Heaps of choices for your grocery items. Only that, during peak time, only one counter is open, though they already put-up two lanes for the self-service counters, aside from the self-service check-out, but still many customers still preferred to be served during check-outs.

Good shopping centre, not too big but a good range of stores. Nice food outlets to dine in or takeaway. Plenty of car parks, none under cover that I know of, but the roof has shaded parking.

What a huge place with a myriad of shops and cafes. Wonderful food courts. And of course my favourite Deganis! Update 06/2022: love The Coffee Club my new home away from home. Marvellous food, fantastic coffee.

Parking is better than Fountain Gate for example. Nice and clean. It was easy for me to find JB. I had never been to that part. Overall, it was a good experience as I was in a hurry. On the other hand, I found the lady from Bras and Things very unhelpful and couldn't careless. She was busy chatting with what seemed like someone who works under her. That's just my opinion after shopping at this Bra shop for decades.

It is a pretty fresh shopping centre down one end and the top end feels dead. You won't catch me sitting down to eat in that food court oof! The car park at that end also seems like you just stepped out of a time machine back to the 60s

No no no Was raining outside and half the shops inside were closed for trade due to leaking, one shop that was open had its own “water feature” with water pouring out of the ceiling through a light fitting into a bucket, super safe??? NOT All that aside it’s a dinky little shopping centre with not much going for it and a tiny food court

Much cleaner than old shopping centre. Still need more room in parts as stalls in the middle of the walkways take up too much room.

My client came here for shopping & Wheel-Chair access was locked I asked security lady ( Indian). Can you please show me wheelchair access. She replied I’m new I don’t know. Talk to the management on ground floor. So rude. If she don’t know anything what she is doing there. She don’t even give 1% effort to use walkie talkie! She was on the phone while doing her job! She hang up and use own phone to talk to management & she replied me management office is on ground floor near commonwealth bank. Management needs to think about person with Disablity my client is so disappointed with management. 0 starts even not deserve 1 I had a conversation with management person he was polite and in shock with own staff behaviour.

We're relatively new to the neighbourhood, having been here barely a year, but we enjoy going to Cranbourne Park. It has all the essential shopping and services. The mall is well maintained and spacious, so it feels modern yet with a neighbourhood feel. The only service the place lacks is its own cinema.

Great shopping center, with a good variety of shops. You can shop for all things you expect a shopping center to have - clothes, homewares, groceries etc, and services like pharmacy, beauty, banking, travel etc, and a number of food shops to grab a quick bite from or to sit and dine. It's catered more towards lower to middle class income earners, so you'll find the affordable stores like Kmart, reject shop, best & less, cotton on, but you won't find any designer stores like Gucci or Chanel, or even Myer which I personally still find expensive. Free open air parking available and plenty of spots. Has parents rooms and an indoor playground too for young parents.

There are good places inside to eat and do shopping. It can get a bit crowded and parking is not always available. Food court usually starts to pack up really early, about 3 pm or so, which might not be a good idea if we are coming around that time and see they are all cleaning and closing shops.

Actually a very tasty burger and chips it was quiet so food came out quick, however the young asian girl cleaning tables was so obviously not happy and was moping around.

A really nice one level shopping centre with plenty of parking. Very clean and never feels over crowded. Even some is shaded. Big name stores and big sized as well. The best and biggest Coles, even my kids were impressed. Travelators from roof top parking with a car wash. A very large and busy Kmart, big JB HIFI, Harris Scarfe, reject Shop, Woolies& Coles, medium sized target and massive Cotton On.

At this time of year I found that there was still plenty of parking. Seems to have everything you need if you go shopping. Toilets were OK. Hummm what else can I say? Probably nothing. Merry Christmas and stay safe. 💖💖

The disabled car parks on the roof level opposite the entry with escalators are not usable for wheelchair users. These disabled car parks have a pole positioned next to them. The pole blocks room for a wheelchair to be placed safely next to the passenger door for transferring out of the car and if you drive a modified vehicle such as a van then there's no way you'd get the ramp down (if vehicle is side opening). If needing disable parking, park near the lift entrance on the roof or if your lucky you may get a disabled car park on the basement level.

Parking is free on rooftop, many entrances so can be confusing at first. But ample parking with short walk to doors at 9am on Dec 19th. Overall impressed by free parking and amount. Shopping centre was clean and major stores easier to find via food signage

The place is very good but 1 of the security's are very rude and started swearing at me and threatening to break my scooter all because I rode from telstra to vodaphone which is very close. the security has glasses and is dark skin. the 2 Afghan security's are very nice I think they should get a raise and fire the other 1 I know I was in the wrong but why should you swear at me and threatening me to break my scooter and by the way I'm 12 years old

  • 5/5 Charmaine M. 2 years ago on Google
It has a small town feel about the complex. Staff are super friendly in all the stores I visited. Target is clean, neat, well presented & very sensory friendly. Its not super busy unlike Fountain Gate, however, has a suitable mix of stores for anyone interested in browsing. Great selection of cafes.

  • 4/5 TCB G. 2 years ago on Google
An altogether decent centre with a good selection of stores. A the lay out is a bit messy but its not big enough to be an issue. Ample parking and been on the main drag is very handy for what little public transport there is. Bare in mind this is Cranbourne and therefore there is some odd people about.

Absolute appalling a teenager getting in my face with attitude saying "I'm telling you we don't sell that" anyway after showing a picture to her she rang her manager and he confirmed yes indeed we do so all good. We go to drive threw and get a coffee she saw me in the car and we waited 10 minutes for 2 bad cold coffees. Sweetheart if you see this move on your only a kid once I do commend you for your good work.

Easy to navigate, has a variety of shops that's easy to navigate around. The food court was fresh, I was surprised at the quality and range considering the location. But overall was happy to visit. Parking was ample. Easy to get to the location and friendly staff from shops. Only issue was a particular shop the body piercing shop keeper was quite rude to my family members who came a long way to visit the complex to see me that also came a long way. That's the only improvement I would consider here

Not great for kids to play when the place is so dirty. Clearly the carpet has not been cleaned for a long time and rubbish is piling up. Multiple occasions I have seen people smoke in the underground parking area, told them not to do so and they became offensive rather than putting out their cigarettes!

  • 1/5 Lorz 1 year ago on Google
Nice shopping centre but it was a very unpleasant visit. Someone had used the bench seat as a toilet. Who does that?? The smell was so offensive that we had to leave. Thank goodness it's not my local shopping centre.

  • 4/5 Richard D. 2 years ago on Google
Standard suburban mall with many so called fashion shops to empty your wallet, food court that looks like it was designed in the 1950's and last cleaned in the 70's, food looks like experiments rather than delicious. As always the usual mix of pushy people thinking they are the most important thing in the world and surly teenagers who take affront at your existence. There are better places, there are worse places, if you have an urge to spend money on things you really don't need then this will help you do just that

  • 3/5 Garry D. 1 year ago on Google
It's the place to shop for takeaway meals on Saturday and Sunday afternoon after 3.30 PM. You can buy takeaway chinese meals or hot mixed chicken, dim sum, potato and chip packs for 5 dollars. Chinese packs are also 5 dollars each. A cheap way two feed family.

  • 3/5 William T. 1 year ago on Google
A rather wide array of stores allowing for shopping for almost any reason. Fairly clean throughout the centre. Where has the food court gone? Just 7 food shops isn't really a food court especially as they're selling end of day, at 3pm

  • 4/5 Joel J. 1 year ago on Google

There are lots of different shops eg Kmart, Best & Less, Target, Spendless Shoes, Newsagent's, Lowe's, Harris Scarf, etc. The staff are friendly, there are various food shops to get lunch or snacks at. I definitely would recommend coming here as it's not too big like Fountain Gate.

Arrived at 6:30pm in the food court on a Friday evening. Apart from.empty shops all the "Open" vendors were closing up. The place is like a morgue. Hardly anyone there. To many empty shops at that end. Support local businesses they say. Not quite as easy when they are empty shops, closed shops and vendors that shut up shop hours before the centre shuts. I'll be spending my dollars elsewhere and only go to that centre when I have no alternative, which I'll be making sure I do have an alternative.

  • 2/5 Marilyn G. 1 year ago on Google

Lovely place to shop as there are many stores in 1 place. From supermarket, banks, optometrists, Australia post, cafes, butcher , fishmonger, Asian grocery stores, clothing stores, travel agent, Chemist warehouse, dentist, GP, you name it, they got it.

  • 3/5 Alix F. 1 year ago on Google
I've been visiting this centre for years. It's homey, but needs the upgrades it's getting desperately. Signs up explaining what toilets are working and what are out of order, trying to find one while pregnant was a nightmare. Also no one answers you at centre management so basically you can do what you want there.

  • 4/5 Jeanette M. 1 year ago on Google
Like to go here occasionally sometimes just for the trip. It's located close to a major intersection that services South Gippsland so is convenient. Wanted to take the trip this day but was looking for a particular item that I haven't been able to get. Didn't find it! Has lots of free parking and backs onto the strip shops.

  • 2/5 Darren C. 1 year ago on Google
The worst place in the world for parking. Parking spaces are smaller than most cars and the entrance/exit is only wide enough for one car, followed by a blind turn out with no mirror to allow you to see oncoming traffic. It is simply not fit for purpose. They should not be allowed to build such a dangerous car park and hide behind a "park at your own risk" sign.

  • 1/5 Shukriya F. 1 year ago on Google
I love shopping at All shoes as it has cheap sketches and other good brands, the staff are friendly, the shop is nice and clean. Much better than the busy shopping centre's like Fountain Gate and DFO. I am disappointed that they have to move, as their location was so easy to get to.

Wow this place has evolved over the years. Some really interesting stuff can be found in the many different retailers. Restaurants and cafes to suit almost everyone, TK Max, supermarkets, fresh food purveyors and speciality shops too. Underground parking is fine for cars, but 4WD drivers may need to park outside. 2M clearance is a bit limiting.

The designers have done well to pack in as much as they have, given the amount of space they had to work with. Being all on one level, it's easy to find your way around if you're a newbie and you won't get lost....so long as you have a basic sense of direction.

Food court services ate so slow everytime I have been here no matter which food vendor you go too no lines super slow or hardly any customer service . I don't go to this shopping centre often but everytime I do it is the same thing staff don't look like they want to be there and I own a cafe so I know how important it is to train staff properly. Shopping centre has alot of great stores and they were helpful my take is don't eat at the food court.

Accused of shoplifting a supposed NIKE HOODIE from TK-maxx if I stole it I wouldn’t have respected store policy by showing my bag, it’s old and had some bleach stains on it so I don’t know about everyone else but I’m pretty sure I’d know if it was my own!! then being followed everywhere and abused by a rude non Australian security guard who thought it was ok to come into our personal space waving his hands in our faces screaming at us how else are we meant to react … but we were also followed around the whole facility by a TK-MAXX staff member… so if I did my research right the TK- MAXX staff worker shouldn’t have left the store at all… also the security guards as well as the staff member that followed myself and a friend are in the wrong!! Nor did we steal anything we were made to feel really uncomfortable in the store…
