniently located near major roads and highways, making it easily accessible from all directions. Overall, I highly recommend Waverly Garden Shopping Center for all your shopping needs. It's a great place to spend an afternoon or run errands, and I'm sure you'll enjoy your experience.

The shopping centre is significant. If you have kids, there is a indoor playground in front Audi. Great play for any mums want to have coffee and watching the kids because the playground is next to Gloria Jeans.

Fantastic shopping centre. Aldi,Woollies, Coles and BigW. and lots more other shops. Just the right size. So much better than The Glen and Chadstone, they are way too big

1 star for Home Essentials Woman at register asked to view a toy my son had that was purchased elsewhere. She had assumed I was offended when I had asked if she sold the same minecraft toy in her shop. She had then rudely pointed her finger at me and told ME not to be rude. Thank you to the kind lady next in line who stepped in and stood up for me. Very few times I would buy gift cards in this shop now never again.

greater childhood memories here but the guy who plays the game in the carpark with the little table and 3 cups and you have to guess which cup has the ping pong ball is too expensive. It should be $1 for 1 game and $2 for 3 games and you never win anyway he shuffles the cups too fast and whatever cup you chose the ball is not there but I guess its still fun to play

One of the oldest shopping complex within Mulgrave area and Dandenong North which has variety of shops such as Aldi, Coles, Woolworth and even its own Asian grocery and green grocers. Parking is plenty

Let me tell you…. I have been a customer at NAB for more than 35 years and over the years I’ve paid personal loans always on time, unfortunately the last 3 years I’ve been very disappointed with the general service, however this morning was the worst, I was at my local branch to transfer and close my account indefinitely, I was greeted by a well mannered lady, whom changed her attitude immediately when I explained that I needed to transfer my funds to my new bank, she told me wait here someone will help you, I waited 30 minutes standing up, she came out of her office and told me you can run your business with the cashiers, I must admit that I became very upset and I said you should’ve told me from the beginning and let me waste 30 minutes here waiting, she seemed annoyed and told me that it was not her job, and I told her see this is one of the reasons of why I am closing this account, she just went back to her office, luckily the lady at the cashiers was lovely and very helpful. Customer service should be improved at NAB.

Came here when we were around the hood. This shopping centre is well maintained considering the age of the building. They have a new extension of the new building connected to the old one. The demographic came to the centre is elderly persons. They have groceries stores, coffee shop, bbtea store. Enough for day to day needs.

My regular shopping area throughout my life, a whole lot of memories here. I can never forget all the changes that were made throughout the years. Such a great place to shop around and the convenience of public transport from the bus stop. Overall a childhood place for me and plenty more visits to come. =)

One stop place for all home needs. Groceries, food, fruits and veg, household items etc. All big supermarkets are here. I prefer to go here and get all that needed instead of driving to different places for different things.

I love Waverley Gardens to do my groceries. They have lots of parking. Three major supermarkets plus Indian and Asian grocery stores and an amazing fruit/ veg deli. The butcher is great, and the owners are lovely. Their meats are high quality and well priced. There is good sushi and a tkmax. It's mainly a fresh food shopping centre but sometimes that's all you need. Even when I'm shopping at chadstone, I come to Waverley Gardens to do my groceries because it's great.

This is my go to shopping centre for groceries and pharmacy. It’s smaller than the Glen and holds lots of random utility shops rather than brand clothes stores or shoe stores. Recently they have added some good food stores such as Burgetory and they have brought a TK MAX into the centre too. There is ample parking for all with click and collect bays and easily accessible disabled parking. Although majority of the parking is above ground which gets hot in summer Gives off similar vibes to Brandon park but has more to offer in my opinion

I love coming here. Who ever is in charge of the background music. Kudos to you! There’s a lot of songs from the 90s to early 2000s I haven’t heard in a long time. And I love coming here just to listen to the music. So thank you.

My local shopping centre for 20 years, its changed a bit over the years like with the food court renovation and miss the old gym visible from outside target area and village cinemas brought more life to the shopping centre, could improve by say adding another floor which would be great, maybe adding a bridge that goes over the Monash and buying the the oval ground by the other side and also can include a big under ground level that takes up the whole land of the S.C from police and Jackson rd all the way to other side of Monash. Thinking futuristic and I think this will attract more tourists even. Also with global warming having a bit of an under ground extended renovation ain't a bad idea . but that's just tips for what you could be investing in.

Impressed with the facilities first and foremost! Clean presentation and fresh vibes. The local shop owners and workers are friendly enough. There is plenty to offer a range of people. Very disappointing to see so many people at the local shopping centre not wearing masks. I have come across so many people in here not adhering to the state government rules of wearing a face mask and checking in with QR codes. And there is no social distancing in food court area! I feel sorry for the stores and people that work there that do the right thing, but as centre management did not make adequate attempt to enforce someone to wear a mask when it was brought to their attention, I will not be returning until I feel it is safe to do so.

  • 3/5 Dawn M. 2 years ago on Google
Been shopping here for a while, great variety for groceries and plenty of parking. One of the quieter shopping centres so makes it easier to get around and get what you need. The loss of Target has left a big gap for kids clothes, toys, homewares etc. and Reject Shop is also shrinking in the current renovations which is disappointing. Only existing shops seem to be relocating to replace Target...would be nice to have some new shops as well that fill some of the gaps mentioned above.

Well situated close to main roads. One of my favourite shopping centres since it has plenty of parking and not too busy most of the times. The only missing shops are jbHiFi and kMart, which is bit disappointing. Target is closed permanently, IDK why 😟 At least it has bigW ✌️

  • 5/5 Peter E. 2 years ago on Google
Some say that a shopping center is just a shopping center, nothing more but sometimes less. I can not agree more. It's doubful your life will be changed visiting here, but its unlikely to get worse. Grab a drink from $cafe, maybe a bargain at $big-chain-store, do your groceries at $supermarket, other common alternative $other-supermarket, maybe after first visiting $german-chain-supermarket for some special bargains. Finish off with a visit to $cut-price-nasty-goods for goods likely to last over a day before breaking. Famished, grab meal combo from $fast-anti-heath-food-store, or $other-fast-anti-heath-food-store.

  • 2/5 Chandra S. 1 year ago on Google
A big issue with the trollers. Allocated spaces for a specific trolley would be filled with different trollies. The trolley collectors are mostly sitting in the vehicle and whiling away their time. Poorly managed shopping centre with no marketing to bring in good eateries, poor customer service and trolley management.

  • 3/5 Paul H. 1 year ago on Google
The shopping centre inside is really good, but the fact they close gates at 10pm and woolies is open till 11pm means you have to drive all the way around just to get back, it's stupid.

  • 5/5 Nitin G. 1 year ago on Google
For the two playareas for kids, BigW, upcoming store TK Max, Marketo, Coles, Aldi and Woolies all at one place, multiple haircut shops with 5 mins haircuts that are surprisingly good and all other stores including Aus Post, telstra, optus, vodafone, gift shops and various clothing brands. Waverley Gardens has a huge indoor and outdoor carpark that never runs out. Also, the buses start and terminate here. Whats missing - big brand shops like Chadstone Shopping center.

I think Wednesday's are the most busy. (this was post was at Christmas time and has since been updated) Updated start of August: Things have gone up in price in alot of places this doesn't seem to be the convient Shopping Centre to save much money anymore but it's the way the times are. Busiest days for parking are actually Sunday afternoon up until 3-4pm it can take awhile to find a park.

The centre itself is OK, would be good if the bays at the shops actually had some trolleys in them.

A great local shopping centre. Has the big shops (Woollies, Coles, Big W, Aldi and TK Max) but also smaller retailers as well. Parking is ample and being located just off the freeway means it's easy to get to.

Clean, friendly, feels safe and there's plenty of parking. Cheery feel about it. My favourite shopping centre. All one level.

Nice place to shop for groceries with a lot of choices available. Prices range from cheap to expensive as well. Easily accessible via walking.

We often shop at Waverly gardens especially since Henry's Mercato opened. But some takeaways need to improve . And the play areas need updating and a good clean. They ate quite .The larger one is not very toddler friendly

Great shopping centre and can not believe how much it has grown and expanded since I was there last.

Quite a few shops have shut but the new section where there is a new grocery shop next to Aldi seems to be great hit for the locals. Has everything- some at great to reasonable prices while other more exotic items can be quite expensive. Otherwise it has a great range of products.

Nice medium size shopping centre all on one level which is great there is a big W and the three major supermarkets the only thing is they need more disabled car parking spaces available other than that good place to go

We had a disappointing experience at Subway at Waverley Gardens. The staff were difficult to understand, not very helpful, most of the food was covered so we couldn't see what was on offer. We saw potential customers walk away as no-one was attending the counter, the 2 staff members were "out the back" and hardly made an appearance. We had to ask for serviettes, then were only given one for two of us! Not impressed at all with the standard of service on this occasion.

I really like this shopping centre. Plenty there but not so much that it exhausts you. Quite a good takeaway range as well. Good for a normal shopping day out

Decent shopping centre but you really need to turn the bloody heating down!!! People are coming in from 9 degrees outside, wearing winter clothing. And burst into sweat and have to start undressing in the shops. Embarrassment!!! Turn The Heating Down!!! Don't believe me then ask your shoppers.

Easy parking and pretty easy to find shops. I'm not into the big places but this one was OK.

The location is good, the store is wide, the layout is simple, the light vision is good, the food is distinctive, and the waiter should smile more.

Henry's Mercato, huge variety of fresh fruit and vegetables and international foods at competitive prices. Lots of cafes and restaurants, undercover parking. We also had an awesome Lebanese lunch at Beirut Bird. The centre has three major supermarkets and lots of other speciality stores.

More shops now than before. Tk Max and some decent fruit and vegetables shops. Parking is ample but can be tricky.

The shopping centre is actually decent but it is in the middle of nowhere why would I come here it is hard to get to not really worth it

It has improved slightly over the years. It would be nice to have a better selection of stores. My favourite is Henrys Mercato. They have a great selection of fruits and vegetables with great prices! Also, check out their grocery items in store!

It’s not bad as far as shopping centres go. Pretty clean. And there’s a pub ! Parking can be a little tricky if you haven’t been here before

Not the best place I would like to go. The parking is atrocious especially for disabled people. You have more parents with prams than disabled that are under cover. Personally I would not be returning there any time soon. It is out of my way and I am not impressed with this place.

Waverley Garden Shopping Centre is good with various collection of shops including all grocery stores. Good restaurants, ample parking. Best thing it is just beside M1.

Very anying each shop has their own opening hours on Thursday and Friday nights. More than Half the centre is closed by 7pm while only 3 or 4 shops respect the operating hours. Really inconvenient for consumers that work full time hours.

Not crowdy. Ypu will be the same person when you come out :-). Henry's is a great grocery/italian deli. Has Adi, Woolworths, Coles, BigW, food court with Maccas, a Pharmacy, couple of bakeries, healthy food shop, Home essentials and dollar stores and, a play area. GJ cafe and a great pie shop as well.

Great little local shopping centre in the heart of the South East. It has your staples (Coles, Aldi and Woolworths) and other stores which should suffice for most of your needs (Aus Post, Big W, Telstra, Optus etc.). Highly recommend checking out Henry's for the fresh produce. It has really uplifted the shopping centre and has brought quality food to th area. Recommend Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre
